membuatkan akun media sosial Facebook dan Instagram serta katalog produk
sebagai media langsung serta mempunyai kemasan yang dapat menambahkan nilai
jual produk.Dari tujuan tersebut maka kegiatan business coaching ini menghasilkan
media website, facebook, istagram, dan katalog sebagai bentuk media yang
dikembangkan. Selain itu, menghasilkan kemasan baru dan price tags sebagai
langkah untuk meningkatkan nilai jual produk

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the business coaching program about the way to improve
product knowledge of society to tenun products that is produced by SMEs Rumah
Tenun Bife. The purpose of this thesis is educating the community about tenun
products produced by Rumah Tenun Bife. It uses online and offline media. Extra
media marketing along with social media creates an account for Facebook and
Instagram as well as media products catalog directly and have packaging that can add
products value. The results of the business coaching activities are website, facebook,
istagram, and cataloged as a form of media that is developed. Moreover, producing
new packaging and price tags as a way to increase the value of the product"

"The packaging design`s important role as a means of marketing communication is growing. This research examines the effect of Monggo size 40 grams` packaging design on impulsive buying in South Jakarta and also examines which one among the dimensions in packaging design (graphic design, structure design, and product information) has the biggest effect on impulsive buying. This research uses the quantitative approach to explain the connection between the two variables. The data was collected through questionnaires filled out by impulsive buyers of Monggo size 40 grams in South Jakarta. A total of 100 respondents are examined using the purposive sampling technique. The result of the research shows that the packaging design affects impulsive buying at a rate of 38.0% and the packaging design dimension that results in impulsive buying is graphic design. We may conclude that Monggo`s management needs to review the brand`s packaging design. As the management is yet to utilize other communicating tools such as advertisements to support marketing communication, the packaging design becomes more crucial in boosting sales. The research also finds that customers have a great liking for the brand name `Monggo`, as it is a very distinctly traditional name that is not only appealing but also noticeable among the current brands."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini menganalisis apakah terdapat perbedaan smoking intent dan brand likeability pada remaja non-perokok apabila produk rokok menggunakan format plain packaging dibandingkan dengan format existing packaging serta kaitannya dengan variabel moderasi berupa brand familiarity dan jenis kelamin sex . Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode eksperimen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan hasil dari independent t-test serta general linear model. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara penggunaan plain packaging dan existing packaging terhadap smoking intent dan brand likeability serta dimoderasi oleh brand familiarity. Namun, jenis kelamin ternyata tidak terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara format kemasan dengan smoking intend dan brand likeability.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the difference between plain packaging and existing packaging toward smoking intent and brand likeability among young non smokers and moderating effects from brand familiarity and sex. This research conducted using experimental method. The data is analyzed by using independent sample t test and general linear model. Result shows that packaging format does make differences toward smoking intent and brand likeability, and this relationship was moderated by brand familiarity. In contrast, sex variable did not have any significant moderation effect toward packaging format and smoking intent and brand likeability. "

Dengan meningkatnya kekhawatiran terhadap dampak lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh industrialisasi, kini industri berupaya membangun lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Sesuai dengan hukum dan regulasi yang terkait lingkungan, industri diharuskan bertanggung jawab atas limbah kemasan melalui inisiatif seperti mencegah pemborosan pemakaian kemasan, pengumpulan dan penggunaan kembali limbah. Di sisi lain, ada juga kekhawatiran dari perspektif keuangan dimana sebagian besar industri lebih memilih untuk menggunakan bahan kemasan sekali pakai ketimbang reuseable packaging material (RPM) guna menghindari biaya tambahan untuk mengelola aktivitas reverse logistic, proses pemulihan bahan dan persediaan. Dalam rangka menggabungkan perspektif lingkungan dan keuangan, dibutuhkan suatu pengembangan model matematika yang menyelaraskan pembelian, proses reverse logistic yang kuat, persediaan dan nilai aset untuk mendukung keputusan bisnis. Hal ini diharapkan untuk bisa meyakinkan industri mulai menggunakan RPM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model pembelian yang memproyeksikan waktu dan jumlah RPM yang akan dibeli, mengelolanya sebagai aset, mengelola persediaan pada tingkat optimal tanpa kegagalan dalam memenuhi pesanan pelanggan serta menilai aset untuk mengukur kesehatan keuangan.


