"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap masalah intensi keluar atau turnover intention karyawan departemen telemarketing PT Asuransi Jiwa XYZ. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatif. Sumber data yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini meliputi primary data dan secondary data.
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi keluar, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi keluar dan secara bersama-sama kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi keluar.
Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya hasil-hasil penelitian mengenai kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap intensi keluar karyawan di sektor swasta. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan wawancara dengan karyawan yang masih aktif guna mengetahui secara mendalam faktorfaktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi intensi keluar karyawan telemarketing di sektor swasta.

This study discusses the influence between job satisfaction and compensation on employee turnover intention at telemarketing department of PT XYZ Life Insurance. The research approach used in this study is quantitative. This type of study is explanative. Data sources employed in this study includes primary data and secondary data.
From the results showed that job satisfaction has a significant influence on the turnover intention, compensation has a significant influence on the turnover intention and jointly job satisfaction and compensation has a significant effect on turnover intention.
The study is expected to enrich the results of research on job satisfaction, compensation and turnover intention in the private sector. For further research is recommended to use interviews with active employees in order to know in depth the factors that influence the turnover intention of telemarketing employees in the private sector.

"Fenomena krisis ekonomi dan fenomena brain drain (human capital flight) menjadi salah satu latar belakang yang memunculkan peran penting sumber daya manusia. Tidak hanya memegang peran administratif, namun telah bertransformasi sebagai human capital, orang yang ada dibelakang semua proses operasional perusahaan. Untuk mempertahankan human capital, diperlukan suatu engagement karyawan melalui praktek manajemen sdm, diantaranya kompensasi dan penilaian kinerja karyawan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi dan Penilaian Kinerja terhadap Employee Engagement di lingkungan PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pusat. Pengujian ini akan secara spesifik dilakukan terhadap masing-masing dimensi Kompensasi dan Penilaian Kinerja terhadap Employee Engagement melalui indikator Say, Stay dan Strive dari Hewitt.
Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pusat pada rentang waktu antara bulan Mei sampai dengan Juni 2012. Metodenya adalah kuantitatif eksplanasi, melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih secara acak melalui kuesioner tertutup dengan menggunakan skala likert. Kuesioner telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan teknik KMO Measure of Sampling Adequanc, Bartllet's test of Sphericity, dan tekhnik Cronbach Alpha. Sebelum dilakukan pengolahan data, data kuesioner yang merupakan data ordinal diubah terlebih dahulu menjadi data interval melalui metode succesive interval dengan microsoft excel 2007. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode uji non parametrik dengan rumus Rank Spearman Correlation melalui teknik komputasi SPSS 13 for windows.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kompensasi positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi Employee Engagement. Dimensi di dalam kompensasi yaitu Gaji, Insentif, Bonus, Asuransi Kesehatan, Cuti, Darmawisata, Manfaat pensiun, peluang promosi, dan pengakuan & penghargaan secarabersama-sama dan signifikan mempengaruhi Employee Engagement. Temuan selanjutnya adalah Penilaian Kinerja yang meliputi dimensi Keselarasan dengan visi dan misi, Kecermatan, Keterbukaan, Umpan Balik, Valid & obyektif, Keadilan mempengaruhi Employee Engagement.
Penelitian diharapkan dapat memperkaya hasil-hasil penelitian mengenai komitmen organisasi khususnya di sektor publik. Untuk Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan metode eksploratif guna mengetahui secara mendalam faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi Employee Engagement di PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero).

