"ABSTRAK
Pemerintah saat ini telah melakukan berbagai upaya kesehatan dalarn rangka
penyediaan pelayanan keszhatan yang merata, bermmu, dan tezjangkau oleh seluruh
Iapisan masyarakat. Namxm upaya kesehatan tersebut belum diselenggarakan secara
menyeluruh, sehingga kumng dapat menunjang peningkalan demjat kesehatan
masyarakat. Harapan masyamkat agar pelayaman rumah sakit dapat memberikan
pelayanan yang efektif dan kcpuasan yang optimal bagi setiap orang yang
memanfaatkannya, untuk itu dibumhkan sumberdaya manusia yang handal.
Mengelola Sumber daya manusia bukanlah sesuatu ha] yang mudah, karena
menyangkut banyak faktor panting yang- harus diperhatikan, salah satunya adalah faktor
kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kelja ini akan berpengaruh pada kinerja, dan rendahnya
kepuasan kezja merupakan satu tanda rusaknya kondisi suatu organisasi.
Peuelitian ini bcrtujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kepuasan kezja
pegawai di rumah sakit dr A K Gani Palcmhang, melalui pengisian lcuesioner untuk
mengetahui persepsi, dan kepuasan kexja yang dinilai dengan melihat harapan dan
kcnyataan dari kepemimpinan, pekcljaan, komunikasi dan penghargaan. Wawancara
mendalam serta focus group discussion yang dilaksanakan pada kepala ruangan, kepala
polikiinik, anggota pelaksana, bcxtujuan mendapwn penegasan pada hasil data
kuantitatiii Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai Mei 2007.
Desain penelidan yang dipilih adalah analitik kuantitatif rancangan cross
sectional dengan responden yaitu SCIUIUII militer yang ada sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi
sebanyak 50 orang, dan Pegawai Negeri Sipii diambil secana acak sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan adanya perbedaan nilai rata-rata tingkat kepuasan pegawai
Militer dan Pegawai Ncgcri Sipil, yaitu mia-rata tingkat kepuasan Pegawai Negeri
Militer sebcsar 59,24% yang bervariasi antara 45%-8l,82%, sedangkan Pegawai Negeri
Sipil lata-rata tingkat kepuasan kexja sebesar 54,58% yang bervariasi antara 44,87%-
67,l2%, hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa pada responden militer terdapat
beberapa vasiabel yang mempunyai hubxmgan signiiikan yaitu, jenis pekeljaan,
motivasi, konflik, dan prosedur kelja. Sedangk/an pada responden Sipil didapatkan
vmiabel yang bedxubungan signiikan dengan kepuasan kczja adalahz mam
ke1ja,pendidikan, peluang promosi dan konflik.
Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh ten-hadap kepuasan kelja pada
pegawai Negeri Militer adalah jenis pekexjaan, dan pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil adalah
evaluasi kelja. Selain im ada bebempa hal yang menjadi prioritas mama dalam
hubungannya dengan kepuasan kexja bagi Militer, yaitu atasan diharapkan melibatkan
bawahan dalam memncanakan Sualll pekeljaan (faktor kepemimpinan), perasaan suka
akan suatu pekeljaan dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan
(P??kClj38I1), dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan dibuhuhkan komunikasi yang. baik_
Sedangkan pada PNS yang menjadi prioritas utama adalah : atasan harus melibatkan
bawahanda1ammerencanakm\suampekmjaan,atasanharusmembanmkenaikan

untuk mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan, untuk menghilangkan kqienuhan dalam
suatu tugas dibuat mtasi mgas, kesesuaian antara tugas dan kemampuan adalah penting

Oleh karena itu pimpinan diharapkan dapat membentuk wadah komunikasi
temtama untuk komuuikasi dari bawah keatas, misalnya dengan kotak samn, tim kecil
tersendiri, membentuk tim pcnilai, memperhatikan sistcm penghargaan dengan biaya
minimal, dan memotivasi pegawai meningkaikan kinelja, misalnya mengadakan acara
kebexsarnann diluar kantor beserta seluruh stai

