"Industri penerbangan di Indonesia saat ini berada pada kondisi persaingan yang sangat kompetitif di mana pada era open sky policy , tidak hanya maskapai nasional namun juga maskapai asing melebarkan sayapnya di Indonesia. Industri penerbangan menghadapi tantangan ketidakpastian lingkungan dengan perolehan margin yang tipis. Penelitian mengenai pemilihan strategi bisnis yang paling sesuai bagi maskapai penerbangan di tengah kondisi ketidakpastian lingkungan untuk menentukan bagaimana desain organisasi dan proses pengambilan keputusan dibuat guna mencapai kinerja organisasi yang diharapkan belum pernah diteliti di Indonesia.
Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ketidakpastian lingkungan mempengaruhi secara positif strategi bisnis yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan baik pilihan strategi cost leadership, focus orientation, maupun differentiation. Namun hanya strategi differentiation yang berpengaruh positif terhadap penentuan desain organisasi yang nantinya berpengaruh positif terhadap proses pengambilan keputusan dan pada akhirnya juga memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil pengujian adalah bahwa maskapai penerbangan di Indonesia di tengah lingkungan yang sangat dinamis dituntut untuk dapat menawarkan produk atau layanan yang unik dan berbeda dari pesaing dan memberi nilai lebih bagi pelanggan serta mampu menerapkan desain organisasi yang bersifat organizational learning guna mencapai kinerja perusahaan yang baik.

Nowadays, arline industry in Indonesia are facing highly competitive condition where both domestic and international airlines have growing their business in Indonesia since open sky policy had announced. Airline industry have to deal with uncertainty environment with a very tight margin. There is a lack of research in Indonesia about the most fit business strategy choosen for airline in uncertainty condition for deciding organizational design and decision making process to reach the best performance.
Our research give result that uncertainty environment positively influence airline business strategy either cost leadership, focus orientation, or differentiation. Although, business strategy – differentiation that only can give positive influence to organizational design and decision making process for reaching the best organizational performance. It is concluded that airlines in Indonesia in highly uncertainty environment are suggested to offer unique product or service that different from competitor and give added value for customer and also to use organizational learning – organizational design for getting the best performance.

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas persepsi karyawan terhadap disfungsi akibat kemerosotan, identifikasi organisasi, ikatan emosional pada unit, dan pengaruhnya pada keinginan karyawan untuk pindah dalam konteks kemerosotan unit bisnis strategis Divisi Telkom Flexi, PT Telkom. Penelitian dilakukan dengan survei kuesioner terhadap karyawan. Pada unit bisnis strategis yang sedang melakukan aktivitas turnaround, keinginan karyawan untuk pindah dari unit dipengaruhi oleh disfungsi akibat kemerosotan dan ikatan emosionalnya terhadap unit tersebut. Karyawan cenderung mengalami dualisme ketika mempersepsikan dirinya apakah sebagai bagian dari unit bisnis strategis ataukah sebagai bagian dari perusahaan induk. Selain itu aktivitas turnaround dapat mengubah persepsi karyawan terhadap disfungsi akibat kemerosotan.

ABSTRACT
This research discusses about employee?s perception of organizational dysfunctions of decline, organizational identification, employee engagement, and turnover intention in the context of the decline of Divisi Telkom Flexi as a strategic business unit under PT Telkom. This research is using questionnaire survey method. In a unit that is doing turnaround activities, turnover intention can be affected by dysfunctional of decline and employee engagement. The employees show dualism in percepting themselves whether as a part of the unit or as a part of the whole company. Besides, the turnaround activities could change the employee?s perception toward dysfunctions of decline.

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai kewirausahaan, inovasi dan kepuasan pelanggan pada perusahaan penyedia layanan logistik dalam konteks yang terjadi pada PT Puninar Jaya, salah satu perusahaan logistik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan dilakukan melalui survei kuesioner terhadap karyawan di PT Puninar Jaya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks perusahaan logistik, nilai-nilai kewirausahaan pada perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap terciptanya inovasi dan peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan. Namun demikian inovasi yang ada pada perusahaan logistik tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggannya. Hal ini mengindikasikan terjadinya perangkap inovasi, yaitu nilai yang dihasilkan dari inovasi tidak dianggap oleh pelanggan sebagai sesuatu yang menguntungkan pelanggan.
Penelitian ini menyarankan manajerial perusahaan yang bergelut di dalam perusahaan logistik agar menumbuh kembangkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan di dalam perusahaan serta benar-benar memperhatikan kebutuhan pelanggan dengan cara berkolaborasi dengan pelanggan di dalam melakukan inovasi demi memberikan layanan yang terbaik bagi pelanggan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.
The aim of this study is to analyze entrepreneurship, innovation and customer satisfaction in the logistics service providers within PT Puninar Jaya, a logistics company in Indonesia. This is a quantitative research using questionnaire survey method on the employees of PT Puninar Jaya.
The results showed that in the context of logistics service providers, entrepreneurship has a positive effect on the creation of innovation and increase customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, it is alarming to see that innovations in logistics service providers have no effect on customer satisfaction. This result might be indicates an innovation trap, that is value created from innovation is not perceived by customers to be useful.
This study suggests managers who deals in logistics companies to encourage entrepreneurship within the company and consider the needs of customers by collaborate with customers in creating innovation in order to provide the best service for customers so that they can increase customer satisfaction."