In line with increasing concerns for the environmental impact caused by industrialization and means to establish sustainability environment. In accordance with enviromental law, industries must be responsible with their waste through initiatives to prevent waste generation, collecting and re-use the waste. In the other hand, there is also concerns from financial perspective most of industries prefer to use consumeable packaging material than reuseable packaging material (RPM) to avoiding an extra cost to manage reverse logistic activity, materials recovery and inventory. To merge between the environmental and financial perspective, requires a development mathematical model which synchronize purchasing, robust reverse logistic process, inventory and asset value for supporting business decision. It is expected to convince the industries move using RPM. Objective of this paper is to develop purchasing model which project timing and quantity RPM to be purchase, manage them as asset, manage inventory at optimum level without any failed to fulfill customer orders along with valuation of asset to measure financial healtiness.

"ABSTRAK
Polipropilena sering dijadikan berbagai macam kebutuhan seperti kemasan, tali, komponen otomotif dan lain sebagainya. Dalam hal ini polipropilena yang dijadikan sebagai kemasan dapat dilakukan proses daur ulang. Sejauh ini masih belum ada bukti mengenai penurunan kekuatan daur ulang sampai sejauh mana. Penelitian ini ingin mencari tahu sampai dimana plastik tersebut tidak mengalami perubahan yang signifikan melalui paradigma material value conservation. Dengan melihat nilai kekuatan dari pengujian tarik, perubahan densitasnya dan perubahan fisiknya warna . Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan daur ulang polipropilena dengan proses satu kali, dua kali, empat kali dan delapan kali. Pada uji tarik dan modulus tidak mengalami perubahan yang signifikan, sedangkan untuk nilai dari elongasi bertambah. Untuk densitas tidak mengalami perubahan. Perubahan paling besar terdapat pada perubahan warna produk, dimana makin banyak daur ulang akan semakin gelap. Berdasarkan paradigma material value conservation, pada daur ulang ke delapan kali nilainya sudah sangat berkurang walaupun nilai kualitas dari material tersebut tetap baik, namun dari sisi nilai harga, material tersebut telah mengalami penurunan harga yang signifikan berdasarkan info yang berlaku saat ini. Sehingga secara fungsional kemasan masih dapat digunakan sampai delapan kali daur ulang.

ABSTRACT
Polypropylene has been used in various needs such as packaging, rope, automotive components and so forth. In this case, the polypropylene used as packaging can be recycled. Until now, there is still no evidence of a decrease in recycling strength. This research wanted to know how much the plastic recycling didn rsquo t change significantly through the paradigm of material value conservation. By doing tensile strength and density test also physical changes color of polypropylene.In this research, polypropylene recycling was processed once, twice, four times and eight times. There is no different significant value for tensile test and modulus but for elongation value has increased after recycling eight times. For density, value remains the same from one times to eight times recycling. The big changes of this experiment in color changes, more recycled the color become darker.Based on Material Value Conservation paradigm, in eight times recycling the value has decreased although the value of quality still good. Due to the polypropylene has decreased in price based on current info. So that, the functional of plastic packaging still usable up to eight times recycled. "

"Praktik kerja profesi di PT Bayer Indonesia ndash; Cimanngis Plant Periode Bulan Januari ndash; Februari Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Selain itu, memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi, serta dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Analisa Keefektifitasan Durasi Sampling dan Testing Pada Jam Kerja di QC-Packaging Material rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini adalah menganalisa keefektifitasan durasi sampling dan testing pada jam kerja di QC-Packaging Material. Secara umum, PT Bayer Indonesia telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

