"Ketidakpastian kondisi membuat Industri perhotelan yang merupakan sektor utama dari industri pariwisata termasuk ke dalam kategori industri yang paling rentan. Karena itu lah jenis usaha start-up khususnya di bidang Bidang Perhotelan membutuhkan strategi agar mampu menghadapi ketidakpastian kondisi kedepannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sensemaking terhadap knowledge creation dan decision making pada start-up Bidang Perhotelan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan mengambil 80 responden dengan teknik penarikan sampel berupa sampel jenuh dari PT Bobobox Mitra Indonesia selaku salah satu start-up Bidang Perhotelan di Indonesia yang paling populer. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi sederhana dan Uji F. Pengolahan data yang didapat menggunakan SPSS 26 for Windows. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan jika adanya pengaruh dari sensemaking terhadap knowledge creation dan decision making. Penelitian ini mampu membuktikan jika sensemaking, knowledge creation beserta decision making dapat membantu start-up industri perhotelan semakin siap menghadapi perubahan dan ketidakpastian kondisi dan informasi.

Changes occur everyday in the world and many uncertain conditions matter. Especially start-up businesses nowadays that count one of their primary capital on investors. On the other hand hotelier is one of the industry sectors that is quite vulnerable due to its type of income being classified as a tertiary expense. Hence why start-up hotels need to be prepared to face uncertainty conditions. This study aims to analyze the effect of sensemaking towards knowledge creation and decision making on start-up hotels. Using a quantitative approach, this study distributed questionnaires to 80 respondents with a saturated sample technique, who are categorized as top and middle management at PT Bobobox Mitra Indonesia as one of the well-known hotel start-ups in Indonesia. This research use SPSS 26 for Windows, and obtains results that show sensemaking has an influence on knowledge creation and decision making. This research also proves that sensemaking, , knowledge creation, and decision making is useful to face uncertain condition and obtain secure information."

"Perkembangan teknologi digital telah meningkatkan jumlah e-commerce, serta meningkatkan persaingan untuk menarik pelanggan. Kualitas layanan telah ditelusuri sebagai faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan elektronik terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui efek mediasi dari kepuasan pelanggan pada pelanggan Lazada di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling pada 180 responden yang didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear dan uji sobel, dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada pelanggan Lazada di DKI Jakarta; (2) Kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada pelanggan Lazada di DKI Jakarta; (3) Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada pelanggan Lazada di DKI Jakarta; (4) Terdapat pengaruh mediasi dari kepuasan pelanggan terhadap hubungan kualitas layanan elektronik dan loyalitas pelanggan pada pelanggan Lazada di DKI Jakarta.

The development of digital technology has increased the amount of e-commerce, as well as the competition to attract customers. Service quality has been traced as an important factor influencing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study aims to examine the effect of electronic service quality towards customer loyalty through the mediating effect of customer satisfaction on Lazada customers in DKI Jakarta. The research used a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique on 180 respondents who were obtained through online questionnaires. The data collected were analyzed using linear regression analysis and the Sobel test, with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The quality of electronic services has a positive effect towards customer loyalty on Lazada customers in DKI Jakarta; (2) The quality of electronic services has a positive effect towards customer satisfaction on Lazada customers in DKI Jakarta; (3) Customer satisfaction has a positive effect towards customer loyalty on Lazada customers in DKI Jakarta; (4) Customer satisfaction acts as a mediator between electronic service quality and customer loyalty on Lazada customers in DKI Jakarta.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Social Media Marketing Efforts terhadap Brand Equity dan Consumer Response pada konsumen Starbucks Indonesia di Jakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam mengambil sampel, teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk Starbucks Indonesia, mengikuti Starbucks di platform media sosial dan berdomisili di Jakarta. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 256 orang. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online dalam bentuk Google Form dan data yang didapatkan diolah menggunakan SPSS dan SmartPLS melalui analisis statistik deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hubungan yang dimiliki dalam model penelitian signifikan dan memiliki pengaruh positif.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Social Media Marketing Efforts on Brand Equity and Consumer Response on Starbucks Indonesia's consumer in Jakarta. The type of the study is explanative with quantitative approach. In taking samples, the technique uses in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling approach. The sample criteria in this study are consumer who have bought Starbucks Indonesia products, followed Starbucks Indonesia on social media platform and domiciled in Jakarta. The number of respondents in this study were 256 people. The instrument used in in this study is online questionnaire by Google Form and the data obtained were processed using SPSS and SmartPLS through descriptive statistical analysis and SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that all relationships held in the research model are significant and had positive influences."