The phenomenon of the economic crisis and brain drain (human capital flight) became one of the background that gave rise to an important role of human resources. Not only an administrative role, but has been transformed as human capital, the person who is behind all the company's operational processes. To maintain the human capital, required an employee engagement through management practices tablespoon, including compensation and employee performance appraisals.
This study aims to determine the influence of Compensation and Performance Appraisals to Employee Engagement in the PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Head Office. This testing will specifically made to each dimension of Compensation and Performance Appraisals to Employee Engagement through indicators Say, Stay and Strive from Hewitt.
Location of research conducted at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Head Office in the period between May to June 2012. This method usin a quantitative explanation, involving 100 randomly selected respondents through a questionnaire using a Likert scale closed. The questionnaire has been in testing the validity and reliability with KMO Measure of Sampling techniques Adequanc, Bartllet's test of Sphericity, and Cronbach Alpha technique. Before data processing, data questionnaires are ordinal first converted the data into the data through the method of succesive intervals interval with Microsoft Excel 2007. Hypothesis testing using non-parametric test method with Spearman Rank Correlation formula through computational techniques SPSS 13 for windows.
The results showed that the positive and significant influence Compensation Employee Engagement. Dimension in the compensation is salary, incentives, bonuses, health insurance, leave, excursions, retirement benefits, promotional opportunities, and recognition and awards secarabersama together and significantly affect the Employee Engagement. The findings further the Performance Assessment that includes the dimensions of alignment with the vision and mission, Diligence, Disclosure, Feedback, valid and objective, affecting Justice Employee Engagement.
The study is expected to enrich the results of research on organizational commitment, especially in the public sector. For further research is recommended to use exploratory methods to know in depth what factors are affecting the Employee Enagagement in PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero)."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi, pengembangan karir, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap aircrew turnover intention pada direktorat kepolisian udara. Personel aircrew meliputi pilot, pramugari, dan mekanik yang keberadaannya sangat penting untuk mendukung fungsi operasional kepolisian di Indonesia. Aircrew turnover intention dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas direktorat kepolisian udara khususnya dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada unit operasional di lingkungan organisasi kepolisian. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 222 aircrew yang terdiri dari pilot,pramugari dan tenaga mekanik di direktorat kepolisian udara. Sampel tersebut dipilih menggunakan Teknik purposip random sampling sederhana dari populasi total aircrew yang ada pada direktorat kepolisian udara. Pengumpulan data untuk kompensasi, pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention menggunakan skala Likert dengan 5 skala. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada direktorat kepolisian udara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir mempunyai korelasi yang paling kuat terhadap turnover intention(r= 0.619;p <0.05). Sementara kompensasi menunjukkan korelasi yang lemah terhadap turnover intention (r= 0.243; p<0.000) dan kepuasan kerja juga menunjukkan pengaruh yang lemah terhadap turnover intention (r=0.090; p<0.06). Secara keselurhan kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 79.7% terhadap aircrew turnover intention (R adjusted square= 0.797; p< 0.05). Kesimpulan bahwa kebijakan pengembangan karir dan kompensasi untuk aircrew perlu dikembangkan yang berbeda dengan karakteristik peraturan pegawai negeri pada umumnya. Untuk menghindari turnover intention, kebijakan pengembangan karir dan kompensasi harus menarik dan kompetitip untuk menjaga agar tenaga aircrew dapat dipertahankan bekerja pada direktorat kepolisian udara. Kebijakan pengembangan karir aircrew dan kompensasinya akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja dan kompetensi aircrew.

This research was undertaken to investigate the effect of compensation, career development and job satisfaction toward the aircrew turnover intention at directorate of air police. Aircrew consists of pilots, stewardess and mechanics were important to support the operational function of the police within the country. Aircrew turnover intention could affect the effectiveness the directorate of air police especially to serve the other unit operational functions within the police organization. The sample involved 222 aircrew which consisted of pilot, stewardess and mechanics at the directorate of air police. The samples were selected using simple purposive random sampling technique. The collection of data for compensation, career development, job satisfaction and turnover intention used questionnaire with Likert five scales. Multiple regression analysis was employed to examine the effect compensation, career development, and job satisfaction to the aircrew turnover intention at directorate of air police. The results showed that career development had the strongest significant correlation with the aircrew turnover intention (r=0.619; p< 0.05). While the compensation indicated a weak correlation to the aircrew turnover intention (r= 0.243; p< 0.000) and the job satisfaction had also weak correlation to the aircrew turnover intention (r= 0.090; p< 0.006). The overall contribution of compensation, career development and job satisfaction to the aircrew turnover intention was 79.7% (R adjusted square= 0.797; p< 0.05). It could be concluded that career development and compensation policy for aircrew should be developed which is different from the characteristic of public employees in general. To avoid the aircrew turnover intention, the career development and compensation policy should be attracted and competitive to retain the aircrew working at directorate of air police. The overall policy for aircrew career development and compensation will lead to the improvement of aircrew job satisfaction."

