"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempcroleh gambaran kesejahteraan psikologis (psychological well-being) dari wanita Iajang yang berkarir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Karakteristik subjck dalam penelitian ini adalah wanita berstatus lajang, berkarir yang herusia 28-40 tahun. Basil penyelidikan menunjukkan bahwa wanita lajang yang berkarir memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang tcrgolong cukup baik. Aninya, wzmita lajang dalam pcnclitian ini dapat mcnerima kekuatan dan kelemahan did apa adanya, memiliki hubungan positif dengan orang lain, mampu mengcmbangkan potensi cliri secara berkclanjulan, mampu untuk mcngarahkan tingkah laku scndiri, mampu mengalur Iingkungan, dan mcmiliki tujuan dalam hidup. The objective of this research is to capture a description of psychological well-being among single career women. The method applied in this research is quantitative. Characteristic of subject in this research is single women, with age ranging iiom 28 to 40 years old. Research result indicates that single career women have psychological well being that can be categorized as good). It can be interpreted that single women in this research accept both their strength and weakness as they are, maintain positive relationship with other individuals, capable of continuously developing their potential, of directing her own attitude/behavior, of putting order into their environment and have a sense of direction and purpose in life. Among others, 'personal growth' dimension yields the highest score."
