"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai hubungan presentasi diri dengan kesejaheraan subjektif mahasiswa yang menggunakan media sosial. Memiliki kesejahteraan subjektif yang tinggi dapat membantu melindungi mahasiswa dari afek negatif terhadap situasi yang membuat stress, depresi, serta tertekan. Salah satu aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif adalah presentasi diri yang dilakukan lewat media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik stratified random sampling, sedangkan untuk instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 92 mahasiswa program sarjana Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Indonesia angkatan 2020 dan 2021. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi kendall’s tau-b, terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat lemah antara presentasi diri dan kesejahteraan subjektif dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,124. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat presentasi diri yang dilakukan oleh individu, makan akan semakin tinggi kesejahteraan subjektif yang dirasakan oleh individu.

This study discusses the relationship between self-presentation and subjective well-being of students who use social media. Subjective well-being is an important component in the life of a college student. Having high subjective well-being can help college students from being negatively impacted by situations that are stressful, and despressing. One aspect that can affect subjective well-being is self-presentation. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between self-presentation and subjective well-being in college students who use social media. This study uses a quantitative research approach with a survei type. The sample in this study was measured using the probability sampling method with stratified random sampling technique, while the research instrument used was a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were 92 undergraduate students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia, class of 2020 and 2021. Based on the results of Kendall's tau-b correlation test, there is a very weak positive relationship between self-presentation and subjective well-being with a correlation coefficient of 0.124. This shows that the higher the level of self-presentation carried out by individuals, the higher the subjective well-being felt by a person."

"Telah banyak program pengelolaan sampah maupun pemberdayaan masyarakat, tetapi tidak menyasar tepat pada masyarakat di daerah wisata. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi upaya pengelolaan sampah berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program edukasi oleh Greeneration Foundation, tepatnya yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat EcoRanger Banyuwangi yang terdiri dari masyarakat lokal. Banyuwangi merupakan salah satu kabupaten penyumbang sektor pariwisata yang cukup besar bagi Jawa Timur, terutama di bidang pariwisata Bahari, yaitu wisata Pantai Pulau Merah dan sekitar Desa Sumberagung. Namun, ternyata ada lebih dari 4 ribu kilogram sampah dihasilkan dari kegiatan pariwisata setiap bulannya. Tumpukan sampah itu tentunya mengganggu kenyamanan para wisatawan. Salah satu pencapaian EcoRanger Banyuwangi pada aspek operasional, yaitu berdirinya Sentra Kelola Sampah (SEKOLA) yang merupakan fasilitas pengelolaan sampah terpadu di Desa Sumberagung. Namun, proses pengelolaan sampah di SEKOLA belum efisien karena minimnya pemilahan sampah oleh masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi , activities, dan outputs, serta menjelaskan faktor pendukung sekaligus penghambat program Edukasi Harian SEKOLA terhadap kegiatan yang berhasil dilaksanakan selama satu tahun menggunakan Model Logika. Serta dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pengembangan Penelitian Evaluatif dalam disiplin Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada rentang waktu Oktober-Juli 2023 dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian evaluasi sumatif serta pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi dan studi dokumen. Teknik pemilihan informan penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling, lalu dilanjutkan snowball sampling. Adapun literatur yang digunakan adalah pengelolaan sampah yang mencakup jenis sampah, pemahaman dan perilaku masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan sampah. Selain itu, literatur pemberdayaan masyarakat terkait perencanaan partisipatif yang mengarah pada keikutsertaan maupun keterlibatan masyarakat dalam  proses pengidentifikasian masalah persampahan, potensi yang dapat dilakukan untuk terlibat proaktif dan responsif melalui program, serta pemahaman strategi intervensi dalam perencanaan program edukasi menjadi bagian dari upaya keberhasilan program. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komponen inputs sebagian besar telah sesuai dengan perencanaan program, kemudian komponen activities tidak sepenuhnya sesuai, serta komponen outputs tidak tercapai sepenuhnya. Walaupun demikian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program edukasi tersebut dapat berkelanjutan dan menjadi penting untuk digagaskan kembali dalam pengajuan proposal program EcoRanger kepada stakeholders potensial.

