[Manajemen risiko adalah sebuah proses untuk mengukur atau menilai risiko, dan kemudian mengembangkan strategi untuk mengelola risiko tersebut. Perusahaan otomotif merupakan industri yang menerapkan manajemen rantai suplai dalam kegiatan operasionalnya. Manajemen rantai suplai, khususnya dalam industry otomotif cenderung berisiko tinggi dikarenakan memiliki aliran informasi dan material yang bersifat kompleks sehingga sangat mungkin terjadi kesalahankesalahan di dalam proses yang ada. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan kerugian yang cukup besar bagi perusahaan, Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan kajian analisis risiko untuk mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan kemudian menyusun strategi untuk mengelola risiko tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan proses identifikasi risiko untuk memperoleh risikorisiko yang terdapat pada manajemen rantai suplai di PT X yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang otomotif. Proses identifikasi risiko ini menggunakan metode Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA) dimana akan mendapatkan nilai probabilitas, dampak, dan deteksi dari setiap risiko yang ada. Data-data diperoleh dari data historis serta dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden ahli dan tim yang terkait dalam kegiatan rantai suplai di PT X. Hasil identifikasi ini akan dianalisis untuk mengetahui tingkatan dari masing-masing risiko tersebut. Setelah itu, dilakukan simulasi dengan beberapa scenario berdasarkan asumsi dana yang tersedia di perusahaan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh alokasi biaya penanganan risiko yang dapat memberikan keuntungan terbesar bagi perusahaan dengan cara mengoptimasikan biaya penanganan yang tersedia terhadap pilihan-pilihan prioritas risiko yang akan ditangani. Hasil dari pengolahan dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin besar biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan untuk mengatasi risiko-risiko tersebut, maka semakin besar pula keuntungan yang diperoleh., Risk management is a process for identifying or measuring risk, and developing a strategy to manage it. Supply chain management, especially for automotive industry, tends to have high level of risk because of the complexities of information flow and material flow involved. These things could lead to many losses for the company. Thus, the risks of supply chain management have to be researched for the purpose of identifying, measuring, and finding best strategy to manage the risk. This research contains risk identification process to determine the risks that involve in the supply chain management of PT X as an automotive company. Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA) is the method used for the process of risk identification that outcome with the values of probability, impact and detection from each risk. Data used in this research are obtained by using available historical data and spreading the questionnaire to expert respondent and the team that engage with supply chain management activity in the company. The results of risk identification process are analyzed to get the level of each risk. Furthermore, the simulation is performed with some scenarios based on available budget assumption in the company. This aims to acquire budget allocation for managing the risks that gives the most advantages for the company by optimizing available treatment cost into the choices of priority risks. From the results of data processing in this research, it can be concluded that the more budget that company spends to manage risks, the more advantages that company will gain.]