"Seperti negara lain di dunia, Indonesia turut menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Dalam rangka percepatan penanganan pandemi dilaksanakan PPKM. Sektor non-kesehatan melaksanakan kegiatan secara terbatas dan/atau jarak jauh. Sedangkan sektor kritikal seperti kesehatan beroperasi 100% staf (termasuk tenaga kesehatan) tanpa pengecualian. Selama pandemi covid-19, beberapa negara telah melakukan penelitian tentang risiko psikologi yang harus diterima tenaga kesehatan. Di Indonesia, 83% tenaga kesehatan mengalami burnout syndrome selama pandemi covid-19. Pemerintah turut mengambil peran dalam meningkatkan semangat kerja dengan memberikan kompensasi. Kompensasi dan stres kerja dapat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan stres dan kompensasi dengan motivasi kerja tenaga kesehatan RS X di Kota Bogor selama pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik cross sectional. Dilaksanakan di RS X Kota Bogor pada Juli 2022. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan purposif sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Cara yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah dengan kuesioner online. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis chi square. Hasilnya didapatkan adanya hubungan antara stres kerja dan kompensasi dengan motivasi kerja tenaga kesehatan RS X di Kota Bogor selama masa pandemi. Tenaga kesehatan diharapkan dapat melaksanakan strategi koping stres dan manajemen RS dapat melaksanakan rotasi kerja rutin, mengevaluasi jadwal dan beban kerja, pelaksanaan K3RS dan komunikasi efektif terkait pemberian kompensasi pada tenaga kesehatan.

Indonesia is currently dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak, just as other nations around the globe. PPKM is implemented in order to quicken the pandemic response. Limited and/or distant activities are carried out by the non-health sector. Meanwhile, essential industries like the health sector run completely on staff, especially healthcare professionals. Several nations have researched the psychological hazards that healthcare professionals must take during the COVID-19 epidemic. During the COVID-19 epidemic, 83% of health professionals in Indonesia reported having burnout syndrome. By offering rewards, the government contributes to raising morale as well. Health professionals' motivation to work can be impacted by compensation and workplace stress. The goal of this study is to ascertain how the COVID-19 pandemic's stress and compensation levels relate to the job motivation of healthcare professionals at Bogor City's X Hospital. Cross sectional analytic design was employed in this investigation. held in July 2022 at RS X Bogor City. Purposive sampling was used to collect samples, and it was based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. An online survey is the tool used to gather the data. Chi square analysis was used to analyze the data. The findings revealed a connection between work-related stress and pay and the motivation of health professionals at RS X in Bogor City during the epidemic. Health workers must be able to use stress management techniques, and hospital management must be able to implement K3RS, carry out normal work rotations, assess workloads and work schedules, and effectively communicate with regard to health workers' compensation. "

"Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengembangan sistem kompensasi di Direktorat Keuangan Angkatan Darat (Ditkuad) dengan melihat kesesuaian teori Kompensasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT terdiri dari Strength, Weakness, Opportunity dan Threath. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah post positivism dengan menggunakan metode Kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme dan kinerja prajurit di Ditkuad dengan melalui sistem kompensasi yang adil dan
berbasis Merit dengan poin yaitu gaji dan tunjangan yang kompetitif serta tunjangan kinerja yang lebih adil. Adapun dua faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan sistem kompensasi di Ditkuad yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Adapun faktor internal sebagai berikut Keahlian personel, Kemampuan Anggaran, Sistem kenaikan gaji berkala, Penghargaan terhadap kinerja dan Motivasi prajurit. Sedangkan faktor eksternal sebagai berikut Kondisi ekonomi, Teknologi, Regulasi pemerintah dan Standar industri. Hasil penelitian menyarankan sebagai berikut melakukan kajian ulang terhadap indeks kenaikan gaji, membuat kebijakan cuti khusus, menerapkan sistem kompensasi berbasis kinerja, revisi besaran tunjangan brevet, membangun mekanisme pelaporan dan evaluasi yang terbuka dan mengintegrasikan program jaminan kesehatan. Apabila faktor kelemahan dan ancaman dapat diatasi dengan melaksanakan saran dan rekomendasi dari peneliti, maka Ditkuad dapat membangun sistem kompensasi yang berkeadilan berbasis merit.

