"Vaksinasi COVID-19 di Indonesia telah dilaksanakan sejak 13 Januari 2021 dan masih dilaksanakan hingga saat ini. Data capaian vaksinasi ditemukan terdapat perbedaan jumlah penerima vaksin dosis pertama dan dosis kedua. Hal ini menunjukkan terdapat masyarakat yang belum mendapatkan dosis primer lengkap. Padahal vaksin COVID-19 dapat membentuk antibodi secara optimal jika individu menerima dosis primer lengkap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan kelengkapan vaksinasi COVID-19 pada masyarakat di wilayah DKI Jakarta tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dan melibatkan sebanyak 261 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner online yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariate menggunakan uji chi square dengan level kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelengkapan vaksinasi COVID-19 pada masyarakat DKI Jakarta sudah divaksinasi secara lengkap (95,4%). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan pada pengetahuan vaksinasi (POR: 8,59), persepsi manfaat vaksinasi COVID-19 (POR: 4,47), dan self efficacy dalam melakukan vaksinasi COVID-19 (POR: 4,78) dengan kelengkapan mendapatkan vaksinasi COVID-19 pada masyarakat. Selain itu, mayoritas masyarakat tetap bersedia untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan setelah divaksinasi COVID-19 (98,9%). Pemerintah disarankan untuk melakukan reminder kembali kampanye vaksinasi COVID-19. Dinas Kesehatan disarankan untuk membuat perencanaan konten tentang COVID-19 dan vaksinasi COVID-19 yang terbaru serta fokus menyebarkan informasi melalui media sosial dan memperbaharui data capapain vaksinasi. Masyarakat disarankan untuk tetap waspada dan melaksanakan protokol kesehatan serta melakukan vaksinasi booster bagi yang belum melakukan

The COVID-19 vaccination in Indonesia has been carried out since 13 January 2021 and is still being out today. Vaccination achievement data found that were differences in the number of recipients of the first dose of vaccine and the second dose. This data shows that there are people who have not received the primary doses completely. Even though the COVID-19 vaccine can optimally form antibodies if individuals receive the completeness of primary doses. This study aims to find out what factors are related to the completeness of COVID-19 vaccination in the community in the DKI Jakarta area in 2022. This study used a cross-sectional study design and involved 261 respondents. Data were collected through online questionnaires and then analyzed univariate and bivariate using the chi-square test. The results showed that the completeness of the COVID-19 vaccination in the people of DKI Jakarta had been completely vaccinated (95.4%). There is a significant relationship between vaccination knowledge (POR: 8,59), perceived benefits of COVID-19 vaccination (POR: 4,47), and self-efficacy in carrying out COVID-19 vaccinations (POR: 4,78). In addition, the majority of people are still willing to implement health protocols after being vaccinated against COVID-19 (98.9%). The government can carry out a reminder for the COVID-19 vaccination campaign. The Health Office can plan content about COVID-19 and the latest COVID-19 vaccinations and focus on spreading information through social media and updating data on vaccination achievements. The community is advised to remain vigilant and implement health protocols and carry out booster vaccinations for those who have not yet done it."

