"Gamification menjadi bentuk marketing yang mulai banyak digunakan oleh berbagai bisnis, tidak sedikit perusahaan dan bisnis di Indonesia yang mulai menerapkan sistem gamfication, karena dianggap merupakan cara yang dapat meningkatkan engagement para konsumennya dan juga equity dari brand tersebut yang terdiri dari awareness dan loyalitasnya, salah satu perusahaan tersebut adalah Shopee dengan fitur gamifikasinya adalah Shopee Games. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pemain Shopee Games di Indonesia, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang diberikan oleh gamification feature terhadap brand engagement dan brand equity, data dianalisis menggunakan Teknik PLS-SEM dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan gamification feature, yaitu immersion, achievement, dan social interaction related feature berpengaruh terhadap masing- masing dimensi brand engagement, yaitu emotional, cognitive, dan social brand engagement. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan emotional dan cognitive brand engagement berpengaruh terhadap brand awareness dan loyalty, namun social brand engagement tidak berpengaruh terhadap kedua dimensi brand equity, peneliti juga melakukan analisis terhadap hubungan gamification feature terhadap brand equity, dengan hasil analisis tidak adanya hubungan yang signifika antara gamification feature terhadap brand equity. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh gamification feature terhadap brand engagement yang juga berpengaruh terhadap brand equity.

Gamification became a marketing technique that many businesses already using, there’s a lot of companies and businesses in Indonesia that start using gamification, because it can increase the engagement of their customer and the equity of their brand that consists of awareness and loyalty. one of the companies that used gamification are Shopee with their gamification feature known as Shopee Games. this research was conducted on Shopee Games players, to know the effect of gamification features on brand engagement and brand equity. data were analyzed using PLS-SEM and SPSS, this research has shown gamification features that consist of immersion, achievement, and social interaction-related feature had a significant effect on each brand engagement dimension, that is emotional, cognitive, and social brand engagement. this research also shows there's a significant effect of emotional and cognitive brand engagement on brand awareness and brand loyalty, but social brand engagement doesn't have any significant effect on brand awareness and brand loyalty. the researcher also analyzed the effect of gamification features on brand equity, the result showed no significant effect of gamification features on brand equity. this research study showed the effect of gamification features on brand engagement was significant and consequently affecting brand equity."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan collaborative governance dalam pengendalian hama belalang kembara di Kabupaten Sumba Timur. Hama ini menjadi ancaman serius bagi pertanian lokal, mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kesejahteraan petani. Collaborative governance dipilih karena dapat mengintegrasikan berbagai kepentingan, sumber daya, dan pengetahuan dari pemerintah daerah, lembaga internasional, dan masyarakat lokal untuk mencapai solusi berkelanjutan. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan wawancara mendalam pada informan kunci yang terlibat dalam pengendalian hama. Analisis mengacu pada dimensi collaborative governance dari (Ansell & Gash, 2008), seperti identifikasi pemimpin kolaborasi, sejarah kerjasama dan konflik, desain kelembagaan, dan pengelolaan proses konsensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keberhasilan governance ini dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman identitas pemimpin, pengelolaan sejarah kerjasama dan konflik, serta desain kelembagaan yang baik. Protokol kolaborasi yang jelas dan proses konsensus efektif juga penting. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada teori dan praktik collaborative governance dalam pengendalian hama belalang, memberikan saran praktis dan teoritis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kolaborasi di masa depan. Implikasi kebijakan mencakup memperkuat kapasitas lokal, memfasilitasi dialog inklusif, dan membangun kerangka kerja kolaboratif yang berkelanjutan untuk mendukung pertanian dan keberlanjutan lingkungan di Sumba Timur.

This study examines collaborative governance in controlling migratory locust in East Sumba District, addressing its impact on local agriculture and farmers' well-being. Collaborative governance was chosen for its ability to integrate various stakeholders, including local governments, international agencies, and communities, to find sustainable solutions. Using qualitative methods, the research gathered data from in-depth interviews with key informants involved in locust control. The analysis followed (Ansell & Gash, 2008) dimensions of collaborative governance, focusing on leadership, historical cooperation and conflict, institutional design, and consensus management. The findings highlight that effective collaborative governance depends on clear leadership, managing historical relationships, solid institutional planning, and clear collaboration protocols. The study offers practical and theoretical insights for improving future collaborative efforts, emphasizing the need to strengthen local capacity, facilitate inclusive dialogue, and build sustainable frameworks to support agriculture and environmental sustainability in East Sumba District."