ABSTRACT
There are so many e&`orts have been done by the govemment in order to provide
a thorough, high quality, and aEordable health services to any level of community in
Indonesia. However, the effort has not yet been accomplished comprehensively and can
not be optimal to enforce the increasing of the level of community?s health. People?s
expectation on the hospital services is that hospital can provide an e&`ective and a
satisfaction services to everyone who visit and utilizing the hospital. Therefore,
outstanding human resources are needed.
To organize and manage the human resource in the institution is not a simply as
turning the palm ofthe hand, as there are so many important factors are related that need
to consider. One of the factors is the working mtisfaction. It is known that working
satisfaction will influence the working performance, and a low working satisfaction can
be a sign of organization devastation
The study has aim on exploring the description on working satisfaction of
employees at the DR. A. K. Gani Hospital (AKGH) of Palemhang, using self-filling
questionnaire in order to know the perception, and working satisfaction that assessed by
looking at the expected and facts of leadership, task, communication and reward. In-
depth interview and focused group discussion (FGD) are carried out toward head of
section, head of poiiclinic, and member of implementer, in order to get continuation on
the result of quantitative data. The study is carried out between April and May 2007. The design of the study is a cross sectional with quantitative approach. All
military employees are included as respondents, but only 100 civil employees are
selected randomly. The study result showed that there is a different score on the average
of the satisfaction level between military and civil employees. The average of
satislaction level among military employees is 59.24% with range between 45-8l.82%.
While among civil employees, the average is 54.58% with range between 44.87-67.l2%.
Variables that significantly related with working satisfaction among military employees
are: type of work, motivation, conflict, and working procedures. But, among civil
employees, the variables are: length of working, education, opportunity for increasing
level of working rank (promotion), and conflict.
The most dominant variable at the military employees is type of work, but in the
civil employees is working evaluation. For military employees, the main priorities in
relation to working satisfaction are namely: suppose the chief should involving the
employees for planning the work (leadership factor), sense of liking the job/work is
needed in order to give a satisfactory on working (work factor), good conununication is
needed to solve the problem. In the civil employees, the main priorities are: the chief
should involve the employees for planning the work and should facilitate the employees
to raise their rank based on their performance (leadership factor), good communication
is needed to solve the problem and working evaluation should be disseminated
(communication factor), sense of liking the job/work is needed in order to give a
satisfactory on working, a working rotation can be use to prevent the working
boringness, conformity between task and skill is an important thing (work factor).
To conclude, the managers should provide a kind of communication pathway,
especially hom down imder to top manager, such as: suggestion box, and independent
small team, team evaluator, to consider a reward system with minimal cost, and
enforcing motivation towards employee for increasing the work performance.

"Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit (MTBS) merupakan pendekatan yang menyeluruh, sistematis dan teringrasi antara semua program pelayanan kesehatan bagi bayi dan balita, mencakup pelayanan promotif, pelayanan preventif, dan pelayanan kuratif yang untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas manajemen program maupun manajemen kasus yang mengacu pada kualitas tata laksana kasus sehingga angka kematian bayi dan balita dapat diturunkan.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran tingkat kepatuhan petugas terhadap prosedur MTBS dan faktor ? faktor yang mempengaruhinya di Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross secsional dengan jumlah sampel 97 petugas pelaksana MTBS dan 291 pengamatan terhadap pelaksanaan prosedur MTBS di puskesmas dan puskesmas pembantu di Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Pengumpulan data dengan pengamatan langsung saat petugas melayani balita sakit dengan menggunakan daftar tilik dan wawancara dengan petugas MTBS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan cut off point kepatuhan 80 % , rata-rata tingkat kepatuhan petugas adalah 74,96 % dengan kepatuhan tertinggi 96,9 % dan terendah 22,7 %. Hasil uji statistik secara multivariat didapatkan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan adalah beban kerja, sarana prasarana, dan komitmen pimpinan terhadap program MTBS. Sedangkan faktor pendidikan menjadi variabel konfonding dalam penelitian ini. Faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan adalah faktor komitmen pimpinan, dimana diperoleh nilai OR 8,684, artinya petugas puskesmas dengan komitmen pimpinan yang baik akan berpeluang patuh 8,7 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan petugas yang komitmen pimpinannya rendah terhadap program MTBS setelah dikontrol oleh variabel beban kerja, sarana prasarana dan pendidikan.
Bagi Dinas Kesehatan dan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Nagan Raya perlu meningkatkan komitmennya terhadap program MTBS dan mendistribusikan tanggung jawab yang proporsional bagi semua staf sesuai dengan prinsip ? prinsip manajemen mutu terpadu (Total Quality Manajemen) dan selalu melakukan perbaikan kinerja secara terus menerus dalam menerapkan prosedur MTBS dengan menggunakan siklus PDCA (Plan - Do - Check - Act).