"COVID-19 merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2 yang mengakibatkan pandemi global. Jakarta adalah salah satu kota di Indonesia dengan angka kasus dan kematian tertinggi akibat COVID-19. Salah satu cara paling efektif untuk mengurangi keparahan dan resiko penularan COVID-19 adalah dengan vaksinasi. Vaksin dapat merangsang respons imunitas humoral tubuh yang menghasilkan antibodi netralisasi. Selain vaksin, antibodi netralisasi dapat diinduksi secara natural oleh imunitas tubuh. Hybrid immunity merupakan gabungan antara antibodi netralisasi yang diinduksi secara natural dan yang diinduksi oleh vaksin. SARS-CoV-2 terus bermutasi memunculkan berbagai varian yang menyebabkan peningkatan jumlah kasus dan munculnya gelombang COVID-19 baru di Indonesia, yaitu gelombang Delta pada Juni 2021 dan gelombang Omicron pada Januari 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi perubahan antibodi netralisasi 3 bulan setelah vaksinasi dosis lengkap dari beberapa jenis vaksin, yaitu vaksin virus inaktivasi (CoronaVac), vaksin viral vektor (ChAdOx1 nCoV-19), dan vaksin mRNA (BNT162b2) serta pengaruh riwayat infeksi SARS-CoV-2 pada penerima vaksin terhadap berbagai varian SARS-CoV-2 (Wuhan, Delta, Omicron B.1.1.529 dan BA.2). Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Surrogate Virus Neutralization Test (sVNT) yang memiliki prinsip kerja seperti enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) dan meniru interaksi antara receptor binding domain (RBD) dan angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) dalam pelat ELISA dengan RBD dan ACE2 yang telah mengalami pemurnian dengan sampel serum partisipan populasi umum (n = 76). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara antibodi netralisasi sebelum dan 3 bulan setelah vaksinasi dosis lengkap, tetapi tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada antibodi netralisasi yang dihasilkan dari masing-masing jenis vaksin. Hal tersebut kemungkinan disebabkan oleh waktu pengambilan sampel setelah terjadi gelombang Omicron COVID-19 sehingga terjadi hybrid immunity yang menyebabkan tingginya kadar antibodi netralisasi yang merata pada setiap jenis vaksin. Partisipan dengan riwayat infeksi SARS-CoV-2 memiliki kadar antibodi netralisasi yang lebih tinggi. Terdapat perbedaan antibodi netralisasi yang signifikan terhadap berbagai varian SARS-CoV-2 dengan penurunan kadar antibodi netralisasi yang signifikan terhadap varian Omicron B.1.1.529 dan BA.2. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah vaksinasi dosis lengkap berhasil meningkatkan kadar antibodi netralisasi hingga 3 bulan pascavaksinasi yang dipengaruhi oleh riwayat infeksi SARS-CoV-2.

COVID-19 is a disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus which has resulted in a global pandemic. Jakarta is one of the cities in Indonesia with the highest number of COVID-19 cases and deaths. One of the most effective ways to reduce the severity and transmission risk of COVID-19 is by getting vaccinated. Vaccines can stimulate the body's humoral immune response to produce neutralizing antibodies. Apart from vaccines, neutralizing antibodies can be induced naturally by the body's immunity. Hybrid immunity is a combination of naturally induced neutralizing antibodies and those induced by vaccines. The continuously mutating SARS-CoV-2 has led to the emergence of various variants which have resulted in an increase in the number of cases and the emergence of new COVID-19 waves in Indonesia, namely the Delta variant which appeared in June 2021 and the Omicron variant in January 2022. This study aims to evaluate changes in neutralizing antibodies 3 months after complete doses of several types of vaccines, namely inactivated virus vaccine (CoronaVac), viral vector vaccine (ChAdOx1 nCoV-19), and mRNA vaccine (BNT162b2) and the effect of a history of SARS-CoV-2 infection in vaccine recipients against various variants SARS-CoV-2 (Wuhan, Delta, Omicron B.1.1.529 and BA.2). The study was conducted using the Surrogate Virus Neutralization Test (sVNT) test which has a working principle like the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and mimics the interaction between the receptor binding domain (RBD) and angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) in ELISA plates using RBD and ACE2 that had undergone purification with sera samples of general population participants (n = 76). The results showed that there were significant differences between the neutralizing antibodies before and 3 months after the full dose of vaccination, but there were no significant differences in the neutralizing antibodies produced from each type of vaccine. This was probably caused by the sampling time after the Omicron COVID-19 wave occurred, resulting in hybrid immunity which resulted in high levels of neutralizing antibodies that were evenly distributed in each type of vaccine. Participants with a history of SARS-CoV-2 infection had higher levels of neutralizing antibodies. There were significant differences in neutralizing antibodies against various variants of SARS-CoV-2 with a significant decrease in levels of neutralizing antibodies against Omicron B.1.1.529 and BA.2 variants. The conclusion of this study is that full dose vaccination has succeeded in increasing neutralizing antibody levels for up to 3 months after vaccination which are affected by a history of SARS-CoV-2 infection."