This study analyzes the employee's perception of the performance of the
Directorate General of Legislation by using the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria which
include eight criteria: Leadership, Planning Performance, Organization, Human
Resource Management, Performance Based Budgeting, Measurement, Analysis
and Performance Information Management, Management Process and Achieving
Results. The method used is a mixture of quantitative and qualitative. The
population in this study were employees of the Directorate General of Legislation
in total 198 people, as the sample is 67 people with the technique of random
sampling techniques. Semi-structured interviews conducted with some employees
in the Directorate General of Legislation made for the purpose of deepening.
Results of the study concluded that the grade performance of the Directorate
General of Legislation is sufficient. Leadership criteria assessed by the most
prominent with the greatest score and the grade si good. Instead the grade of
Human Resource Management criteria is the worst. For other criterias such as
Planning Performance, Performance-Based Budgeting, Measurement, Analysis
and Performance Information Management, Management process and Achieving
Results, the score is sufficient. Improving performance of the Directorate General
of Legislation needs to be done by refine the practices based on the principles of
good governance and management functions that obey the principle of
performance-based and sustainability.

"Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses bisnis nya seperti adanya dinamika pasar dan perubahan tren konsumen yang cepat sehingga untuk mengatasi hal tersebut para pelaku usaha berinisiatif untuk mencari jalan keluar dengan digitalisasi. Namun, di Indonesia jumlah UMKM yang telah go digital sangat sedikit jika dibandingkan dengan total keseluruhan UMKM yang mencapai 65 juta unit yaitu hanya 34,8% saja. Fenomena tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa kebanyakan UMKM masih terkendala dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital karena masih rendahnya digital readiness yang dimiliki. Digital readiness dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai hal baik dari internal maupun eksternal bisnis seperti kemampuan dan pengetahuan teknologi digital, akses untuk memenuhi infrastruktur digital, lingkungan ekosistem dari stakeholder yang mendukung, dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi digital readiness yaitu leadership factors, strategic focus factors, resource factors, customer factors, market factors sebagai variabel independen terhadap digital readiness sebagai variabel dependen terdiri atas 3 dimensi yaitu technological sensemaking, agility, dan implementation. Objek penelitian merupakan pemilik UMKM Anggota Komunitas Perempuan Kepala Keluarga (PEKKA) di Kota Depok bidang usaha kuliner. Pendekatan penelitian merupakan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada total 180 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif yang terdiri atas analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa leadership factors, strategic focus factors, resource factors, customer factors, market factors memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap digital readiness pada UMKM PEKKA di Kota Depok bidang usaha kuliner.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have various challenges faced in their business processes, such as market dynamics and rapid changes in consumer trends, so to overcome this, business actors have taken the initiative to find a way out through digitalization. However, in Indonesia the number of MSMEs that have digital is very small compared to the total of MSMEs which reached 65 million units, which is only 34.8%. This phenomenon indicates that most MSMEs are still hampered in adopting digital technology because they are still low on digital readiness. Digital readiness can be influenced by various things from both internal and external business such as the ability and knowledge of digital technology, access to fulfil digital infrastructure, supportive ecosystem from stakeholder, and so on. This research aims to analyse the influencing factors of digital readiness, that is leadership factors, strategic focus factors, resource factors, customer factors, market factors as an independent variable against digital readiness as the dependent variable that contains three dimensions, named technological sensemaking, agility, implementation. The research objects are MSME owners who are members of the Women-Headed Family Community (PEKKA) in Depok City specifically in the culinary business. The research approach is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to a total of 180 respondents. The data analysis technique used is quantitative consisting of descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using SPSS tools. The analysis results show that leadership factors, strategic focus factors, resource factors, customer factors, market factors have a positive influence on digital readiness in PEKKA MSME’s in Depok City in the culinary business sector."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh customer experience terhadap revisit intention melalui mediasi customer satisfaction pada Spincity Bowling Alley. Customer experience diperoleh dari berbagai pelayanan dan aktivitas yang diupayakan penyedia usaha yang berkaitan tertentu dengan mengoptimalkan sense (indera), feel (emosional), think (kognitif), act (tindakan), dan relate (hubungan). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian eksplanatif, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian memnunjukkan bahwa pengalaman berkunjung ke Spincity Bowling Alley berpengaruh dengan keingan pengunjung untuk datang kembali dengan melihat kepuasan pelanggan selama berkunjung.

