"ABSTRAK
Praktik kerja profesi di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Periode Bulan Mei Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di distributor/pedagang besar farmasi PBF dan memahami penerapan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik CDOB di Distributor Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di distributor farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Optimasi Waktu Pra-Kondisi Ice Pack pada Metode Pengemasan Rantai Dingin Menggunakan Styrofoam rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari adalah untuk mencari waktu pra-kondisi ice pack yang optimum untuk mempertahankan suhu penyimpanan 2-8oC produk rantai dingin dalam kemasan styrofoam box selama pengiriman. Secara umum, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari telah menerapkan 9 aspek CDOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di Distributor Farmasi.

ABSTRACT
Internship at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Period May 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical distributor and the understanding of the application of good distribution practice GDP in the pharmaceutical distributor. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical distributor. The special assignment given is Optimization of Ice Pack Pre-Condition Time on Cold Chain Packaging Method Using Styrofoam . The purpose of carrying out this special assignment at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari is to find the optimum ice pack pre-condition time in order to maintain storage temperature 2-8oC of cold chain products in styrofoam box packaging during shipping. In general, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari has applied 9 aspects of GDP well and correctly, the author also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the pharmaceutical distributor. "

"Karya akhir ini membahas tentang strategi transformasi digital pada UMKM industri kemasan dalam hal ini studi kasus penelitian pada Toko Warsin Jaya. Dalam keadaan bisnis sehari-hari, Toko Warsin Jaya menghadapi beberapa tantangan dalam transaksi online. Tantangan yang paling dirasakan yaitu perang harga yang sangat kompetitif antar competitor dan belum adanya integrasi data penjualan online dan offline di internal Toko Warsin Jaya. Disisi lain, faktor eksternal seperti kehidupan setelah COVID19 dan program pemerintah dalam akselerasi UMKM Indonesia dibidang digital juga mendorong Toko Warsin Jaya untuk melakukan transformasi digital. Hal ini menyebabkan Toko Warsin Jaya perlu membuat suatu inovasi produk digital untuk menarik minat pembeli, tidak hanya dari produk utama namun juga dari segi pelayanan dan pengalaman berbelanja konsumen. Oleh karena itu, Toko Warsin Jaya membutuhkan strategi dalam prosesnya bertransformasi digital. Dalam perumusan strategi transformasi digital, penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja Digital Leadership oleh Sunil Gupta yang memiliki empat tahapan secara adaptif dan fleksibel. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan, dan analisis kondisi ideal transformasi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menghasilkan analisis deskriptif untuk penjelasannya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 17 rekomendasi strategi transformasi digital yang dapat diterapkan oleh Toko Warsin Jaya. Tujuh belas strategi yang dihasilkan ini sudah divalidasi oleh empat orang pakar dibidang digitalisasi dan dapat diimplementasikan secara bertahap pada Toko Warsin Jaya.

This final work discusses digital transformation strategies in the packaging industry SMEs, in this case a research case study at Toko Warsin Jaya. In its daily business situation, Toko Warsin Jaya faces several challenges in online transactions. The most felt challenge is the very competitive price war between competitors and the absence of integration of online and offline sales data within the Warsin Jaya Store internally. On the other hand, external factors such as life after COVID-19 and government programs in accelerating Indonesian MSMEs in the digital field have also encouraged Toko Warsin Jaya to carry out digital transformation. This causes Toko Warsin Jaya need to create a digital product innovation to attract buyers, not only from the main product but also in terms of services and consumer shopping experiences. Therefore, Toko Warsin Jaya needs a strategy for its digital transformation process. In formulating a digital transformation strategy, this research uses the Digital Leadership Framework by Sunil Gupta which has four adaptive and flexible stages for MSMEs. This study also analyzes the company's internal and external conditions and analyzes the ideal conditions for digital transformation. This study uses a qualitative approach and produces a descriptive analysis for the explanation. This research produces 17 recommendations for digital transformation strategies that can be implemented for Toko Warsin Jaya. The seventeen strategies that have been produced have been validated by four experts in the field of digitalization and can be implemented in stages at Toko Warsin Jaya."

"Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat dijadikan sebagai indikator dalam mengukur efektivitas dan efisiensi serta dapat membantu melihat dan mengukur masalah sehingga dapat menyiapkan metode standar untuk mengukur kemajuan dan memperbaiki masalah yang terjadi selama produksi obat-obatan berlangsung. Pengamatan dilakukan untuk mengetahui metode yang tepat dalam meningkatkan availabilitas melalui penurunan durasi buka reject dan penyortiran sehingga dapat meningkatkan OEE di proses pengemasan primer. Pengamatan dilakukan setiap hari di tiap shift, baik pagi, siang, maupun malam agar dapat mengetahui tingkat produktivitas di tiap shift berlangsung. Untuk meningkatkan availabilitas sebagai faktor peningkat efektivitas kerja, metode dilakukan dengan mengurangi durasi buka reject kemasan dan membandingkan besar OEE baik pada metode buka reject yang dilakukan di akhir shift maupun dilakukan saat proses pengemasan berlangsung dengan penambahan jumlah SDM. Besar OEE untuk metode buka reject saat pengemasan berlangsung sebesar 72,78%, sedangkan besar OEE pada metode buka reject di akhir shift sebesar 61,86%. Bila dibandingkan dengan produk obat yang sama dengan melihat performa mesin serta kualitas produk yang dihasilkan, dapat dilihat bahwa metode buka reject yang dilakukan saat pengemasan berlangsung memiliki besar OEE dan availabilitas yang lebih tinggi dibanding dilakukan di akhir shift.

Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is one of the things that can be used as an indicator in measuring effectiveness and efficiency so could be a standard method for measuring progress and fixing problems that occur during drug production. Observations were made to find out the right method to increase availability by reducing the duration of open reject and sorting so as to increase OEE in the primary packaging process. Observations are made every day in each shift in order to determine the level of machine’s productivity in packaging. To increase availability as a factor for increasing work effectiveness, the method is carried out by reducing the duration of opening reject packages and comparing the size of OEE both in the open reject method which is carried out at the end of the shift and when the packaging process takes place with the addition of the number of human resources. The OEE for the open reject method when packaging was in progress was 72.78%, while the OEE for the open reject method at the end of the shift was 61.86%. When compared with the same drug product by looking at the performance of the machine and the quality of the product produced, it can be seen that the open reject method which is used during packaging has higher OEE and higher availability rather than the method which done at the end of the shift."

"Kajian risiko merupakan bagian dari manajemen risiko yang menjadi salah satu peraturan wajib bagi segala bidang salah satunya industri farmasi yang secara internasional diatur dalam ICH Q9 mengenai Quality Risk Management dan di Indonesia diatur dalam CPOB 2018 pada Aneks IV tentang Manajemen Risiko Mutu. Manajemen risiko mutu dapat digunakan sebagai pendekatan untuk menjamin mutu yang tinggi dari produk kepada pasien dengan menyediakan sarana proaktif untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengendalikan masalah mutu potensial selama pengembangan dan pembuatan. Pada proses pengaturan sampel dengan lot/batch yang sama dengan kedatangan yang berbeda, terdapat risiko-risiko yang mungkin terjadi dimulai dari proses penerimaan material bahan, pemeriksaan dokumen, pemeriksaan kondisi fisik material, pengambiilan sampel, analisa sampel, hingga penyerahan bahan ke pihak produksi. Kontaminasi bahan baku jugda dapat terjadi pada proses penyimpanan, pengambilan sampel, hingga penimbangan bahan baku. Selain itu, penetapan penambahan masa daluwarsa dari retest date bahan baku juga memiliki risiko apabila terdapat kesahalan persyaratan penyimpanan dan kategori area bahan baku, serta penurunan stabilita bahan baku sehingga masa daluwarsa tidak dapat diperpanjang. Oleh karena itu, laporan praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian risiko pada proses pengaturan sampel dengan lot/batch yang sama dengan kedatangan berbeda, kontaminasi bahan baku, dan penetapan penambahan masa daluwarsa dari retest date bahan baku. Diharapkan dengan adanya kajian risiko tersebut, PT Mahakam Beta Farma dapat mengidentifikasi segala risiko yang mungkin yang terjadi sehingga dapat dicegah dan diminimalisir efek buruk dan merugikan. Dengan begitu dapat mengurangi biaya kerugian material maupun risiko bagi keamanan pasien.

Risk assessment is part of risk management which is one of the mandatory regulations for all fields, one of which is the pharmaceutical industry which is internationally regulated in ICH Q9 concerning Quality Risk Management and in Indonesia it is regulated in CPOB 2018 in Annex IV concerning Quality Risk Management. Quality risk management can be used as an approach to ensure high quality of products to patients by providing a proactive means of identifying and controlling potential quality problems during development and manufacture. In the process of arranging samples with the same lot/batch with different arrivals, there are risks that may occur starting from the process of receiving materials, checking documents, checking the physical condition of materials, taking samples, analyzing samples, to handing over materials to the production party. Contamination of raw materials can also occur in the process of storage, sampling, and weighing of raw materials. Apart from that, determining an additional expiry period from the retest date for raw materials also carries risks if there are incorrect storage requirements and raw material area categories, as well as a decrease in the stability of raw materials so that the expiry period cannot be extended. Therefore, this report on pharmacist professional practice aims to conduct a risk assessment on the process of setting samples with the same lot/batch with different arrivals, contamination of raw materials, and determining the additional expiration date of the retest date of raw materials. It is hoped that with this risk study, PT Mahakam Beta Farma can identify all risks that may occur so that bad and detrimental effects can be prevented and minimized. That way it can reduce the cost of material losses and risks for patient safety."

Efforts to find out whether a material is of high quality or not is done by testing. The method of analysis is a detailed explanation of the procedures that must be carried out by the analyst to carry out analytical testing in determining whether the product is of high quality or not based on the material that has been sampled. Therefore, a product can be ensured of quality if it meets the requirements based on the references used by the company. Analytical methods are needed to ensure the quality of each raw material, packaging material, and finished product. The development and transfer of methods for analyzing packaging materials for plastic trays, paper lids, suture cards, aluminum foil, boxes, and master boxes were successfully carried out in accordance with applicable standards so that they can be used as guidelines for the company's analytical method."

"Product packaging is not only used as a product container, but also used as a means of marketing by companies, particularly by those involved in consumer goods. Yogurt products are predicted to experience expansion in the Indonesian market. In this study, the authors analyzed the implementation of cognitive-based design in developing yogurt product packaging to increase consumers’ willingness to buy the product. This study was divided into two phases: initial research and primary research. Initial research pursued six levels of color scheme and font factors and then narrowed down the results into the two best options that would later be combined with the primary research that analysed the shape factors. Research methods used in the initial study were the Eye-Tracking method and the ‘Retrospective-Think-Aloud’ (RTA) method. Preliminary results showed that ‘Fineliner’ and ‘Bodoni’ font type along with ‘Analogue’ and ‘Tetradic’ color schemes are judged to be the best combination and thus, these results would be combined in the main study with the shape factor. Conjoint Analysis methods were used in the main study. The main results of the research study showed a preference from Indonesian consumers for yogurt product packaging with the ‘Fineline’ font type with its rounded shape and an ‘Analogue’ color scheme."