"Studi terdahulu menemukan bahwa analytical thinking dan conspiracy belief merupakan faktor yang memengaruhi vaccine acceptance. Namun terdapat inkonsistensi di mana analytical thinking yang dianggap dapat meningkatkan dan conspiracy belief yang dapat menurunkan vaccine acceptance tidak selalu seperti itu pada realitanya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan melihat hubungan analytical thinking dalam memprediksi vaccine acceptance dengan conspiracy belief sebagai moderator. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode non-eksperimental dengan menyebarkan empat alat ukur melalui tautan google form. Penelitian ini melibatkan 115 partisipan WNI berusia 18-60 tahun (M = 37.79, SD =11.079) dengan 53,04% partisipan perempuan dan 46,09% partisipan laki-laki. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa analytical thinking memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan vaccine acceptance, namun hanya kemampuan analytical thinking yang dapat memprediksi vaccine acceptance secara signifikan (b = .2, SE = .8, t = 2.494, p = .14 [95% confidence interval (lower = .41, upper = .358)]). Sementara hubungan analytical thinking dan vaccine acceptance dengan adanya conspiracy belief sebagai moderator tidak signifikan namun memiliki pola hubungan. Meski begitu, conspiracy belief itu sendiri memprediksi vaccine acceptance secara signifikan yang artinya orang yang memiliki conspiracy belief dapat muncul dari kelompok analytical thinking tinggi maupun rendah.

Prior studies found that analytical thinking and conspiracy beliefs are factors that influence vaccine acceptance. However, there are inconsistencies where analytical thinking which is considered to be able to increase and conspiracy beliefs that can reduce vaccine acceptance are not always like that in reality. Therefore, this study aims to look at analytical thinking in predicting vaccine acceptance with conspiracy beliefs as a moderator. This study is a nonexperimental study that involves four measuring instrument administered through google form link. This study involves 115 Indonesian citizen as participants between the age of 18 and 60 (M = 37.79, SD =11.079) with 53,04% women and 46,09% men. This study found that analytical thinking has a significant correlation with vaccine acceptance but analytical ability can predict vaccine acceptance significantly (b = .2, SE = .8, t = 2.494, p = .14 [95% confidence interval (lower = .41, upper = .358)]) while the relationship between the three variables together is not significant but has a constant pattern. However, the conspiracy belief itself predicts vaccine acceptance significantly, which means that people who have a conspiracy belief can emerge from either high or low analytical thinking groups."

"Pandemi COVID-19 adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh infeksi virus corona atau yang lebih dikenal sebagai SARS-CoV-2. Menurut data Kemenkes RI pada 17 Januari 2022, jumlah kasus meninggal di Indonesia hingga 144.174 dan jumlah yang diketahui sudah terinfeksi 8.775 per hari. Fenomena ini dikarenakan mutasi SARS-CoV-2 secara terus menerus hingga menyulitkan pembuatan vaksin yang efektif. Proses pembuatan dan penelitian untuk menemukan vaksin yang efektif masih terus dilakukan hingga saat ini. Karena hal tersebut penelitian dan penemuan vaksin yang efektif untuk menanggapi adanya potensi mutasi dari virus SARS-CoV-2 yang lebih berbahaya di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kandidat vaksin virus SARS-CoV-2 berdasarkan urutan epitop dengan menganalisis spike protein virus SARS-CoV-2 dan Major Histocompatibility Complex I dan II (MHC I dan II ) sebagai alel-alel yang terkait ke satu set peptida yang untuk menjadi target respon imun tubuh melalui pendekatan imunoinformatika. Analisis pada studi ini dilakukan di berbagai perangkat lunak. Sequence S-protein SARS-CoV-2 diunduh melalui GISAID lalu diprediksi antigenisitasnya melalui VaxiJen v2.0 kemudian setelah itu dilakukan molecular docking. Hasil penelitan ini didapatkan 14 urutan epitop yang dapat digunakan sebagai kandidat vaksin SARS-CoV-2 yaitu ATAATTTTA, TTAACTTTA, TTAAGTTGA, TTAAGTTTA; TTAATTTTA, TTATGTTCA, TGGTTATGCACAC, TCTTTAAGTTTAGAA, TCGATAATTTTAAGT, TAGTTAACTTTAATC, CTTTTAAGTTGACAT, ACTTTAATTTTAGCC. The COVID-19 pandemic is a disease caused by infection with the corona virus or better known as SARS-CoV-2. According to data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia on January 17, 2022, the number of cases died in Indonesia was up to 144,174 and the number known to have been infected was 8,775 per day. This phenomenon is due to the continuous mutation of SARS-CoV-2 which makes it difficult to make an effective vaccine. The process of making and research to find an effective vaccine is still being carried out until now. Because of this research and the discovery of an effective vaccine to respond to the potential mutation of the SARS-CoV-2 virus that is more dangerous in the future. This study aims to obtain a SARS-CoV-2 virus vaccine candidate based on epitope sequence by analyzing the SARS-CoV-2 viral spike protein and Major Histocompatibility Complex I and II (MHC I and II) as alleles associated with a set of peptides. to become the target of the body's immune response through an immunoinformatics approach. The analysis in this study was carried out in various software. The SARS-CoV-2 S-protein sequence was downloaded via GISAID and then its antigenicity was predicted through VaxiJen v2.0 and then molecular docking was performed. The results of this study obtained 14 epitope sequences that can be used as candidates for the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine, namely ATAATTTTA, TTAACTTTA, TTAAGTTGA, TTAAGTTTA; TTAATTTTA, TTATGTTCA, TGGTTATGCACAC, TCTTTAAGTTTAGAA, TCGATAATTTTAAGT, TAGTTAACTTTAATC, CTTTTAAGTTGACAT, ACTTTAATTTTAGCC. With the value of binding affinity for the designed epitope vaccine of -7.8 and -6.3."