"Industri pariwisata mudah dipengaruhi oleh hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan bencana alam, keamanan serta kebersihan pada destinasi wisata, efisiensi waktu, pemogokan transportasi, kualitas layanan pariwisata, dan lain sebagainya. Hal-hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi ekonomi negara-negara berkembang yang industri pariwisatanya turut memberikan kontribusi devisa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh perceived risks terhadap revisit intention ke Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 responden dari kalangan milenial DKI Jakarta dengan metode non-probability sampling yaitu convenience sampling. Analisis regresi berganda diterapkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived risks terhadap revisit intention, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh tiap dimensi yang ada pada variabel perceived risks seperti physical risk, time risk, satisfaction risk, socio- psychological risk, dan performance risk, terhadap variabel revisit intention. Sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini, perceived risks berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Kemudian dimensi physical risk dan time risk berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan hubungan yang negatif terhadap revisit intention, satisfaction risk berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan hubungan negatif terhadap revisit intention, dan socio-psychological risk serta performance risk berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan hubungan positif terhadap revisit intention.

The tourism industry are easily influenced by matters related to natural disasters, safety and cleanliness at tourism destinations, time efficiency, transportation delays, the quality of tourism services, and so on. These things could influence the economies of developing countries whose tourism industry also contributes to foreign exchange. The purpose of this research is to find out how revisit intention impacted by perceived risks. This research use a quantitative approach with a sample of 140 respondents from the Millennials in DKI Jakarta with a non- probability sampling method, namely convenience sampling. Multiple regression analysis is applied to determine the impacts of perceived risks towards revisit intention, as well as to determine the impacts of each perceived risks' dimensions such as physical risk, time risk, satisfaction risk, socio-psychological risk, and performance risk, towards revisit intention variable. As a result of this research, the impacts of perceived risks variable towards revisit intention variable proven to be significant. The dimensions of physical risk and time risk are significantly related with a negative relationship toward the revisit intention, satisfaction risk is significantly related with positive relationship towards revisit intention, socio-psychological risk and performance risk are significantly related with a positive relationship towards revisit intention.

"Sistem pendidikan selama ini dikelola dalam suatu iklim yang birokratik sudah saatnya kini diubah dengan sistem tata kelola yang lebih baik. Sistem tata kelola birokratik seringkali mengesampingkan peranan kepala sekolah dan guru. Tata kelola yang lebih baik dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan peran kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua siswa. Sistem tata kelola yang baru ini disebut dengan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah. MBS mengharapkan sekolah untuk menjadi mandiri dan selalu meningkatkan mutu kinerjanya. Balanced scorecard dapat menjadi altenatif pengukuran yang tepat untuk diadopsi oleh sekolah.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kinerja SMPN 1 Manggar dengan menggunakan empat perspektif Balanced Scorecard yaitu: (1) perspektif Keuangan, (2) perspektif pelanggan, (3) perspektif proses internal bisnis, dan (4) perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif dengan obyek SMPN 1Manggar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data skunder dan data primer. Responden yang terlibat adalah guru/pegawai dan siswa.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pencapaian penerapan Balanced Scorecard ditinjau dari (1) Perspektif keuangan sangat baik berdasarkan laporan keuangan yang memenuhi syarat ekonomis, efektif, dan efisien. (2) Perspektif pelanggan memperoleh nilai cukup baik berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan sekolah, (3) Perspektif bisnis internal juga dinilai baik berdasarkan indikator telah tersedianya sarana prasarana yang relatif lengkap, inovasi, serta layanan purna jual sekolah. (4) Perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran dinilai cukup baik, karena loyalitas guru dan pegawai baik dan usaha peningkatan kompetensi juga selalu dilakukan sekolah atau dilakukan guru secara individu.
Pada akhirnya dapat diketahui kinerja SMP 1 Manggar secara komprehensif berada pada level baik. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan (1) pihak sekolah hendaknya berupaya untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja sekolah yang masih berada pada ketercapaian "baik" menjadi tingkat ketercapaian "sangat baik", (2) guru hendaknya lebih membuka diri terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan kreatif sehubungan dengan peningkatan prestasi siswa. sehingga pada akhirnya juga akan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat pada SMPN 1 Manggar.