"Produksi kemasan plastik yang kualitas sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan jika produk yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan standar yang sudah ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi kerugian yang terjadi karena adanya produk cacat pada produk kemasan Agar-agar. Metode Six Sigma melalui tahapan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, dan Control) dipakai untuk mencari solusi dan memperbaiki kualitas produk. Berdasarkan perhitungan terhadap data produk cacat, diketahui bahwa cacat Tonjolan Pinggir, cacat Keriput, dan cacat Pitch Unstd merupakan tiga jenis cacat dengan jumlah dan persentase tertinggi. Pada tahap measure didapatkan nilai DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities) sebesar 32707,271 unit defect dengan nilai sigma sebesar 3,34. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) digunakan untuk mengetahui risiko potensi kegagalan dari faktor yang mendapat bobot nilai tinggi.
Setelah dilakukan perbaikan, nilai DPMO turun menjadi 7272,111 unit defect dan nilai sigma naik menjadi 3,94 sigma. Perubahan nilai sigma yang terjadi sebesar 0,60. Tahap control dapat dilaksanakan dengan adanya rancangan perbaikan serta sebuah pemeriksaan setiap prosesnya agar jumlah cacat produk terus berkurang. Rancangan perbaikan pendekatan 5S berupa standar kerja check sheet maintenance pada Mesin Tandem Laminasi dan standar kerja work station di proses laminasi. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan, hasil menunjukan penurunan jumlah dan pesentase defect, dimana sebelumnya mencapai angka sebesar 5,89% menuju 1,31%.

The production of quality plastic packaging is very important for companies to gain benefits that can be obtained if the quality of the product complies with the prescribed standards. This study aims to reduce losses that occur due to the presence of defective products in Jelly packaging products. Six Sigma methods through DMAIC stages (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) are used to find solutions and improve product quality. Based on the calculation of defective product data, it is known that Uneven surface defects, wrinkled defects, and Pitch Unstd defects are the highest number of defects. In the measure phase, the DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities) value were 32707.271 defect units with a sigma value of 3.34. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is used to determine the potential risk of failure from a factor that gets a high value.
After repairs, the DPMO value drops to 7272.111 defect units and the sigma value rises to 3.94 sigma. Changes in sigma values that occur amounted to 0.60. Control can be done with the inspection and checks in each process so that the number of defects can continue to decrease. Improvements use the 5S approach in the form of a work standards check sheet maintenance on the Tandem Lamination Machine and work standard of work station in the lamination process. After improvement, the results show a decrease in the number and percentage of defects, which previously reached a number of 5.89% towards 1.31%.

"This research is for one of the pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia. The company's production area is composed of two parts, namely a Black Area and a Grey Area for processing and packaging. There are four types of packaging in the Secondary Packaging Area. Each type of packaging uses different processes, but there are also some processes that are used by all types of packaging. Based on these observations, the layout of the production area for secondary packaging in the pharmaceutical company is not optimal because the material handling distances are still quite long and there are some similar processes for same packaging type that are not adjacent, so that the production process is inefficient. This study aims to redesign the layout in the area with the Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP) method. Data such as the name of the process, the order of the process, and the relationship between processes into the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC), are subsequently processed to obtain the Total Closeness Rating (TCR) values for each process iterated with the CORELAP method. From the calculations, the proposed layout has material handling distances that are shortened by 9.017% compared with the current layout. The same type of packaging processes are located in adjacent positions."