"Latar belakang: Hingga saat ini, pneumonia merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian balita di dunia. Banyak faktor yang bisa berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kejadian pneumonia pada balita, baik aspek individu dari anak itu sendiri, perilaku orang tua, dan lingkungan. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk mencegah terjadinya pneumonia adalah vaksinasi Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine atau PCV
Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara faktor pengetahuan, sosiodemografi, sikap, dan perilaku orangtua mengenai pneumonia, serta sikap orangtua terhadap vaksinasi dengan penerimaan orangtua terhadap Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine pada anak usia di bawah 5 tahun di Indonesia
Metode: Penelitian dilakukan di poliklinik departemen anak Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo, dan TPA Makara UI pada November 2020. pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara consecutive sampling. Perhitungan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus sampel tunggal. Kriteria inklusi adalah orangtua yang memiliki anak berusia di bawah 5 tahun serta mengisi kuesioner dengan lengkap. Data dianalisis berdasarkan usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, penghasilan, pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku terhadap pneumonia, serta sikap terhadap vaksinasi. Uji yang digunakan adalah metode uji Chi-square untuk mengetahui hubungan dari faktor tersebut dengan penerimaan terhadap vaksinasi pneumonia.
Hasil: Sebanyak 97 (84,1%) dari 107 responden dalam penelitian ini menerima pemberian pneumococcal conjugate vaccine.Sikap orangtua terhadap vaksinasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan penerimaan orangtua terhadap vaksinasi pneumonia (p=0,000). sementara untuk usia orangtua (p=0,172), pendidikan orangtua (1,000), pekerjaan orangtua (p=0,119), penghasilan orangtua (p=0,617), serta pengetahuan (p=0,253), sikap (p=0,597) dan perilaku (p=1,000) terhadap penyakit pneumonia tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan penerimaan orangtua terhadap vaksinasi pneumonia
Simpulan: Sikap orangtua terhadap vaksinasi dapat mempengaruhi penerimaan orang tua terhadap vaksinasi pneumonia

Background: Until now, pneumonia is one of the main causes of children under five mortality in the world, even in Indonesia. Many factors can influence the increase in the incidence of pneumonia in children under five, both in individual aspects of the child, the behavior of parents, and the environment. One way that can be used to prevent pneumonia is the Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine or PCV vaccination
Aim: To evaluate the relationship between knowledge, sociodemography, attitudes and behavior of parents regarding pneumonia, as well as parental attitudes towards vaccination and parental acceptance of Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine in children under 5 years of age in Indonesia.
Methods: The research was conducted at the Pediatric Department Polyclinic dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, and Makara UI Children Day Care in November 2020. Sampling was carried out by consecutive sampling. The sample size calculation useds a single sample formula. The inclusion criteria were parents who had children under 5 years old and filled out a complete questionnaire. Data were analyzed based on age, education, occupation, income, knowledge, attitudes, and behavior towards pneumonia, as well as attitudes towards vaccination. The study used the Chi-square test method to determine the relationship between these factors and the acceptance of pneumonia vaccination.
Results: A total of 97 (84.1%) of the 107 respondents in this study accept pneumococcal conjugate vaccine. attitude towards vaccination had a significant correlation with parental acceptance of pneumonia vaccination (p = 0.000050). while for the parents age (p = 0.172), parental education (1,000), parent's job (p = 0.119), parental income (p = 0.625), as well as knowledge (p = 0.253), attitudes (p = 0.597) and behavior (p = 1,000) toward pneumonia did not have a significant correlation with parental acceptance of pneumonia vaccination
Conclusion : Parents attitudes towards vaccination showed signifigantly correlation to acceptance of pneumonia vaccination

Memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Apotek serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Praktek kerja profesi ini ditunjang dengan tugas khusus yaitu Pembuatan Standar Prosedur Operasional SPO Penyimpanan Vaksin di Lemari Pendingin dan Pemantauan Suhu Vaksin di Apotek Hidup Baru . Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk menstandarisasi penyimpanan vaksin di Apotek sehingga dapat menjamin stabilitas dan kualitas vaksin dan mengevaluasi suhu penyimpanan vaksin sesuai dengan ketentuan penyimpanan vaksin.

