"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data sekunder dan survei yang dilakukan pada 253 pegawai tetap Kantor Pusat PT Asuransi BRI Life dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dan metode Causal Step serta Sobel test untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh mediasi di antara variabel-variabel kunci. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana mengindikasikan bahwa kompensasi mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara signifikan. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana juga mengindikasikan bahwa kompensasi mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja secara signifikan. Kemudian, kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara signifikan. Hasil analisis causal step mengindikasikan bahwa kompensasi mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja secara signifikan. Hasil analisis causal step juga mengindikasikan kepuasan kerja memediasi secara parsial antara pengaruh kompensasi dengan kinerja pegawai. Hasil Sobel Test membuktikan pengaruh tidak langsung kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja secara signifikan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study used a quantitative approach. The research data was obtained from secondary data and a survey conducted on 253 permanent employees of PT Asuransi BRI Life using total sampling technique. The data collected in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis, the Causal Step method and Sobel test to test the direct effect and influence of mediation among key variables. The result of simple linear regression analysis indicates that compensation affects employee performance significantly. The result of simple linear regression analysis also indicates that compensation significantly affects job satisfaction. Then, job satisfaction affects employee performance significantly. The causal step analysis results indicate that compensation affects employee performance through job satisfaction significantly. The causal step analysis result also indicates job satisfaction partially mediates between the effect of compensation and employee performance. The Sobel Test proves the indirect effect of compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction significantly."

"Seperti negara lain di dunia, Indonesia turut menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Dalam rangka percepatan penanganan pandemi dilaksanakan PPKM. Sektor non-kesehatan melaksanakan kegiatan secara terbatas dan/atau jarak jauh. Sedangkan sektor kritikal seperti kesehatan beroperasi 100% staf (termasuk tenaga kesehatan) tanpa pengecualian. Selama pandemi covid-19, beberapa negara telah melakukan penelitian tentang risiko psikologi yang harus diterima tenaga kesehatan. Di Indonesia, 83% tenaga kesehatan mengalami burnout syndrome selama pandemi covid-19. Pemerintah turut mengambil peran dalam meningkatkan semangat kerja dengan memberikan kompensasi. Kompensasi dan stres kerja dapat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan stres dan kompensasi dengan motivasi kerja tenaga kesehatan RS X di Kota Bogor selama pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik cross sectional. Dilaksanakan di RS X Kota Bogor pada Juli 2022. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan purposif sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Cara yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah dengan kuesioner online. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis chi square. Hasilnya didapatkan adanya hubungan antara stres kerja dan kompensasi dengan motivasi kerja tenaga kesehatan RS X di Kota Bogor selama masa pandemi. Tenaga kesehatan diharapkan dapat melaksanakan strategi koping stres dan manajemen RS dapat melaksanakan rotasi kerja rutin, mengevaluasi jadwal dan beban kerja, pelaksanaan K3RS dan komunikasi efektif terkait pemberian kompensasi pada tenaga kesehatan.

Indonesia is currently dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak, just as other nations around the globe. PPKM is implemented in order to quicken the pandemic response. Limited and/or distant activities are carried out by the non-health sector. Meanwhile, essential industries like the health sector run completely on staff, especially healthcare professionals. Several nations have researched the psychological hazards that healthcare professionals must take during the COVID-19 epidemic. During the COVID-19 epidemic, 83% of health professionals in Indonesia reported having burnout syndrome. By offering rewards, the government contributes to raising morale as well. Health professionals' motivation to work can be impacted by compensation and workplace stress. The goal of this study is to ascertain how the COVID-19 pandemic's stress and compensation levels relate to the job motivation of healthcare professionals at Bogor City's X Hospital. Cross sectional analytic design was employed in this investigation. held in July 2022 at RS X Bogor City. Purposive sampling was used to collect samples, and it was based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. An online survey is the tool used to gather the data. Chi square analysis was used to analyze the data. The findings revealed a connection between work-related stress and pay and the motivation of health professionals at RS X in Bogor City during the epidemic. Health workers must be able to use stress management techniques, and hospital management must be able to implement K3RS, carry out normal work rotations, assess workloads and work schedules, and effectively communicate with regard to health workers' compensation. "