There have been many waste management and community empowerment programs, but they do not properly target communities in tourist areas. This study evaluates waste management efforts based on community empowerment through an education program by the Greeneration Foundation, specifically carried out by the EcoRanger Banyuwangi community consisting of local communities. Banyuwangi is one of the districts that contributes to the tourism sector in East Java, especially in marine tourism, Pantai Merah and around Sumberagung Village. However, it turns out that there are more than 4,000 kilograms of waste generated from tourism activities every month. The piles of waste certainly disturb the comfort of the tourists. One of the achievements of EcoRanger Banyuwangi in the operational aspect is the establishment of Sentra Kelola Sampah (SEKOLA) which is an integrated waste management facility in Sumberagung Village. However, the waste management process in SEKOLA has not been efficient due to the lack of waste segregation by the community. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the inputs, activities, and outputs, as well as to explain the supporting and inhibiting factors of the SEKOLA Daily Education program against the activities that were successfully implemented for one year using the Logic Model. It also provides benefits for the development of Evaluative Research in the discipline of Social Welfare. This research was conducted between October - July 2023 using summative evaluation research and a qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews, observation and document study. The research informant selection technique used purposive sampling, then continued snowball sampling. The literature used is waste management which includes types of waste, understanding and community behavior towards waste management. In addition, community empowerment literature related to participatory planning that leads to community participation and involvement in the process of identifying waste problems, the potential that can be done to be involved proactively and responsively through the program, and understanding intervention strategies in educational program planning are part of the program's success efforts. The results of this study show that the inputs component is mostly in accordance with the program planning, then the activities component is not fully in accordance, and the outputs component is not fully achieved. Nevertheless, this study shows that the educational program can be sustainable and it is important to re-initiate the EcoRanger program proposal to potential stakeholders."

"Penelitian ini membahas hubungan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan peer attachment dengan penyesuaian diri mahasiswa perantau. Kemampuan penyesuaian diri merupakan hal yang penting untuk dimiliki mahasiswa perantau, karena di tahun pertamanya mahasiswa perantau akan mengalami culture shock dalam berbagai hal. Penelitian ini melihat beberapa faktor yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap penyesuaian diri mahasiswa, diantaranya yaitu dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan peer attachment. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tahun pertama Fakultas Ilmu Politik dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Indonesia yang berasal dari luar Jabodetabek. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan stratified random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang cukup atau sedang antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan penyesuaian diri mahasiswa dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) yaitu 0,541. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi dukungan sosial yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa perantau, maka akan semakin baik penyesuaian dirinya. Sementara itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang sedang antara peer attachment dengan penyesuaian diri mahasiswa perantau dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) yaitu 0,498. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin kuat peer attachment yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa perantau, maka akan semakin baik penyesuaian dirinya.

This study discusses the relationship between peer social support and peer attachment with the adjustment of overseas students. The ability to adapt is an important thing for overseas students to have, because in their first-year overseas students will experience culture shock in various ways. This study looks at several factors that can influence student adjustment, including peer social support and peer attachment. Respondents in this study were first-year students of the Faculty of Political Science and Political Science, University of Indonesia who came from outside Jabodetabek. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive research type. The data collection technique in this study used stratified random sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a moderate positive relationship between peer social support and student adjustment with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.541. This value indicates that the higher the social support possessed by overseas students, the better their adjustment will be. Meanwhile, this study also showed a moderate positive relationship between peer attachment and self-adjustment of overseas students with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.498. This shows that the stronger the peer attachment possessed by overseas students, the better their adjustment will be."

