"Kondisi gawat darurat merupakan suatu kondisi yang terjadi secara tiba-tiba dan butuh segera dilakukan penanganan untuk menghindari kematian dan mengurangi risiko kecacatan. Salah satu penyebab pasien masuk IGD yaitu mengalami kondisi gagal nafas yang membutuhkan tindakan pemasangan ventilator yang selanjutnya mendapatkan tatalaksana ventilator care di ICU. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan praktik keperawatan berbasis bukti yaitu manajemen ventilator care pada pasien gagal nafas yang terpasang ventilator di ICU. Manajemen ventilator care yang diterapkan yaitu monitoring hemodinamik, monitoring ventilator, fisioterapi dada, dan suction. Intervensi keperawatan yang diberikan yaitu sesuai dengan standar asuhan keperawatan dan EBP jurnal terkait. Hasil implementasi praktik keperawatan manajemen ventilator care pada Ny. A di IGD dan ICU RSUI, terlihat adanya beberapa poin hemodinamik yang selalu stabil seperti saturasi oksigen, RR, HR, namun untuk tekanan darah sistol/diastole data masih flutuatif. Beberapa komponen pada ventilator juga stabil, namun untuk tidal volume masih naik turun. Serta tindakan suction yang diikuti dengan fisioterapi dada yang secara rutin diberikan maksimal 3x/shift yang didapati sputum dapat efektif dikeluarkan dari paru-paru Ny. A. penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya manfaat yang baik terhadap kondisi Ny. A terlihat dari kestabilan hemodinamik dan ventilator selama perawatan di ICU. Penelitian lebih lanjut diharapkan mampu memberikan implementasi keperawatan ventilator care pada kondisi pasien selain gagal nafas yang terpadang ventilator di ICU.

An emergency condition is a condition that occurs suddenly and requires immediate treatment to avoid death and reduce the risk of disability. One of the causes of patients going to the emergency room is experiencing respiratory failure which requires a ventilator installation which will then receive ventilator care treatment in the ICU. This study aims to carry out evidence-based nursing practice, namely the management of ventilator care in patients with respiratory failure who are attached to a ventilator in the ICU. The management of ventilator care that is applied is hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator monitoring, chest physiotherapy, and suction. The nursing interventions provided are in accordance with nursing care standards and related journal EBP. The results of the implementation of ventilator care management nursing practices in Ny. A in the emergency room and ICU RSUI, it was seen that there were several points of hemodynamics that were always stable such as oxygen saturation, RR, HR, but for systolic/diastolic blood pressure the data was still fluctuating. Several components on the ventilator are also stable, but the tidal volume is still fluctuating. As well as suction action followed by chest physiotherapy which is routinely given a maximum of 3x/shift which was found to be effective in removing sputum from Mrs. A. This study shows that there are good benefits for Mrs. A can be seen from hemodynamic stability and ventilator during treatment in the ICU. Further research is expected to be able to provide implementation of ventilator care nursing in patients' conditions other than respiratory failure who are exposed to ventilators in the ICU."

"Praktik Spesialis Keperawatan Medikal Bedah peminatan respirasi memiliki tujuan untuk mencapai kompetensi Ners Spesialis Respirasi. Pencapaian kompetensi dilakukan melalui 3 bentuk kegiatan, antara lain: pengelolaan 30 pasien gangguan sistem respirasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori model Adaptasi Roy, pengelolaan kasus kompleks dengan pendekatan teori model Adaptasi Roy, penerapan Tehnik Pernapasan Buteyko pada pasien asma sebagai suatu praktik keperawatan berbasis bukti (Evidence Based Practice Nursing), dan pelaksanaan inovasi keperawatan: pembuatan WSD Pionir dengan sistem 1 botol sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan keamanan pasien (patient safety). Praktik dilaksanakan selama 9 bulan di RSUP Persahabatan sebagai rumah sakit pusat rujukan nasional penyakit paru. Ners spesialis respirasi mencapai kompetensi sebagai expert practice, educator, innovator/agent of change, researcher, dan consultant selama praktik di rumah sakit. Hasil dari pencapaian kompetensi didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa teori model Adaptasi Roy dapat diterapkan dengan efektif pada kasus-kasus gangguan respirasi terutama kasus TB Paru, Kanker Paru, dan pasien Pneumonia. Penerapan teori Adaptasi Roy pada pasien dengan ventilator sulit diterapkan terutama pada mode pangkajian konsep diri, fungsi peran, dan interdependensi. Pelaksanaan EBNP tehnik pernapasan Buteyko selama 1 bulan memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan pada peningkatan kualitas hidup pasien asma, nilai Arus Puncak Respirasi (APE), dan nilai control pause (CP). Pembuktian keefektifan botol WSD Pionir terhadap kualitas dan kemananan pasien akan diuji secara ilmiah melalui proses penelitian.

The residency practicum of medical surgical nursing with a specialization in respiratory aimed to facilitate residents in achieving the competences as Respiratory Nurse Specialists. After the completion of the residency practicum, students would be able to achieve the competences as clinical experts, educators, innovators/ change agents, researchers, and consultants in respiratory care. Three major activities during the practicum were: 1) the application of Roy adaptation model- based nursing care and complex case management to 30 patients with respiratory disorders, 2) the application of Buteyko breathing method to asthmatic patients as an evidence- based nursing practice, and 3) the implementation of innovative project: the creation of water- seal drainage- pioneer with one- bottle system as an effort to improve patient safety and quality care. The practicum was completed in 9 months at Persahabatan Hospital as a top referral hospital for respiratory care. Results of the practicum activities revealed that Roy adaptation model was effective to improve patient safety as well as quality care to patients with respiratory disorders, particularly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, lung cancer, and pneumonia. In addition, the results showed that the application of Buteyko breathing method for a month significantly enhanced the quality life of asthmatic patients, increased the respiratory peak flow and control pause values. Further studies, nonetheless, are required to examine the effectiveness of WSD pioneer to the improvement of patient safety and quality care."

"Praktek kerja profesi di Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi dan pelayanan kesehatan, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Praktek profesi dilaksanakan selama dua bulan yaitu Bulan September dan Oktober tahun 2016, dengan tugas khusus yaitu melakukan identifikasi drug related problem pada pasien prematuritas, bblsr, dan gemelli dengan sindrom gagal nafas, sepsis neonatorum, perdarahan saluran cerna, dan enterokolitis nekrotikans di unit NICU RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad.

Professions internship held for two months in September and October 2016, with the specific task is to do identification of drug related problems in patients prematurity, vlbw infants, and gemelli with respiratory distress syndrome, neonatal sepsis, gastrointestinal bleeding and necrotizing enterocolitis in unit NICU Central Army Hospital Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad."
