"Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aplikasi reward management system terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai mediator. Penelitian dilakukan pada sample responden yang berasal dari karyawan pada kantor pusat PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero). Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti berupaya untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik judgemental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 201 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi reward management system tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, karena harus dimediasi penuh (fully mediated) oleh motivasi, aplikasi reward management system berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi, dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of the application of reward on employee performance management system with motivation as a mediator. The study was conducted on a sample of respondents from employees at the head office of PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero). The design used in this research is descriptive quantitative, where researchers attempt to analyze the relationship between two or more variables. The data obtained in this study using questionnaires and sampling techniques used are judgmental sampling technique with a total sample of 201 respondents. The results showed that the application of reward management system does not significantly affect the performance of the employees, because they have to be mediated full (fully mediated) by motivation, reward management system applications a significant effect on motivation, and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance."

"Motivasi berprestasi adalah hal yang sangat penting dimiliki seorang pelajar khususnya mereka yang berada pada kelas 12 SMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kecenderungan motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas 12 di kota Depok yang diwakili oleh dua SMA dan pengaruh dukungan sosial orang tua, peer group serta status sosial ekonomi yang mereka miliki. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampel stratified quota random sampling.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki kecenderungan motivasi berprestasi yang sedang atau cukup baik. Selain itu ditemukan bahwa ketiga faktor sosial yang telah ditentukan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi para siswa dengan pengaruh orang tua menjadi faktor paling signifikan mempengharuhi dibanding kedua faktor lainnya.

Achievement Motivation is indeed an important element a student must possess, especially those in 12 grade. This study aims to look at the tendency of achievement motivation of 12 grade in Depok that represented by two selected high schools as well as the influence from parents and peer group social support and their economic social class. Trough a quantitative approach, researcher using a stratified quota random sampling technique.
Results of this study shows that students have moderate tendency in achievement motivation. Moreover it is found that the social supports give a positive influence in relating to achievement motivation, with the social support from parents as the most significant factor compared to other factorsSocial Support.

"For more than two decades, the concept of student engagement has grown from simple attention in class to a construct comprised of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral components that embody and further develop motivation for learning. Similarly, the goals of student engagement have evolved from dropout prevention to improved outcomes for lifelong learning. This robust expansion has led to numerous lines of research across disciplines and are brought together clearly and comprehensively in the Handbook of Research on Student Engagement. The handbook guides readers through the field?s rich history, sorts out its component constructs, and identifies knowledge gaps to be filled by future research. "Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara religiusitas dengan motivasi sukarelawan, dan juga untuk melihat dimensi-dimensi religiusitas yang memiliki hubungan dengan motivasi sukarelawan. Pengukuran religiusitas menggunakan alat ukur religiusitas (Iqbal, 2011) yang diadaptasi dari alat ukur religiusitas milik Fetzer (2003) dan pengukuran motivasi sukarelawan menggunakan alat ukur volunteer motivation inventory (Esmond & Dunlop, 2004). Partisipan penelitian ini adalah sukarelawan yang mayoritas mengikuti kegiatan sukarela di bidang pendidikan dan keagamaan. Total partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 182 orang dan berdomisili di Jabodetabek.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan motivasi sukarelawan (understanding, reciprocity, dan social interaction). Sebaliknya, tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan motivasi sukarelawan (values). Selain itu, dimensi religious coping diketahui sebagai satu-satunya dimensi dalam religiusitas yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan motivasi sukarelawan (reciprocity).

The Study was conducted to find the relationship between religiousity and volunteer motivation, and also to see which dimensions of religiousity that has a relationship with a volunteer motivation. Measurement of religiousity using religiousity measuring instrument (Iqbal, 2011), adapted from the measuring religiousity instrument?s of Fetzer (2003), and the measurement of volunteer motivation using volunteer motivation inventory (Esmond & Dunlop, 2004). Participants of this study were volunteers who followed the majority of the volunteer activities in the field of education and religious affairs. Total Participants of this study are 182 volunteers who live in Jabodetabek.
The results of this study showed a significant positive relationship exists between religiousity and volunteer motivation (understanding, reciprocity, and social interaction). In contrast, there is no significant relationship between religiousity and volunteer motivation (values). In addition, coping religious dimension known as the only dimension in religiousity that has a significant positive relationship with the volunteer motivation (reciprocity).