"Tesis ini membahas konten, konteks dan proses pembangunan kesiapan untuk berubah pada pegawai PT Askes (Persero), yang berubah akibat penetapan Undang-undang Nomor 40 tahun 2004 tentang Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional dan Undang-undang Nomor 24 tahun 2011 tentang Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial. Penelitian ini adalah studi kuantitatif pada 483 orang karyawan PT Askes (Persero) dalam kurun waktu November s.d Desember tahun 2013.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat spiritualitas individu, budaya keterlibatan, dan konsistensi memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap tingkat kesiapan untuk berubah. Selanjutnya, studi ini juga menemukan bahwa tingkat kesiapan untuk berubah memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap penyimpangan perilaku organisasi.
Penelitian ini menyarankan agar PT Askes (Persero) harus membangun keterlibatan dan konsistensi karyawan melalui nilai-nilai immaterial serta posisi yang spiritual dalam meningkatkan kesiapan untuk berubah individu. Peningkatan kesiapan untuk berubah penting dalam mencegah penyimpangan perilaku organisasi baik selama periode transformasi maupun dalam operasionalisasi Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan mendatang.

The study discusses the content, context, and process development readiness for change on employees of PT Askes (Persero), which changed as a result of the establishment of Act No. 40 of 2004 on National Social Security System and Law No. 24 of 2011 of the Social Security Agency. This research is a quantitative study on 483 employees of PT Askes (Persero) in the period of November to December 2013.
Results showed that the level of individual spirituality, involvement culture, and consistency culture has a positive effect on the level of readiness for change. Furthermore, the study also found that the level of readiness for change has a negative effect on organizational misbehavior.
This study suggested that PT Askes (Persero) has to build employee involvement and consistency culture through immaterial values and spiritual position in increasing individuals? readiness for change. Increasing readiness for change is important in preventing the organizational misbehavior during the period of transformation as well as the operationalization of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan to come.

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas pengaruh persepsi laju perubahan organisasional terhadap
sikap individu di perusahaan-perusahaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi
(TIK) yang dimediasi oleh persepsi kepercayaan organisasional. Penelitian ini
adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain awal menggunakan analisis faktor
eksploratori kemudian menggunakan konfirmatori analisis faktor dengan
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Output dari penelitian ini menyarankan
agar laju perubahan organisasional dilakukan dengan tepat, yaitu ritme
perubahan yang beraturan (regular) untuk mencapai keseimbangan antara
perubahan dan stabilitas, sehingga tercipta sikap-sikap individu yang positif,
yaitu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional dan menurunkan
tingkat intensi meninggalkan organisasi, selain itu penelitian juga menghasilkan
persepsi kepercayaan organisasional sebagai faktor mediasi relasi antara laju
perubahan dengan sikap-sikap individu.

ABSTRACT
This thesis focus on to study the influence of the pace of change of
organizational perceptions to the attitudes of individuals in Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) companies mediated by perceptions of
organizational trust. This research is quantitative research with the initial design
did exploratory factor analysis then using confirmatory factor analysis with
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The outcome of this study suggest that
the pacing of organizational change should done properly, the regular rhythm
changes will achieve a balance between change and stability, so that enhance
positive individual attitudes, i.e. enhance job satisfaction and organizational
commitment and also decrease intention to leave organization. In addition, this
research conclude that the perception of organizational trust as a mediating
factor in the relationship between the pace of change and individual attitudes"