"Dalam mengukur aspek kepuasan pekerja berkaitan dengan pencapaian keseimbangan waktu antara kegiatan pekerjaan dan pribadi. Industri media investment merupakan industri kreatif yang menuntut pekerjanya untuk terus berkembang sesuai dengan permintaan client. GroupM merupakan salah satu perusahaan multinasional yang bergerak dalam bidang advertising. Dimana karyawan perusahaan ini memiliki bentuk pekerjaan yang berbeda dan kemampuan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia periklanan. Kondisi semacam itu membuat tingginya minat karyawan yang berhenti bekerja. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena kepuasan pekerja merupakan indikator yang dapat menjelaskan produktivitas dan loyalitas karyawan. GroupM sebagai agensi periklanan global penting untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja karyawan, hal tersebut dapat menjadi gambaran tentang kebutuhan pekerja. Salah satu tuntutan pekerja yang sering disuarakan adalah work-life balance, penelitian menguji hubungan WLB dengan Kepuasan Pekerja. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan GroupM yang berada dalam jabatan executive. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan quota sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-Desember 2023. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang lemah antara work-life balance dengan kepuasan kerja. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) yaitu 0,357. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi work-life balance yang dimiliki oleh karyawan, maka semakin tinggi kepuasan pekerja. Harapannya hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi gambaran bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja (occupational wellness) dan referensi bagi penelitian kesejahteraan sosial sektor industri.

In measuring aspects of employee satisfaction, it is related to achieving a balance of time between work and personal activities. The media investment industry is a creative industry that requires its workers to continue to develop according to demand. GroupM is a multinational company operating in the field of advertising. Where the employees of this company have different forms of work and abilities that suit the needs of the advertising world. Such conditions create high interest in employees quitting their jobs. This research is important to conduct because worker satisfaction is an indicator that can explain employee productivity and loyalty. GroupM as a global advertising agency is important to know employee job satisfaction, this can be an illustration of worker needs. One of the demands of workers that is often voiced is work-life balance, research examines the relationship between WLB and Employee Satisfaction. Respondents in This research are GroupM employees who are in position as executive. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive research type. The data collection technique in this research uses quota sampling. This research was conducted in August-December 2023. The results of this research show that there is a weak positive relationship between work-life balance with job satisfaction. The correlation test results show the correlation coefficient (r) value is 0.357. This value shows that getting higher the work-life balance owned by employees, the higher employee satisfaction will be. It is hoped that the results of this research can be an illustration for companies to improve worker welfare (occupational wellness) and a reference for social welfare research in the industrial sector."

"Karya akhir ini berfokus pada analisis strategi transformasi Program Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Tahun 2021 menggunakan konsep reformasi utama upaya perlindungan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka yang kemudian disajikan secara deskriptif. Bentuk hasil dari karya akhir ini merupakan sebuah kajian kritis atau critical review yang menganalisis sebuah teori atau konsep kesejahteraan sosial. Hasil tinjauan pustaka yang telah dilakukan antara lain, penulis menemukan bahwa Program BLK ini merupakan salah satu upaya perlindungan sosial yang termasuk dalam komponen pemenuhan pasar tenaga kerja menurut ADB. Selain itu, berdasarkan reformasi utama yang dibutuhkan untuk Program BLK, pemerintah belum sepenuhnya menjalankan upaya tersebut. Pemerintah belum berupaya untuk memberikan layanan Program BLK ini agar tepat sasaran, padahal hal ini dapat diatasi dengan menyusun standardisasi pengumpulan dan pengelolaan data. Selain itu, pemerintah juga kurang dalam melibatkan peran pekerja sosial dalam proses implementasi, monitoring, dan evaluasi pelaksanaan Program BLK. Berdasarkan reformasi utama perlindungan sosial, hal itu perlu diatasi dengan melakukan pemberdayaan pekerja sosial sebagai pionir perubahan program perlindungan sosial. Pemerintah Indonesia juga belum sepenuhnya menyadari pentingnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam inklusi sosial di Indonesia dan masih adanya masalah sumber pendanaan program yang belum optimal yang belum menjadi fokus pemerintah dalam pembuatan strategi transformasi Program BLK.