Integrated Management of Childhood illness (IMCI) is an integrated, systematic and total approach among all of babies and children under five years old health services programme, including promotion, preventive, and curative services to improve the programme management quality as well as cases handling that refer on cases management quality so that affected to the decreasing of infant and children under five years old mortality rate.
The objectives of the study are to obtain the description of Health officer obey code of conduct rate regarding IMCI and confounding factor at Nagan Raya District. The study methods utilized quantitative approach with cross sectional design, total sample are 97 health officers that conducted IMCI and 291 observations regarding IMCI code of conduct at public health centre and sub-public health centre in Nagan Raya District. The data collected by direct observation during health officer serving the illness baby with using check list and interviewing the health officer that doing IMCI.
The study output showed that obey cut off point is 80 %, the average obey rate of health officer is 74, 96 % with highest obey rate is 96, 9 % and the lowest is 22, 7 %. The output of statistical tested by multi variant found the factors that have relation to the obey code of conduct are working load, facilities of IMCI, and managerial commitment regarding IMCI Programme. The education level factor becomes a confounding variable in the study. The most dominant factor that influent the obey code of conduct is managerial commitment which is the OR value 8,684, that?s mean the health officer with managerial commitment that higher commitment affected to health officer IMCI to have 8,7 times more obey than the managerial commitment that has lower after controlled by working load, facilities, as well as education level variable.
District Health Office and Public Health Centre in Nagan Raya District need to improve their commitment regarding IMCI programme and shall distribute proportional responsibility for whole staffs based on Total Quality Management principles and continues performance improvement in implementation of IMCI code of conduct by utilizing PDCA cycle (Plan - Do - Check - Act).

"ABSTRAK
Tingginya cemaran mikrobiologi pada jajanan anak sekolah dikarenakan penjaja pangan tidak
menerapkan praktek keamanan pangan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktorfaktor
yang mempengaruhi praktek keamanan pangan penjaja PJAS dengan mengacu teori
sosial kognitif dan Model PRECEDE-PROCEED, menggunakan rancangan penelitian potong
lintang. Data dikumpulkan dari 239 penjaja PJAS dari 50 SDN di Kota Tangerang Selatan.
Hasil penelitian 24,3% penjaja PJAS melakukan praktek keamanan pangan yang baik, 56,5%
memiliki tingkat pengetahuan tinggi, serta 57,1% responden memiliki sikap mendukung
keamanan pangan. Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, ketersediaan sarana dan fasilitas
dan adanya kebijakan keamanan pangan di sekolah dengan Praktek Keamanan Pangan Penjaja
PJAS.

ABSTRACT
The severe microbiological contamination in school children snack is likely due to
unimplemented good food safety practice by food vendors. This study aims to determine PJAS
vendors food safety practice influenced factors in relation to social cognitive theory and the
Precede Proceed model. It was a cross sectional study of 239 PJAS vendors from 50 primary
schools in South Tangerang. The results showed that among PJAS vendors 56,5% had high
level of knowledge of good food safety practice and 57,1% had good attitude towards it, but
only 24,3% implemented it. There is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and the
availability of facilities and food safety policies at schools with PJAS vendors food safety
practices."