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk untuk menentukan kemampuan baru rantai pasok di Pageo berdasarkan evaluasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi strategi rantai pasok, dengan menggunakan kerangka pikir rantai pasok Dittmann (2013). Pageo, salah satu perusahaan jasa di industri hulu minyak dan gas menghadapi tantangan internal dan eksternal yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bisnisnya. Penentuan kemampuan baru rantai pasok diawali dengan menganalisa masukan dari pelanggan Pageo, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penilaian internal terhadap sistem rantai pasok yang ada di Pageo saat ini, lalu dilanjutkan dengan evaluasi terhadap external megatrends yang mempengaruhi rantai pasok Pageo, dilanjutkan dengan analisis situasi kompetisi yang dihadapi Pageo, kemudian evaluasi teknologi yang digunakan Pageo dan evaluasi teknologi yang ada di pasar, dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisa resiko yang dapat mempengaruhi bisnis Pageo. Dengan mempertimbangkan dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang disebutkan diatas, Pageo perlu menentukan kemampuan baru rantai pasok yang diperlukan untuk mengelola sumber daya dan aktivitas perusahaan secara terintegrasi untuk memastikan keberhasilan pemenuhan order dari pelanggan melalui implementasi berbasis proyek sesuai dengan waktu, biaya yang optimal dan kebutuhan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan, dan fleksibel (one stop services) dengan dukungan pemasok dan rekanan yang handal. Pageo juga memerlukan aplikasi sumber daya manusia yang terintegrasi secara kesisteman, termasuk sistem pengembangan karyawan, sistem penilaian karyawan dan sistem kompensasi karyawan untuk mengembangkan dan mempertahankan karyawan terbaik dalam perusahaan Pageo.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses about the determination of the new supply chain capability in Pageo by evaluating the internal and external factors that influence the supply chain strategy using the supply chain framework introduced by Dittmann (2013). Pageo, as one of the upstream oil and gas service company, faced internal and external challenges that may defer and inhibit its growth. The step for determining the new supply chain capability is initiated by analyzing the inputs from Pageo customers, then assessing internal supply chain system, progress to evaluating the external megatrends that influence the supply chain, assessing the competition environment, evaluating the technology used within the company and the technology available in the market then followed by appraising the risks that may impact the business. Taking into consideration all the above foundation elements and analyzing them, Pageo needs to determine the new capability to manage and track the company resources and activities with integrative way to ensure the successful order fulfillment through project based implementation that meet the required time, the optimized cost and the specification required, and flexible (one stop services) with the support of the reliable supplier/partner. "Penurunan harga batubara dunia mempengaruhi penurunan harga batubara Indonesia. Hal tersebut meningkatkan persaingan yang terjadi di industri kontraktor pertambangan batubara. PT Saptaindra Sejati, merupakan salah satu kontraktor tambang bataubara yang ada di Indonesia, berupaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Kinerja operasional merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat ditingkatkan sehingga kegiatan operasional penambangan batubara dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Mengacu pada penelitian Anh et al. (2012), Iriani dan Hadiputra (2010) dan Psomas et al. (2012), ISO 9001:2008 merupakan sistem manajemen mutu yang memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja operasional suatu perusahaan, dan PT Saptaindra Sejati telah menerapkan ISO 9001:2008 sejak tahun 2011. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh implementasi ISO 9001:2008 terhadap kinerja operasional penambangan PT Saptaindra Sejati, dengan metode survei kuesioner yang diberikan kepada level jabatan department head dan section head di departemen engineering, production dan plant. Pengolahan data survei kuesioner dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22 menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara penerapan ISO 9002:2008, melalui kedelapan prinsipnya, dengan kinerja operasional penambangan batubara. Namun dari delapan prinsip tersebut, prinsip keterlibatan karyawan masih belum optimal dilaksanakan. Oleh karna itu perlu dilakukan penilaian kuantitatif keterlibatan karyawan dalam aktifitas manajemen mutu."

Perusahaan escalator dan elevator sebagai bagian industry jasa sedang berkembang terutama di Indonesia. Pertumbuhan ini diikuti pula dengan permintaan untuk penggantian spare part. PT. Berca Schindler Lifts sebagai salah satu perusahaan escalator dan elevator di Indonesia, menyediakan jasa penyediaan spare part setelah jasa penjualan. Untuk mengimbangi permintaan, PT. Berca Schindler Lifts diharuskan memiliki spare part management yang baik. Tesis ini akan membahas bagaimana PT. Berca Schindler Lifts melakukan spare part management yang terdiri atas segmentasi, forecasting, dan penentuan safety stock. Metode just-in-time dibahas pula untuk mengetahui bagaimana PT. Berca Schindler Lifts mengatur pengantaran tepat waktu yang dipakai sebagai daya saing terhadap kompetisi. Perbaikan yang diperlukan pun akan ditambahkan di tesis ini yang mengacu pada referensi-referensi akademis.