"Penilaian kinerja karyawan perpustakaan merupakan fenomena baru dalam dunia perpustakaan khususnya manajemen perpustakaan. Perpustakaan UI mulai tahun 2003 sudah menerapkan penilaian kinerja dan belum pernah dievaluasi apakah hasilnya positif atau negatif.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap penilaian kinerja di Perpustakaan UI dan (2) mengidentifikasi persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap pemberian kompensasi di Perpustakaan UI.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Perpustakaan UI yang berjumlah 35 orang. Penarikan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, dan jumlah responden yang ditetapkan sebanyak 34 orang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei dengan instrumen pengumpulan datanya berupa kuesioner dan wawancara. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah Skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif, sementara signifikansi perbedaan persepsi diuji dengan menggunakan uji Nest dan oneway ANOVA.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap penilaian kinerja, adalah negatif dengan angka rata-rata 2,00. Sementara itu, persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap pemberian kompensasi juga negatif, dengan angka rata-rata 2,50. Hasil uji signifikansi perbedaan persepsi dalam hal persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap penilaian kinerja, berdasarkan karakteristik responden tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata. Sementara itu, persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap pemberian kompensasi, berdasarkan karakteristik responden juga tidak menunjukkan perbedaan nyata, dengan signifikansi di atas taraf nyata 0,05.
Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap penilaian kinerja di Perpustakaan UI adalah negatif (2) persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap pemberian kompensasi di Perpustakaan UI juga negatif (3) tidak ada perbedaan persepsi secara signifikan berdasarkan karakteristik responden terhadap penerapan penilaian kinerja di Perpustakaan UI (4) tidak ada perbedaan persepsi secara signifikan berdasarkan karakteristik responden terhadap pemberian kompensasi di Perpustakaan UI.

Research in the area of performance appraisal of the library staff members is relatively a new phenomenon. Since 2003 the Library of the University of Indonesia has applied performance appraisal system to evaluate the performance of its staff members. Nevertheless, it has never been evaluated to know whether the result of the new system was perceived negatively or positively by its staff members.
This research aims (1) to identify the perception of library staff members toward performance appraisal system implemented by the Library of the University of Indonesia, (2) to identify the perception of the library staff members toward the provision of compensation system carried out by the Library of University of Indonesia.
In this study, the population covers all of the 35 staff members of the Library of the University of Indonesia. Purposive sampling is carried out as sampling technique. The sampling size is 34 respondents.
The research is basically a survey using questionnaire and interview for data collection. Likert Scale is employed in the questionnaire. Data is analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. In addition differences on perception is tested using the t-test and one-way ANOVA for its significance.
The results indicate that the staff members perception toward performance appraisal is negative with the average of 2,00. Whereas the staff members perception toward the provision of compensation is also negative with the average of 2,50. Thus far, there is no significant differences of respondents' perception on performance appraisal based on the respondents' characteristics. There is also no significant differences of respondents' perception toward the provision of compensation, based on the respondent's characteristics.
This research concludes that (1) the perception of the library staff members toward the performance appraisal at the Library of the University of Indonesia is negative, (2) the perception of the library staff members toward the provision of compensation at the Library of the University of Indonesia is also negative, (3) there is no significant differences on perception, based on the respondents' characteristics, toward the implementation of performance appraisal system in the Library of the University of Indonesia, (4) there is no significant differences of perception, based on the respondents' characteristics, toward the provision of compensation in the Library of the University of Indonesia.

"Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) di Provinsi DKI Jakarta belum mampu membiayai percepatan pembangunan infrastruktur daerah. Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta mengupayakan sumber pembiayaan infrastruktur melalui kebijakan pelampauan Koefisien Lantai Bangunan (KLB) sesuai Peraturan Gubernur (Pergub) No. 210 Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis willingness to pay (WTP) badan usaha milik swasta (BUMS) terhadap kompensasi pelampauan KLB. Berdasarkan hasil estimasi kurva WTP dan persamaannya, potensi kompensasi pelampauan KLB di DKI Jakarta dengan kompensasi rata-rata WTP sebesar Rp.16 miliar per pelampauan KLB adalah sebesar Rp. 3,4 triliun.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik, teridentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi WTP BUMS terhadap kompensasi pelampauan KLB yaitu pemahaman terhadap Pergub No. 210 Tahun 2016, ukuran perusahaan dilihat dari jumlah pegawai, besar keinginan/motivasi untuk pelampauan KLB dilihat dari jumlah pelampauan KLB yang diinginkan, jenis penanaman modal, lokasi berdasarkan kota administrasi, aksesibilitas terhadap stasiun angkutan umum massal, luas lahan pengembangan, kegiatan pada lahan, sumber pendanaan, serta jumlah pelampauan KLB dan nilai kompensasi yang ditawarkan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta.