The purpose this research is to examine the effect of customer experience on revisit intentions through mediation of customer satisfaction at Spincity Bowling Alley. Customer experience is obtained from various services and activities that are pursued by business providers related to certain things by optimizing senses, feel, think, act, and relate. This study uses a quantitative approach, the type of explanatory research, by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the experience of visiting Spincity Bowling Alley has an effect on the desire of visitors to come back by looking at customer satisfaction during their visit."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi anteseden dynamic capabilities dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan konteks transformasi di Sub-Holding Pembangkitan Listrik PT PLN (Persero) menuju net-zero emission. Terdapat enam anteseden dynamic capabilities yaitu resource, knowledge management and learning, alliance, entrepreneurial orientation, environmental dynamism dan stakeholder pressure yang diuji pengaruhnya terhadap dynamic capabilities dan kinerja perusahaan. Dynamic capabilities juga diteliti sebagai mediator antara hubungan anteseden dengan kinerja perusahaan. Terdapat sejumlah 13 hipotesis yang diuji menggunakan partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survei dan berhasil terkumpul sampel sejumlah 250 responden. Model struktural dibangun berdasarkan kerangka teoritis kemudian disesuaikan dengan konteks penelitian dan hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa resource tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap dynamic capbilities serta dynamic capbilities tidak dapat memediasi hubungannya terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Walaupun demikian, knowledge management and learning, alliance, entrepreneurial orientation, environmental dynamism dan stakeholder pressure berpengaruh positif terhadap dynamic capabilities serta dynamic capabilities dapat memediasi hubungannya terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Pengaruh paling besar terhadap dynamic capabilities ditunjukkan oleh entrepreneurial orientation dimana membuktikan perusahaan dalam rangka untuk mengintegrasikan, membangun, dan mengkonfigurasi ulang kompetensi internal dan eksternal mereka memerlukan entrepreneurial orientation yang kuat untuk mendukung keberhasilan proses dynamic capabilities. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa dynamic capabilities pengaruh positif kinerja perusahaan.

This research aims to investigate the antecedents of dynamic capabilities and their influence on company performance in the context of transformation in the Sub-Holding Generation Company of PT PLN (Persero) towards net-zero emissions. There are six antecedents of dynamic capabilities, namely resources, knowledge management and learning, alliance, entrepreneurial orientation, environmental dynamism, and stakeholder pressure, which are tested for their influence on dynamic capabilities and company performance. Dynamic capabilities tested as a mediator between the antecedents of dynamic capabilities and company performance. There were 13 hypotheses tested using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with data collection techniques using surveys and a sample of 250 respondents was successfully collected. The structural model is built based on a theoretical framework and then adapted to the research context and with the results of validity and reliability tests. The results of the analysis show that resources do not have a positive impact on dynamic capabilities and dynamic capabilities cannot mediate their relationship with company performance. However, knowledge management and learning, alliance, entrepreneurial orientation, environmental dynamism, and stakeholder pressure have a positive impact on dynamic capabilities and dynamic capabilities can mediate their relationship to company performance. The greatest influence on dynamic capabilities is shown by entrepreneurial orientation, which proves that PT PLN (Persero) in order to integrate, build and reconfigure their internal and external competencies requires a strong entrepreneurial orientation to support the success of the dynamic capabilities process. The analysis results also show that dynamic capabilities have a positive impact on company performance."

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei berdasarkan purposive sampling. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS dan SmartPLS melalui analisis statistik deskriptif dan SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa firm-created dan user-generated social media communication berpengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness / association, brand loyalty, dan perceived quality produk lisptick, bedak padat, dan foundation merek Wardah di DKI Jakarta.