Pasokan peralatan dalam proyek minyak dan gas membutuhkan standar dan
spesifikasi yang tinggi dikarenakan adanya persyaratan keamanan dan kehandalan
yang juga tinggi. Keterlambatan pengiriman peralatan adalah sangat sensitif
karena sebagai dampaknya akan langsung ke seluruh proyek, sedangkan
keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek akan berdampak pada produksi awal KKKS
(Kemitraan Status Kontraktor). Hal ini akan mengganggu target produksi minyak
dan gas dari Pemerintah Indonesia. Data operasional yang menunjukkan banyak
penundaan menjelaskan ketidakefektifan manajemen rantai pasokan di PT AMN.
Kondisi ini meningkatkan keluhan dan denda dari pelanggan dan penurunan
efisiensi operasional PT AMN. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini dan meningkatkan
kepuasan pelanggan, maka diperlukan evaluasi rantai pasokan yang ada dan
pengembangan kemampuan rantai pasokan baru. Dalam hal menentukan
kemampuan rantai pasokan baru dari PT AMN, diperlukan yaitu: analisia data PT
AMN, kebutuhan pelanggan, penilaian internal, rantai pasokan yang ada, daftar
periksa kemampuan rantai pasokan, analisis SWOT, lima pilar, lanskap teknologi
rantai pasokan, game changer dan analisis manajemen risiko.
Dalam hal penentuan kemampuan rantai pasokan, PT AMN dikategorikan dalam
Adaptive Initiative atau disebut Inisiatif Continuous Improvement.

equipments delivery is very sensitive as the impact will be direct to the whole
project, while the delay of project completion will disrupt PSC‟s (Partnership
Status Contractor‟s) initial production. Ultimately, this would disrupt oil and gas
production target of Government of Indonesia. Operational data shows that a lot
of delay is caused by the ineffectiveness of supply chain management at PT
AMN. These conditions increase complaints and penalties from customers while
at the same time decrease operational efficiency of PT AMN. To overcome this
problem and enhance customer satisfaction requires the evaluation of existing
supply chain and development of new supply chain capabilities. In terms of
determining new supply chain capabilities of PT AMN, it requires the data
analysis of PT AMN in terms of, customers need, internal assessment, existing
supply chain, check-list supply chain capabilities, SWOT analysis, five pillars,
and landscape of supply chain technology, game changer and risk management
analysis. In terms of determining supply chain capabilities, PT AMN is

Tesis ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penerapan konsep Lean Six Sigma pada operator telekomunikasi dengan melihat kapabilitas proses BTS melalui kinerja Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR) dan Call Drop Rate (CDR). Parameter tersebut merupakan dua parameter utama jaringan seluler. Penerapan Six Sigma pada proses perbaikan kualitas layanan seluler dilakukan agar kedua parameter tersebut dapat mencapai nilai standar yang telah ditentukan. Kinerja parameter BTS dapat dilihat berdasarkan nilai kinerja proses Ppk yang kemudian dikonversi menjadi nilai sigma. Nilai sigma terbesar yang dapat dicapai setelah dilakukan perbaikan berdasarkan penelitian ini adalah 6σ untuk parameter CSSR area Jakarta Utara. Faktor-faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan implementasi Six Sigma dalam proses perbaikan kualitas jaringan seluler juga dianalisis dan didapatkan bahwa faktor kepemimpinan merupakan faktor utama keberhasilan implementasi Six Sigma menurut para responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berupa kinerja BTS dan data primer yang didapatkan dari kuesioner kepada Divisi Optimisasi.

The application of quality management concepts such as Lean Six Sigma was implemented in the service industry such as the telecommunications industry. This thesis is conducted to analyze the application of the concept of Lean Six Sigma in the telecommunications operator to see performance capability of BTS through the performance of Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR) and Call Drop Rate (CDR). These parameters are the two main parameters of the mobile cellular network. Application of Six Sigma in mobile cellular service quality improvement process is done so that these two parameters can achieve a standard value that has been determined before. Performance parameters of BTS can be seen by Ppk process performance values which then converted into a sigma value. The largest sigma value that can be achieved after improvement process by this research is 6σ for CSSR parameter in North Jakarta area. The factors that determine the success of the implementation of Six Sigma in the process of improvement of the quality of mobile networks is also analyzed and found that leadership is a key factor for the successful implementation of Six Sigma according to the respondents. This study uses secondary data such as the performance of the BTS and primary data obtained from the questionnaire to the Division of Optimization."
