To implement a robust IT system within the company, a strategic plan should be properly conducted to improve the productivity and to gain significant benefits for the company itself. Therefore, the implementation of IT system is expected to align with the company?s vision and mission. This thesis is a case study for the company of PT. Mahkota Aman Sentosa (MAS), where its core business is entertainment.

PT. MAS is required to serve its customers an excellent service. Thus, they realize the significance of the robust IT system to align with their vision and mission and to anticipate any threat from their competitors. This case study emphasizes on the human resource (HR) along with the upgrade of the existing IT system within the company. This strategic plan is essential to maximize the formulation of IT system. In this assessment, the set up of Strategic Planning of Information System on the business process will be implemented on PT. MAS using the methodology of Ward & Peppard. This assessment shows the current condition of Information System. The trend to develop the information system on each organization should be aligned with the mission and vision of organization?s business that covers its application portfolio information system. Therefore, during the set up of Strategic Planning of Information System, we need to determine IS identification and strategy based on the organization?s configuration and address it using CSF (critical success factor) for each division within that organization."

"Dental caries is disease which has disseminated wide in public , especially base schoolchild. The dental caries, preventable by the way of tooth keep cleaning and mouth, does treatment early possible so that damage of further tooth can be avoided. This research objective to know success of patching Atraumatic Restorative Treatment (ART) at subclass milk tooth i SD Negeri Parakanhonje Kecamatan Bantarkalong Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Research type done is research of on non experiment with observation planning and descriptive, done at schoolchild Dasar Parakanhonje Kelas I with number of 20 mans who has been patching ART. Data obtained directly by researcher from result of inspection and observation of mend ART wich has been patched during 6 month. Data analysis in done by the way of seeing and does inspection to tooth which has been done patching of ART by the way of percentage in the from of failling solid and successful solid. As final data and result of execution of evaluation success of patching of ART which has been done. Result of inspection and observation menunjukan that success of evaluation of mend ART at milk tooth child of chela I SD Negeri Parakanhonje to 20 childs, got result 10 is assessed [by] success (50%), 5 people is assessed to fails (25%) and 5 people needs repair."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang Critical Success Factor yang berpengaruh terhadap implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) di PT XYZ dan peran stakeholder PT XYZ dalam mendukung keberadaan Critical Success Factor tersebut dilihat dari perspektif pengguna ERP di PT XYZ. Critical Success Factor dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 13 faktor dan penulis dapatkan dari salah satu jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 13 faktor tersebut, semuanya berpengaruh terhadap implementasi ERP di PT XYZ. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa peran stakeholder akan sangat menentukan keberhasilan implementasi ERP di suatu perusahaan.

This research analyzes Critical Success Factor that influence the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at PT XYZ and role of PT XYZ stakeholders in supporting the existence of these Critical Success Factor based on ERP users perspective at PT XYZ. These Critical Success Factor consist of 13 factors and obtained from one of scientific journal. This research shows that all of 13 factors had an impact on ERP implementation at PT XYZ. This research also shows that the role of stakeholders will greatly determine the success of ERP implementation in a company."
