The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of leadership on employee performance, measuring the effect of motivation on employee performance and measure the impact of leadership and motivation to work jointly on the performance of employees of the Body of Human Resource Development of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (BPSDM). The study uses a quantitative approach. Based on field data analysis concluded that: 1) the variables of leadership have a significant influence on employee performances of BPSDM, 2)the motivation variables have a significant influence on employee performances of BPSDM and, 3) the variable of motivation and leadership influence significant impact on employee performance of BPSDM law and human rights."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan mujahadah terhadap kinerja guru SDIT di Kec.Pasar Minggu.Sampel penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah guru SDIT di Jakarta Selatan khususnya yang mengajar di Kecamatan Pasar Minggu dengan jumlah 78 guru. Alat ukur dimensi-dimensi motivasi berprestasi dikembangkan berdasarkan ciri-ciri motivasi berprestasi yang dikemukakan oleh David McClelland dengan 21 item pernyataan. Alat ukur mujahadah dikembangkan berdasarkan dari teori yang dikemukakan oleh ‘amr kholid dengan 10 item pernyataan. Alat ukur kinerja guru berdasarkan pada teacher performance assasement instrument yang dikembangkan oleh Georgia Departemen of Education yang kemudian dimodifikasi oleh Depdiknas menjadi alat penilaian kinerja guru (APKG) dengan 39 item pernyataan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik Multiple Regression Analysis.Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel dimensi-dimensi motivasi berprestasi dan mujahadah terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan kofisien regresinya R : 0,535 sedangkan R Squere dari independent variable penelitian sebesar 02,7% dengan indeks signifikansi 0,004 menunjukan P<0,05, berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi berprestasi dan mujahadah terhadap kinerja guru SDIT di Kecamatan Pasar Minggu.

This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation of achievement and mujahadah with the teacher's performance.

The sample in this study is Islamic primary school teachers in south jakarta amounted to 78 teachers. the measuring instruments motivation of achievment based on the theory David McClelland with 21 items statement. the measuring instruments mujahadah based on the theory ‘amr kholid with 10 items statement. the measuring instruments performing teachers based on teacher performance assasement instrument ( DIKNAS) with 39 items statement. data analysis in this study using Multiple Regression Analysis.

The results or conclusions in this study showed a significant relationship between motivation of achievement and mujahadah with the performance of teachers in primary islamic school. Coffisien regression showed only one-dimensional have effect on teacher performance is performance planning. R: 0,535 and R Squere from independent variable studys is 28,7% with an index of significance 0,004 showing P<0,05, there is influence significance motivation of achievement and mujahadah with the performance of teachers in primary islamic school."