It had been long time that educational system was managed bureaucracy. It made take a side the role of the principal and teachers in managing the system of the school, and it has to be changed. The good governance of school should be applied by enhancing the role of principal, teacher, and participating of the parents. School based management is the solution in accommodating the role of the school stakeholder. The School Base Management creates the school to be self-managed, and always try to improve its performance. The balance scorecard could be one of the alternative of measuring the school performance.
The aim of the research to explain the performance of SMPN 1 Manggar using 4 perspectives of balance scorecard: 1) financial perspective, 2) customer perspective, 3) business internal process perspective, and 4) growth and learning perspective. Analysis descriptive also applied in this research. The seconder and primer data were used for collecting the data of the research, and the respondent participate in this research is teachers/staffs and students.
The result of the research indicated that the implementation of balance scorecard : 1) financial perspective categorized very good, it was based on the financial report indicated that the financial managed economically, effectively, and efficiently. (2) customer perspective got quite good score. 3) Internal business process in SMPN 1 Manger categorized "good" in facilitating infrastructure, innovation, and output school servicing. 4) growth and learning perspective categorized "quite good". It because the school always try to improve teachers and staffs competency, both individually and institutionally.
Finally, the research found that the performance of SMPN 1 Manggar categorized "good". From the research founding is expected : 1) the school should make effort to more improving the school performance. 2) the teachers should be open minded of innovative and creative in using teaching media in order to improve student achievement. The consequently, it will enhance the community trust to SMPN 1 Manggar

"Profesionalisme guru memberikan dampak terhadap tingkat ketercapaian siswa. Peningkatan profesionalisme guru membutuhkan peran pengawas. Kepengawasan tidak dilaksanakan secara optimal karena rendahnya intensitas kunjungan pengawas ke sekolah. Penelitian ini adalah sebuah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui apa saja peran yang dijalankan oleh pengawas dalam peningkatkan profesionalisme guru di SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah; dan (2) untuk menganalisis keterkaitan peran pengawas dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru di SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung. Pengumpulan data untuk mengetahui apa saja peran yang dijalankan oleh pengawas dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap lima orang pengawas yang bertugas mengawas guru di SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung dan lima orang guru mata pelajaran di SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung sebagai triangulasi data. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kaitan peran pengawas dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam terthadap lima orang guru mata pelajaran di SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengawas hanya menjalankan peran sebagai konsultan dan semua pengawas tidak menjalankan peran sebagai koordinator, group-leader, dan evaluator; dan (2) peran pengawas sebagai konsultan dalam memberikan bimbingan terhadap guru dalam merancang perencanaan pengajaran memiliki keterkaitan dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam aspek teknik pengajaran.

Teacher professionalism gives impact towards students? achievement level. The enhancement of teacher professionalism needs the role of supervisor. Supervision is not conducted optimally because of the low of supervisors? visitation intensity to school. This research is a qualitative study which purposes: (1) to find out which roles played by school supervisor in enhancing teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung of Bengkulu Tengah regency; and (2) to analyze the relevance of supervisor roles in enhancing teacher professionalism of SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung. In order to find out which roles played by the supervisors, the data collection were conducted through in-depth interview with five supervisors who are in charge of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung and with five teachers in the purpose of data triangulation. In order to analyze the relevance of supervisor roles in enhancing teacher professionalism, the data collection were also conducted through in-depth interview with five teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung.
The result of this study indicates that: (1) the supervisors play only the role of consultant. All of the supervisors do not play the role as coordinator, groupleader and evaluator; and (2) supervisor role as the consultant in which the supervisor helps teacher in designing the plan of teaching process has relevance in enhancing teacher professionalism in the aspect of teaching technique.

"Kajian ini menyajikan ilustrasi rekonstruksi aturan kelembagaan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada SMAN 1 Kotagajah, Lampung Tengah. Peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik ini direkonstruksi dengan basis kerangka kelembagaan bertingkat, dengan menggunakan model ?policy process as a hierarchy? sebagaimana diperkenalkan oleh Bromley. Kajian ini termasuk dalam SSM-based action research dengan kategori problem solving interest. Dengan pilihan ini, perubahan yang diinginkan dan mungkin dilakukan (feasible and desirable change) dengan mempertimbangkan systematically desirable, culturally feasible adalah pertimbangan di antara para pemilik masalah (problem owner). Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik tidak hanya melibatkan satu tingkat saja, melainkan memerlukan dukungan kebijakan bertingkat. Institutional arrangement mengatur bagaimana tingkat di bawahnya dapat berfungsi dengan baik.