"ABSTRACT
Aim: to assess the immunogenicity and safety of CYD-tetravalent dengue vaccine (CYD-TDV) in children. Methods: comprehensive literature searches were conducted on various databases. Randomized-controlled trials on children with CYD-TDV as intervention were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data extracted from selected trials included safety of vaccine and immunogenicity in terms of Geometric Mean Titres (GMT) of antibodies. Results: A six clinical trials were selected based on preset criteria. GMT values were obtained using 50% Plaque Reduction Neutralization Test (PRNT) and safety was semi-quantitatively assessed based on adverse effects. Additional data processing was done to obtain a better understanding on the trends among the studies. The results showed that the groups vaccinated with CYD-TDV showed higher immunogenicity against dengue virus antigens than the control groups. Safety results were satisfactory in all trials, and most severe side effects were unrelated to the vaccine. Conclusion: CYD-TDV is both effective and safe for patients in endemic regions. This gives promise for further development and large-scale research on this vaccine to assess its efficacy in decreasing dengue prevalence, and its pervasive implementation in endemic countries, such as Indonesia."

"Tingkat keraguan dan penolakan terhadap vaksin Covid-19 di Indonesia masih tergolong tinggi. Tercatat bahwa sekitar 30 - 40% responden pada survei penerimaan vaksin di Indonesia menyatakan ragu dan menolak untuk menerima vaksin Covid-19. Di sisi lain, tingkat keyakinan dan agama juga memiliki peranan penting dalam penerimaan vaksin di Indonesia. Edukasi mengenai Covid-19 dan vaksin Covid-19 melalui media sosial pemerintah menjadi salah satu cara yang digunakan pemerintah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai Covid-19 dan vaksin Covid-19. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan kampanye Covid-19 dan vaksin Covid-19 pada media sosial pemerintah dalam mengedukasi dan memberikan kesadaran yang dapat mendorong niatan untuk menerima vaksin Covid-19. Antara April hingga Juni 2021, penelitian ini berhasil mengumpulkan total 507 data valid. Dipandu oleh Protection Motivation Theory (PMT), hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kampanye kesehatan pada media sosial pemerintah dapat memengaruhi niatan masyarakat untuk menerima vaksin covid-19 melalui faktor PMT yaitu threat appraisal, dan efficacy belief. Hasil pengujian terhadap variabel keyakinan dan agama juga menemukan bahwa responden yang memiliki keyakinan bahwa vaksin mengandung zat yang dilarang oleh keyakinan/agama cenderung lebih terpengaruh oleh kampanye kesehatan untuk menerima vaksin Covid-19. Lebih lanjut, implikasi secara praktikal juga akan menjadi pembahasan pada penelitian ini.

The level of doubt and rejection of the Covid-19 vaccine in Indonesia is still relatively high. It was noted that around 30-40% of respondents in the survey of vaccine acceptance in Indonesia expressed doubt and refused to receive the Covid-19 vaccine. On the other hand, the level of belief and religion also has an important role in the acceptance of vaccines in Indonesia. Education about Covid-19 and the Covid-19 vaccine through government social media is one of the ways the government uses to provide understanding and knowledge about Covid-19 and the Covid-19 vaccine. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the role of the Covid-19 campaign and the Covid-19 vaccine on government social media in educating and providing awareness that can encourage intentions to receive the Covid-19 vaccine. Between April and June 2021, this study managed to collect a total of 507 valid data. Guided by the Protection Motivation Theory (PMT), the results of this study found that health campaigns on government social media can influence people's intentions to receive the COVID-19 vaccine through PMT factors, namely threat appraisal, and efficacy belief. The results of testing on the variables of belief and religion also found that respondents who believed that the vaccine contained substances prohibited by faith/religion tended to be more affected by the health campaign to receive the Covid-19 vaccine. Furthermore, practical implications will also be discussed in this study."