The Regional Budget of DKI Jakarta Province has not been able to finance the acceleration of regional infrastructure development. DKI Jakarta Provincial Government seeks infrastructure funding sources through FAR bonus policy as regulated in Governor Regulation No. 210 of 2016. This study aims to analyze the willingness to pay (WTP) of privately owned enterprises (BUMS) for FAR bonus compensation. Based on the estimation of the WTP curve and equation, the average WTP is Rp. 16 billion per FAR bonus and the potential compensation in DKI Jakarta is Rp. 3,4 trillion.
Based on the results of logistic regression analysis, factors affecting the BUMS WTP for FAR bonus compensation are BUMS comprehension of Pergub No. 210 of 2016, the size of the enterprise seen from the number of employees, the desire for FAR bonus represented by the number of desired FAR bonus, type of investment, location based on city administration, accessibility to mass public transport stations, land area, land activities, funding sources, as well as the number of FAR bonus and the value of compensation offered by the DKI Jakarta provincial government.

Tesis ini membahas tentang pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian in dilakukan di Sekretariat Wakil Presiden dengan melibatkan 169 responden yang merupakan aparatur sipil negara organik Kementerian Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksplanasi dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Motivasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Budaya organisasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian diharapkan bisa memperkaya hasil-hasil penelitian tentang komitmen organisasi di kementerian/lembaga pemerintah khususnya Lembaga Kepresidenan. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan metode eksploratif guna mengetahui lebih mendalam faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi aparatur sipil negara di kementerian/lembaga pemerintah.

Title : The Influence of Compensation, Motivation, and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment of Secretariat of Vice President State Apparatus
The focus of this study is determining the influence of compensation, motivation, and organizational culture on organizational commitment. The research was conducted at the Secretariat of Vice President involving 169 respondents who are the Secretariat Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia organic state apparatus. The method used in this study was a quantitative explanation with the processing of data using SPSS 21. The results showed that compensation partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Motivation partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Organizational culture partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. The study was expected to enrich the results of research on organizational commitment in ministries or government agencies, especially the Presidential Institution. Further research was recommended to use exploratory methods to know in depth what factors are affecting the organizational commitment of state apparatus in the ministries or government agencies.

"Persoalan inefisiensi membuat kebijakan subsidi BBM kurang diminati oleh banyak negara dalam beberapa dekade terakhir. Meskipun demikian, penghapusan subsidi ini dapat berdampak negatif bagi perekonomian, khususnya terkait kemiskinan, apabila tidak diiringi dengan program kompensasi yang tepat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis program apakah yang paling tepat untuk diterapkan di Indonesia sebagai kompensasi penghapusan subsidi BBM. Program yang dibahas dalam artikel ini meliputi bantuan tunai, subsidi pangan, program pendidikan dan kesehatan, dan pembangunan infrastruktur. Dengan mempertimbangkan jangka waktu program, akurasi sasaran, dan isu kebebasan memilih, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada satu program yang unggul di ketiga aspek tersebut. Oleh karena itu, keputusan untuk memilih program mana yang akan diterapkan tergantung dari tujuan utama yang ingin dicapai oleh pemerintah. Tujuan jangka pendek dapat diwujudkan melalui bantuan tunai dan subsidi pangan sedangkan pembangunan sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur dapat mewujudkan penghapusan kemiskinan secara lebih berkesinambungan.

Inefficiency has led to fuel subsidies being a much less favourable policy for many countries dealing with oil price hikes over the last few decades. Nevertheless, removing fuel subsidies can have detrimental effects on the economy, particularly related to poverty issue, if there is no appropriate compensation program implemented. This study aims to assess what the most suitable compensation would be in the case of fuel subsidies being phased out in Indonesia. Four different programs considered in this study are a cash transfer, a food subsidy, an education and healthcare program, and investment in infrastructure. Evaluating these programs in terms of time frame, targeting recipients, and freedom of choice, it is found that there is no single program superior in all aspects. The decision on which program should be chosen by the government then depends on its main objective. While an immediate and short-run effect can be achieved by providing cash or inkind transfers to the poor, human capital accumulation and improvement in physical infrastructure offer a long-run and more sustainable effect on poverty alleviation."