"Tesis ini membahas pengaruh pemaparan hasil survei kepuasan kerja yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk analisis diagram Kartesius terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja perawat. Penelitian dilakukan di ruang rawat inap RSUD Pringsewu Lampung sebagai rumah sakit eksperimen dan RS X Lampung sebagai rumah sakit kontrol. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap yang berjumlah 152 orang. Rancangan penelitian adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan pendekatan Non Equivalent Control Group.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemaparan hasil analisis diagram Kartesius kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara bermakna terhadap peningkatan kepuasan perawat di ruang rawat inap rumah sakit eksperimen sesudah dilakukan intervensi, dengan beda mean sebesar 7,615 , dan p value 0,001. Hasil yang lainnya yaitu tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara kepuasan kerja perawat di RS Eksperimen dibanding RS kontrol pada survei akhir, dengan beda mean hanya sebesar 0,16 , dan nilai P value 0,943. Selain itu intervensi berupa pemaparan hasil analisis diagram Kartesius kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap pergeseran atribut kepuasan kerja pada kuadran A (Prioritas) dari sembilan atribut berkurang menjadi tiga atribut, dan pada kuadran D (berlebihan) yang semula sembilan atribut berkurang menjadi enam atribut.

The focus of this study is the effect of exposure of the job satisfaction survey results are displayed in the form of a Cartesian diagram analysis against the increase of job satisfaction of nurses. The study was conducted in the inpatient Pringsewu hospital of Lampung province as experimental and X hospital Lampung as hospital controls. Respondents in this study were nurses working in the inpatient unit, amounting to 152 people. The research design was quasiexperimental and with Non Equivalent Control Group Design approach.
Results showed exposure Cartesian diagram analysis results significantly affect to increased satisfaction of nurses job satisfaction in the inpatient experimental hospital room after the intervention, with a mean difference of 7.615, and p value of 0.001. The other results are no significant differences between nurses job satisfaction in experiment hospital than control hospital at the end of the survey, with a mean difference of only 0.16, and p value 0.943 . furthermore, Intervention in the form of exposure of a Cartesian diagram analysis of the results of job satisfaction affects job satisfaction attributes in quadrant A (priority) of nine attributes reduced to three attributes, and in quadrant D (redundant) of nine attributes reduced to six attributes.

"Tingginya jumlah kasus HIV-AIDS di Sumatera Utara khususnya di Kota Medan yaitu sebanyak 3.780 kasus dan telah terjadi penurunan angka penggunaan kondom dari 86% menjadi 51,5% pada tahun 2011. Guna mengetahui penyebab kondisi tersebut maka perlu diketahui gambaran perilaku wanita pekerja seks dalam menawarkan kondom bagi pelanggan saat melakukan hubungan seksual.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi secara mendalam tentang perilaku wanita pekerja seks dalam menawarkan kondom pada pelanggan saat berhubungan seks di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain RAP. Data penelitian didapatkan dengan melakukan Indepth Interview (wawancara mendalam) kepada 12 informan yaitu para WPS di Kota Medan dan 8 informan kunci yang terdiri dari KPA, Dinas Kesehatan, Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan LSM Kota Medan, mucikari serta pelanggan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan WPS tentang HIV-AIDS dan kondom sudah baik, ketersediaan kondom sudah optimal, peran teman sebaya mendukung sesama WPS untuk menawarkan kondom ke pelanggan cukup tinggi dan peran mucikari mendukung WPS untuk menawarkan kondom pada pelanggan sangat rendah. Perilaku WPS dalam menawarkan kondom ke pelanggan sudah baik akan tetapi daya tawar serta kemampuan negosiasi WPS dalam menawarkan kondom belum optimal, sehingga penggunaan kondom masih tidak konsisten dan rendah, sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatan upaya promosi kondom secara komprehensif baik pada WPS, pelanggan dan pihak-pihak yang terkait.

The high prevalence of HIV-AIDS in Medan North Sumatra as many as 3,780 cases and there has been a decrease in condom use (86%) to (51.5%) in 2011. Order to determine the cause of the condition needs to be known picture of female Perilaku wanita pekerja seks (WPS) dalam menawarkan kondom pada pelanggan saat hubungan seks di Kota Medan tahun 2014 = Behavior of female sex workers in offering condoms to sex customers in Medan 2014 behavior in offer condom for customers during sexual intercourse.
The aim of this study was to obtain in depth information about the behavior of female sex workers in offering a condom for customers during sex in Medan. Qualitative methods had been used in this study. The research data obtained by conducting indepth interviews to 12 of sex workers and 8 key informants consisting of National AIDS Commission, Department of Health, Office of Women's Empowerment and NGO in Medan, pimps and customers of sex.
The results showed that female sex workers knowledge about HIV-AIDS and condoms is high, the availability of condoms is optimal, the role of peer support fellow sex workers to offer condoms to customers is high enough, the role of pimps supports for sex workers to offer condoms is very low. Female sex workers behavior in offering condoms to customers is good but the bargaining power of female sex workers as well as the ability to negotiate in offering condom is non optimal, therefore condom use still inconsistent and required to increase condom promotion efforts comprehensively both the WPS, customers and related parties.