This study represents an illustration of the reconstruction of Institutional Arrangements to improve the learning achievement for students at SMAN 1 Kotagajah, Central Lampung. The Improved learning process is reconstructed on the basis of the institutional multilevel framework, by using from the 'policy process as a hierarchy' model as introduced by Bromley. This study includes the SSM-based action research with problem solving interest categories. With this option, feasibility and desirable change is made possible systematically considering the desirability and also cultural feasibility of the proponents. The results of the study shows that improving student learning curve not only involves a single level, but requires the support of a multilevel policy framework, and institutional arrangement governing how the lower level to function properly."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang strategis pembangunan sistem informasi pecandu narkotika yang merupakan usaha dalam pemutusan jaringan peredaran gelap narkoba,hal ini dapat diperoleh dari informasi yang diberikan oleh pecandu narkoba pada institusi penerima wajib lapor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pembangunan sistem informasi pecandu narkotika dengan mengeksplorasi faktor penghambat atau kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembangunan sistem informasi pecandu di BNN dan menganalisis prioritas strategi dalam menghadapi permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam proses pelaksanaannya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif denganmetode analisis AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process).
Berdasarkan hasil analisis AHP, prioritas faktor penghambat atau kendala yang ditemukan dalam pembangunan sistem informasi pecandu narkotika adalah kriteria sumber daya manusia, kemudian arogansi antar instansi terkait, diikuti dengan stigma pecandu dan yang terakhir adalah anggaran/dana. Aktor yang berperan dalam pembentukan atau pembangunan sistem informasi pecandu narkotika adalah Badan Narkotika Nasional, diikuti dengan instansi terkait, dan faktor yang terakhir adalah pecandu narkotika.
Perekrutan sdm yang ahli dan handal dalam pembangunan sistem informasi pecandu narkotika di BNN ini bukan berarti menyatakan bahwa strategi yang pertamadiperlukan dan strategi yang lain tidak diperlukan, tetapi penentuan prioritas ini hanya sebagai bantuan untuk menentukan strategi yang perlu didahulukan apabila untuk melakukan seluruh strategi secara simultan mengalami kendala. Bagaimanapun, pelaksanaan seluruh strategi secara simultan akan menghasilkan pencapaian tujuan yang lebih optimal.

This thesis discusses the development of strategic information system drug addict who is a business in illicit drug trafficking network disconnection, this can be obtained from the information provided by drug addicts at the recipient institution shall report. The goal of this study is to analyze development of strategic information system, explore the inhibiting factors or obstacles encountered in the development of information system in National Narcotics Board and analyze strategic priorty in dealing with problems that found in the implementation process. This study used a quantitative approach with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methode.
Based on AHP analysis, the priorityof inhibiting factors or constraints that are found in the construction of information systems is a drug addict human resource criteria, then arrogance among related institution, followed by stigma addicts and the last one is the budget. The actor who plays a role in the implementation of information systems development is a drug addict is a drug addict addict National Narcotics Board, followed by agencies, drug addicts.
Recruitmenr of human resourcers expert and reliable in drug addicts? information system developing strategic in BNN doesn?t mean that one strategy is more important than the other. It is only as a guidance to determine which strategy to do first when simultaneous implementation can not be done. However, implementation of all strategies simultaneously will make a better achievement.

"Demokratisasi di Indonesia dimulai dengan terjadinya peristiwa reformasi 1998. Generasi native democracy adalah generasi yang mengawali usia remajanya setelah meletusnya reformasi 1998. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada terjadinya perbedaan sikap dan perilaku generasi native democracy ketika terlibat dalam gerakan mahasiswa, sehingga perlu dilakukan penyesuaian dalam pendekatan kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pimpinan BEM UI menjalankan kepemimpinan transformasional versi Bass dalam mengorganisasikan pengikutnya yang merupakan bagian dari native democracy. Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan studi literature. BEM UI menjalankan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan menitikberatkan pada dimensi individual consideration. Salah satu faktor utama yang membuat kepemimpinan transformasional dapat diaplikasikan karena didukung oleh keberadaan IKM UI. IKM UI dianggap mempunyai sistem keorganisasian yang mendukung bagi dilaksanakannya kepemimpinan transformasional. Selain itu, budaya organisasi juga dianggap mempunyai pengaruh bagi terlaksananya kepemimpinan tersebut.

Democratization in Indonesia began in 1998 when the event occurs reform. Native democracy is a generation who began adulthood after the 1998 reform. These conditions have an impact on the differences in attitudes and behavior of generations of native democracy when it is involved in the student movement, so it is necessary to adjust the approach to leadership. This study aims to determine how the leadership of BEM UI practice of transformational leadership use Bass version in the followers which is part of the native democracy. Approach to research conducted with qualitative methods, the data was gathered with indepth interview and library research. BEM UI practice transformational leadership focus on individual dimension of consideration. One of the main factors that make transformational leadership can be applied because it is supported by the existence of IKM UI. IKM UI deemed to have organizational systems that support the implementation of transformational leadership. In addition, organizational culture is also deemed to have an effect on the implementation of the leadership."