With the rapid growth of the cosmetics industry in Indonesia, it is hoped that the company will have the right strategies to dominate the market. Social media can offer new ways for companies and customers to communicate with each other. "This study examines the role of social media on the intention of Generation Z consumers in Jakarta City to purchase green cosmetic goods. The research investigates the impact of social media usage, green thinking, and social media marketing on the components of the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB), namely attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioural control. It also examines how these factors ultimately influence the intention to purchase green cosmetics. A web-based self-administered questionnaire was conducted using a Google Form link, which received a total of 130 valid responses from Generation Z individuals who had previously bought eco-friendly cosmetics and utilises social networking platforms. The data were processed using PLS-SEM with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The findings revealed a substantial and positive correlation between the use of social media and green thinking in relation to the TPB components. However, this study revealed that social media marketing has an insignificant effect on subjective norms, which contradicts prior findings. Furthermore, this study confirms the positive impact of the TPB constructs on the intention to purchase green cosmetics.

Penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana peran dari media sosial dapat mempengaruhi intensi pembelian green cosmetic pada Generasi Z di Kota Jakarta. Penelitian ini juga menginvestigasi bagaimana pengaruh dari social media usage, green thinking, serta social media marketing terhadap komponen-komponen dari the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB), yaitu attitude, subjective norms, serta perceived behavioural control. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga melihat bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut memiliki pengaruh terhadap green cosmetic purchase intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui pranala melalui Google Form dan telah mendapatkan total 130 responden dari Generasi Z yang sebelumnya telah melakukan transaksi kosmetik ramah lingkungan dan menggunakan media sosial. Data yang didapatkan kemudian diproses menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4. Penelitian ini mendapatkan penemuan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara penggunaan media sosial dan green thinking dan hubungannya pada variabel-variabel TPB. Meski begitu, hasil dari penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing memiliki hasil yang tidak signifikan pada salah satu komponen TPB, yaitu subjective norms, berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Tidak hanya itu, penelitian ini juga mengonfirmasi dampak positif yang dimiliki oleh variabel dari TPB terhadap green cosmetic purchase intention."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas tentang efektivitas program sosialisasi bahaya penyalahgunaan narkotika di SMA Negeri 14 Jakarta. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah tingginya jumlah penyalahguna pada usia produktif dan yang tertinggi adalah para pelajar SMA. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas program sosialisasi bahaya penyalahgunaan narkotika di SMA Negeri 14 Jakarta dan faktor-faktor penghambat dari program sosialisasi bahaya penyalahgunaan narkotika. Penelitian ini menggunakan yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif, melalui survei kepada siswa SMA dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sosialisasi yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 14 cukup efektif, yang dilihat dari materi yang disampaikan, kemampuan narasumber di dalam menyajikan, ketepatan waktu pelaksanaan sosialisasi, media serta alat peraga yang diigunakan, serta dukungan dari sekolah tersebut. Adapun yang menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi adalah narasumber yang baru yang membutuhkan penyesuaian terhadap peserta, perlengkapan dari sekolah seperti sound system yang tidak mendukung, pihak sekolah yang tidak membantu di dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi. Peneliti menyarankan perlunya disusun program sosialisasi yang menyeluruh dan berkesinambungan, membentuk relawan anti narkoba, pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana sosialisasi, serta menjalin kerja sama dengan lembaga pendidkan

ABSTRACT
This thesis is about the effectiveness of socialization program the danger of narcotic abuse in SMA Negeri 14 Jakarta. As the background of this research is the high number of abusers at the productive age and the highest is the high school students. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of socialization program of narcotic abuse hazard in SMA Negeri 14 Jakarta and the inhibiting factors of socialization program of danger of narcotics abuse. This study uses a quantitative method, through a survey to high school students using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The result of the research can be concluded that socialization done in SMA Negeri 14 is quite effective, seen from the material presented, the ability of resource in presenting, the timeliness of the socialization, the media and the props used, and the support from the school. As for the obstacles in the implementation of socialization is a new resource that requires adjustments to participants, equipment from schools such as sound systems that do not support, the schools that do not help in the implementation of socialization. Researchers suggest the need for a comprehensive and sustainable socialization program, to form anti drug volunteers, to utilize social media as a means of socialization, and to cooperate with educational institutions"