"Kekambuhan skizofrenia merupakan masalah yang terjadi di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Kalimantan Barat di Kota Singkawang. Jumlah penderita skizofrenia yang kambuh terjadi peningkatan disetiap bulannya. Berdasarkan data dari Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Kalimantan Barat tahun 2014 dari bulan Januari 48, Februari 55, Maret 60. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai gambaran kekambuhan pada penderita skizofrenia di Kota Singkawang Provinsi Kalimantan Barat tahun 2014. Desain penelitian yang dipakai yaitu metode kualitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2014 teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian, penderita kambuh dan tidak kambuh terlihat bahwa pada keluarga penderita skizofrenia yang kambuh dukungan keluarga (pengetahuan, sikap, budaya, stigma) dan kepatuhan minum obat. Variabel tersebut yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kekambuhan terlihat bahwa masih ada keluarga yang memperlakukan penderita dengan kasar dan hanya memperhatikan minum obatnya saja namun kenyataannya masih ada penderita yang tidak teratur minum obat. Sedangkan pada kasus pembanding yaitu pada keluarga penderita yang kambuh justru sebaliknya. Sedangkan pada kedua kelompok ini budaya disetiap suku terlihat penanganan yang berbeda-beda. Di butuhkan program terapi keluarga pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Kalimantan Barat di Kota Singkawang.

Schizophrenia relapses is a problem that occurs in SingkawangMental Hospital, West Kalimantan Province. The number of patients with schizophrenia who relapse increased every month. Based on the data, there was an increase of cases from January (48 cases), February (55 cases), and March (60 cases). The aims of this study isto find out information about the relapse overview in schizophrenia patients at Singkawang West Kalimantan Province in the year of 2014.The study design used is a qualitative method. The study was conducted in May-June 2014.In-depth interviewstechniques was used for data collection. The results showed there are five variables that influence the occurrence of relapse, ie family support (knowledge, attitudes,culture, stigma)and drug compliance. There are families still treat the patients with rude and only pay attention to take his medication alone but in fact there are still people who do not regularly take medication. While in the case of the comparison which is to the patient's family, just the opposite is happening. While in the both groups, the handling look the difrent in every cultures. Family therapy program is needed at the Singkawang Mental Hospital, West Kalimantan Province. "

This study aimed to gain insight into the role of leadership commitment, leadership, budget planning, communication, and cooperation in the process of drafting a standard operating procedure of antenatal care in Serang City Health Office in 2013. Informants in this study is Serang City Health Office Head, Head of Community Health, Head of PHC, Kesga Kasi, Kasi Yandas & referral, kesga and health services staff, Midwives coordinator. the research design is qualitative in-depth interviews, focuss group discussion (FGD), observation and document review."