Tesis ini membahas pelaksanaan program ketahanan nasional di
kementerian pemuda dan olahraga yang bertujuan memberdayakan
pemuda dari masalah-masalah sikap individualis, materialis, menurunnya
rasa nasionalisme dan patriotisme serta mengikis dan terpuruknya nilai
moral. Sebagian pemuda sibuk mementingkan pribadinya, kurang peduli
terhadap lingkungan dan permasalahan yang terjadi disekitarnya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan
pendekatan deskripsi analisis. Informasi yang diperoleh dengan
melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber yang berjumlah 7
orang, 2 orang dari kemenpora sementara 5 orang adalah peserta program
Tannasda, narasumber ini adalah orang-orang yang mempunyai
pengetahuan tentang pelaksanaan program ketahanan nasional
(Tannasda). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas pelaksanaan
program ketahanan nasional pemuda (Tannasda) tahun 2014 di
kementerian pemuda dan olahraga. Dari hasil penelitian, pelaksanaan
program ketahanan nasional pemuda di kementerian pemuda dan olah
raga telah mengalami peningkatan kualitas dari tahun ke tahun, namun
pelaksanaan program ketahanan nasional pemuda tahun 2014 masih
mengalami hambatan-hambatan teknis yang dapat merusak substansi dari
program itu sendiri

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the implementation of the national security program
at the ministry of youth and sports aimed at empowering the youth of issues
individualist attitude, materialist, declining sense of nationalism and patriotism as
well as erode and decline of moral values. Most youth-centered personal busy, is
less concerned about the environment and the problems that occur around them.
This research uses a qualitative research approach analytical description.
Information obtained by conducting in-depth interviews with sources, amounting
to 7 people, 2 people of Kemenpora while 5 people were Tannasda program
participants, resource persons are those who have knowledge about the
implementation of the national security program (Tannasda). This study aims to
discuss the implementation of the national security programs of youth (Tannasda)
in 2014 at the ministry of youth and sports. From the research, the implementation
of the national security programs of youth in the ministry of youth and sports has
increased the quality from year to year, but the implementation of the national
security programs of youth in 2014 was still experiencing technical barriers that
could undermine the substance of the program itself.;This thesis discusses the implementation of the national security program
at the ministry of youth and sports aimed at empowering the youth of issues
individualist attitude, materialist, declining sense of nationalism and patriotism as

discuss the implementation of the national security programs of youth (Tannasda)
in 2014 at the ministry of youth and sports. From the research, the implementation
of the national security programs of youth in the ministry of youth and sports has
increased the quality from year to year, but the implementation of the national
security programs of youth in 2014 was still experiencing technical barriers that
could undermine the substance of the program itself.;This thesis discusses the implementation of the national security program
at the ministry of youth and sports aimed at empowering the youth of issues
individualist attitude, materialist, declining sense of nationalism and patriotism as

"Tesis ini membahas tentang Resistensi dalam Manajemen Perubahan Pada Direktorat Pensiun PNS dan Pejabat Negara Badan Kepegawaian Negara. Analisis Resistensi berisi faktor penghambat perubahan, strategi mengatasi hambatan, serta langkah change management mensukseskan perubahan dalam kasus perubahan strategi pelayanan pensiun cepat, tepat menggunakan Sistem Aplikasi Pelayanan Kepegawaian dan berstandar Internasional ISO 9001:2008. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan postpositivist dengan metode kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penghambat perubahan di Direktorat Pensiun PNS dan Pejabat Negara adalah parochial self interest, Misunderstanding and lack of trust, different assessment, dan low tolerance of change. Strategi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut adalah pendidikan dan komunikasi, partisipasi, fasilitasi training, negoisasi, dan paksaan atau tindakan tegas. Direktorat Pensiun PNS dan Pejabat Negara telah melakukan delapan tahapan Kotter (1996) namun masih memiliki kelemahan pada tahap increase urgency, communicate for buy in, empower action create, short term wins dan anchoring new approaches in the culture.

This thesis discusses about the resistance of change management on the Retirement Directorate of Civil Servants and State Officials at the National Civil Service Agency The Resistance Analysis consists of the change resistance factors strategy to overcome resistances and the change management steps to succeed the change on the strategies for a faster and precise service of retirement using the National Civil Service Information System and international standard of ISO 9001 2008 This research uses the post positivist approach by the kualitatif method
The research result shows that the change resistance factors on the Retirement Directorate of Civil Servants and State Officials are parochial self interest misunderstanding and lack of trust different assessment and low tolerance of change Meanwhile the strategies used to overcome those obstacles are education and communication participation training facilitation negotiation and enforcement or forceful conduct It shows that the Retirement Directorate of Civil Servants and State Officials has already been conducting the eight steps.