This final work focuses on the conditions and strategies for the transformation of the Vocational Training Center (BLK) Program organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower as an effort to fulfill social protection for the poor in 2021. The research method used is a literature review which is then presented descriptively. This final work is a critical review that analyzes the transformation strategy of a program using the main reform concept of social protection. The results of the literature review that has been carried out, among other things, the authors find and know that the BLK Program is one of the social protection efforts that includes components of fulfilling the labor market according to ADB. In addition, based on the main reforms needed to realize an integrated referral and service system in the BLK Program, the government has not fully implemented these efforts. The government has not attempted to provide BLK Program services in accordance and appropriate breakfast, even though this can be overcome with one of the main reforms needed, namely the standardization of data collection and management. In addition, the government also does not involve the role of social workers in implementing, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the BLK Program. Based on the main reforms needed, this needs to be addressed by empowering social workers as pioneers in changing social protection programs. The government is also not fully aware of the importance of community involvement in social inclusion in Indonesia and there are still problems with sub-optimal sources of program funding which have not fully become the government's focus in developing the BLK Program transformation strategy."

"Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi yaitu Proses Pelaksanaan Program Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak Yang Membutuhkan Perlindungan Khusus (PKS- AMPK) yang difokuskan terhadap anak korban kekerasan seksual di LPA DKI Jakarta, serta faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaannya. Informan penelitian terdiri dari Sakti Peksos, Ketua LPA, Penerima Manfaat beserta orang tuanya dan Subdit AMPK sebagai pelaksana program. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan pemberian bantuan sosial anak, sebagian besar diperuntukkan terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar yaitu perlengkapan sekolah. Dan keseluruhan proses tersebut telah sesuai dengan Pedoman Operasional PKS- AMPK.

This study is an evaluation that Social Welfare Programme Implementation Process Children Who Need Special Protection, which focused on child victims of sexual violence in LPA Jakarta, as well as factors supporting and inhibiting its implementation. "[ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas pelaksanaan program penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui Bedah Kampung pada kampung Sumberan dan kampung Lemah Abang kelurahan Warung Jaud serta melihat penghambat serta pendukung yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pelaksanaan Bedah Kampung di kampung Sumberan dan kampung Lemah Abang menggunakan tahapan pada buku pedoman pelaksanaan Bedah Kampung Kementerian Sosial. Dalam pelaksanaannya ditemukan faktor penghambat kurangnya pendampingan kepada penerima bantuan sehingga hasil yang diperoleh tidak maksimal. Faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan selain partispasi masyarakat yang baik juga dukungan dari pemerintah daerah sehingga pelaksanaan kegiatan Bedah kampung bisa selesai sesuai jadwal.

"ABSTRAKTesis ini menggambarkan hasil penelitian evaluasi terhadap program peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga yang dilakukan oleh Wahana Visi Indonesia di ADP Cawang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keberhasilan program sampai pada batas tertentu dan faktor-faktor yang mempengauhi keberhasilan tersebut. Penilaian terhadap keberhasilan ini didasarkan pada kerangka logis yang dibangun sebagai dasar implementasi program. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menunjukkan tantangan-tantangan yang menghambat program mencapai hasil yang diharapkan terutama masalah jangka waktu pendampingan dan keterbatasan staf lapangan yang menjadi ujung tombak pelaksanaan program.

ABSTRACT

This thesis depicts the evaluation results of family wellbeing improvement program undertaken by Wahana Visi Indonesia in ADP Cawang. The results showed the success of the program to some extent and factors that contributing to it. Assessment of success was based on a logical framework developend by the program which is the basis for the implementation. The research also showed the challenges that hinder the achievement of the expected results, especially problems which linked to time frame and available field staff to execute the program planning."