"ABSTRAK
Prevalensi gizi kurang di Indonesia memberikan angka yang cukup fluktuatif dari 18,4 persen (2007) menurun menjadi 17,9 persen (2010) kemudian meningkat lagi menjadi 19,6 persen (2013), masalah pendek pada balita juga masih cukup serius. Oleh karena itu, penimbangan berat badan setiap bulan penting dilakukan sebagai salah satu cara pemantauan pertumbuhan dan status gizi balita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku penimbangan balita di wilayah perkotaan dan perdesaan Indonesia tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional dan dianalisis menggunakan chi-square. Populasi penelitian adalah balita umur 6-59 bulan di Indonesia yang menjadi sampel Riskesdas 2013, dengan sampel penelitian balita umur 6-59 bulan di Indonesia yang berhasil diwawancarai Riskesdas 2013 dan memiliki kelengkapan data variabel. Diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara faktor predisposisi (pekerjaan ibu, pendidikan ibu, pendidikan ayah, umur ibu, umur balita, jenis kelamin balita, jumlah balita dalam keluarga, hubungan balita dengan kepala keluarga, dan status ekonomi) dan faktor pemungkin (jenis wilayah, kepemilikan kartu KMS, kepemilikan kartu KIA) dengan penimbangan balita, baik di perkotaan maupun di perdesaan. Kecuali untuk pekerjaan ibu di daerah perkotaan yang menunjukkan hubungan yang tidak bermakna secara statistik, pvalue=0,120. Untuk menurunkan angka balita tidak ditimbang maka diperlukan pendidikan kesehatan dan promosi kesehatan mengenai pentingnya penimbangan balita setiap bulannya.
ABSTRACT
Prevalence of malnutrition in Indonesia that was quite fluctuant, 18,4% in 2007 decreased to 17,9% (2010) and become inflated again to 19,6% in 2013. Also, stunting still a serious problem for under-five childern. Hence, monthly weighing is important as one of the monitoring growth and nutritional status for under-five childern. This research aims to understand determinant factors that associated with under-five children weighing behavior aged 6-59 month according to Urban and Rural areas in Indonesia in 2013. This research was quantitative with cross sectional design and chi-square analyzed. Population study was under-five children aged 6-59 month in Indonesia that was Riskesdas sample and sample study was under-five children aged 6-59 month in Indonesia that have been interviewed by Riskesdas 2013 and have comprehensive variable study. Result obtain significant association between predisposing factors (work status of mother, mother education, father education, mother age, under-five children age, relationship between under-five children and patriarch, gender of under-five children, under-five children size in family, and economic status) and enabling factors (type of living area, Maternal and Child Health handbook ownership, Road to Health Chart ownership) with wheighing behavior, even in Urban and Rural area. Except for work status of mother in Urban area show insignificant association according to statistic, pvalue=0,120. Conducting health education and health promotion are necessary for community to understand the importance of under-five children monthly weighing."

"The Smoking behavior is one of the biggest public health threats in the world. Wherever, whenever, and anyone can smoke, not exception the police in National Traffic Management Center Police of Republik Indonesia. (NTMC Polri). This research was conducted to find out the relationship of the factors that increase the success of quit smoking of in NTMC Polri. This descriptive study using a cross-sectional study design and are semi-quantitative from 51 police who become the respondents. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between a predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors and the success of quit smoking from the police in NTMC Polri. Control and explicit sanctions needs to be enhanced so that the smoke free workplace program in NTMC Polri runs well and can create a favorable environment to quit smoking.

Perilaku merokok merupakan salah satu ancaman terbesar kesehatan masyarakat dunia. Dimanapun, kapanpun, dan siapapun dapat merokok, tak terkecuali polisi di National Traffic Management Center Polisi Republik Indonesia (NTMC Polri). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor-faktor yang meningkatkan kemungkinan seseorang untuk berhenti merokok dengan keberhasilan berhenti merokok pada polisi di NTMC Polri. Penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dan bersifat semi kuantitatif, pada 51 polisi yang menjadi responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor predisposisi, pemungkin, penguat dan keberhasilan berhenti merokok pada polisi di NTMC Polri. Pengawasan dan sanksi yang tegas perlu ditingkatkan supaya program Kawasan Tanpa Rokok di NTMC Polri berjalan dengan baik serta dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang baik untuk berhenti merokok.

Angka kematian ibu tahun 2013 Kabupaten Sambas Provinsi Kalbar masih tinggi sebanyak 17 kasus. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui implementasi manajemen aktif kala III (MAKT) oleh bidan puskesmas wilayah kerja Dinas Kesesehatan Kab. Sambas. Desain penelitian cross sectionaldengan mixed method, sampel 58 menggunakan Total Sampling Hasil penelitian bidan menerapkan manajemen aktif kala III 63,8% dan yang tidak menerapkan manajemen aktif kala III 36,2%. Terdapat hubungan variabel Pengetahuan dan sikap dengan Implementasi Manajemen Aktif Kala III. Variabel sikap terhadap manajemen aktif kala III merupakan faktor paling dominan dengan (nilai p= <0,007)