"Tahapan dari proses produksi obat diawali dengan proses persiapan bahan baik zat aktif maupun eksipien, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses pengolahan (mixing, granulasi, dan lain-lain) dan diakhiri dengan proses pengemasan primer dan sekunder. Salah satu bagian penting dalam produksi sediaan farmasi adalah proses pengemasan. Mesin pengemasan primer yang dapat digunakan oleh industri farmasi adalah menggunakan bottling machine. Banyaknya macam obat yang diproduksi oleh industri farmasi mengakibatkan banyaknya masalah yang dapat terjadi terutama dalam efektifitas dari waktu pengemasan. Perbaikan yang berkelanjutan terhadap waktu pengemasan primer dilakukan dengan line balancing untuk mengetahui speed optimum bottling machine serta mengidentifikasi, dan mengurangi minor stoppages pada proses pengemasan.

The stages of the drug production process begin with the process of preparing the active ingredients and excipients, then proceed with the processing (mixing, granulation, etc.) and end with the primary and secondary packaging processes. One important part in the production of pharmaceutical preparations is the packaging process. The primary packaging machine that can be used by the pharmaceutical industry is using a bottling machine. The large number of drugs produced by the pharmaceutical industry results in many problems that can occur, especially in terms of the effectiveness of packaging time. Continuous improvement of primary packaging time is carried out by line balancing to determine the optimum bottling machine speed and identify and reduce minor stoppages in the packaging process."

"Penelitian mengenai identifikasi keanekaragaman serta perhitungan kelimpahan mikroalga epiplastik di substrat sampah plastik makanan kemasan jenis polypropylene yang berpotensi menyebabkan Harmful Algal Blooms di lakukan di Pantai Lagoon Ancol dengan metode purposive random sampling pada 3 titik stasiun dengan metode subsample di bawah mikroskop. Tujuh belas genus mikroalga epiplastik ditemukan yang berasal dari tiga kelas, yaitu Bacillariophyceae (14 genus), Dinophyceae (1 genus), dan Cyanophyceae (2 genus) dengan 3 genus yang berpotensi toksik. Tujuh belas genus tersebut adalah Achnanthes, Cocconeis, Coscinusdiscus, Cymbela, Gyrosigma, Lyngbya, Mastogloia, Merismopedia, Navicula, Nitzschia, Paralia, Pleurosigma, Prorocentrum, Skeletonema, Stephanopyxis, Thalassionema, dan Thalassiosira. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kelimpahan total mikroalga epiplastik berkisar 249 – 24.051 sel/gram dengan kelimpahan terbesar dari genus Navicula sebesar 121.342 sel/gram dan terkecil dari genus Merismopedia sebesar 249 sel/gram. Berdasarkan perhitungan korelasi Pearson, hampir semua parameter lingkungan yang diukur berpengaruh sangat tinggi dengan rentang koefisien ± 0.80 – ± 1.00, dengan koefisien korelasi terendah oleh intensitas cahaya yaitu 0.3 dimana termasuk kedalam rentang berpengaruh rendah.

Research on identifying diversity and calculating the abundance of epiplastic microalgae in polypropylene plastic food packaging waste substrates that have the potential to cause Harmful Algal Blooms was conducted at Ancol Lagoon Beach with purposive random sampling method at 3 station points and using the subsample method under a microscope. Seventeen genera of epiplastic microalgae were found from three classes, namely Bacillariophyceae (14 genera), Dinophyceae (1 genus), and Cyanophyceae (2 genera) with 3 potentially toxic genus. The seventeen genera are Achnanthes, Cocconeis, Coscinusdiscus, Cymbela, Gyrosigma, Lygbya, Mastogloia, Merismopedia, Navicula, Nitzschia, Paralia, Pleurosigma, Prorocentrum, Skeletonema, Stephanopyxis, Thalassionema, and Thalassiosira. The results showed that the total abundance of epiplastic microalgae ranged from 249 – 24.051 cells/gram with the greatest abundance from the genus Navicula of 121.342 cells/gram and the smallest from the genus Merismopedia of 249 cells/gram. Based on Pearson correlation calculations, almost all environmental parameters measured have a very high effect with a coefficient range of ± 0.80 – ± 1.00, with the lowest correlation coefficient by light intensity of 0.3 which is included in the low influential range."