This research is to analyze the development of the compensation system at the Directorate of Army Finance (Ditkuad) by looking at the suitability of the Compensation theory. The data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis consisting of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threath. The approach used is post positivism using Qualitative methods and descriptive research types. The results showed that to improve the professionalism and performance of soldiers in Ditkuad through a fair and merit-based compensation system with points, namely competitive salaries and allowancesand fairer performance allowances. There are two factors that influence the development of the compensation system in Ditkuad, namely internal factors and external factors. The internal factors are as follows Personnel expertise, Budget Capability, Periodic salary increase system, Reward for performance and Motivation of soldiers. While external factors as follows Economic conditions, Technology, Government regulations and Industry standards. The results of the study suggest the following: conduct a review of the salary increase index, create a special leave policy, implement a performance based compensation system, revise the amount of brevet allowances, build an open reporting and evaluation mechanism and integrate the health insurance program. If weakness and threat factors can be overcome by implementing suggestions and recommendations from researchers, then Ditkuad can build an equitable compensation system based on merit."

"Penilaian kinerja karyawan perpustakaan merupakan fenomena baru dalam dunia perpustakaan khususnya manajemen perpustakaan. Perpustakaan UI mulai tahun 2003 sudah menerapkan penilaian kinerja dan belum pernah dievaluasi apakah hasilnya positif atau negatif.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap penilaian kinerja di Perpustakaan UI dan (2) mengidentifikasi persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap pemberian kompensasi di Perpustakaan UI.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Perpustakaan UI yang berjumlah 35 orang. Penarikan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, dan jumlah responden yang ditetapkan sebanyak 34 orang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei dengan instrumen pengumpulan datanya berupa kuesioner dan wawancara. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah Skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif, sementara signifikansi perbedaan persepsi diuji dengan menggunakan uji Nest dan oneway ANOVA.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap penilaian kinerja, adalah negatif dengan angka rata-rata 2,00. Sementara itu, persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap pemberian kompensasi juga negatif, dengan angka rata-rata 2,50. Hasil uji signifikansi perbedaan persepsi dalam hal persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap penilaian kinerja, berdasarkan karakteristik responden tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata. Sementara itu, persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap pemberian kompensasi, berdasarkan karakteristik responden juga tidak menunjukkan perbedaan nyata, dengan signifikansi di atas taraf nyata 0,05.
Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap penilaian kinerja di Perpustakaan UI adalah negatif (2) persepsi karyawan perpustakaan terhadap pemberian kompensasi di Perpustakaan UI juga negatif (3) tidak ada perbedaan persepsi secara signifikan berdasarkan karakteristik responden terhadap penerapan penilaian kinerja di Perpustakaan UI (4) tidak ada perbedaan persepsi secara signifikan berdasarkan karakteristik responden terhadap pemberian kompensasi di Perpustakaan UI.

Research in the area of performance appraisal of the library staff members is relatively a new phenomenon. Since 2003 the Library of the University of Indonesia has applied performance appraisal system to evaluate the performance of its staff members. Nevertheless, it has never been evaluated to know whether the result of the new system was perceived negatively or positively by its staff members.
This research aims (1) to identify the perception of library staff members toward performance appraisal system implemented by the Library of the University of Indonesia, (2) to identify the perception of the library staff members toward the provision of compensation system carried out by the Library of University of Indonesia.
In this study, the population covers all of the 35 staff members of the Library of the University of Indonesia. Purposive sampling is carried out as sampling technique. The sampling size is 34 respondents.
The research is basically a survey using questionnaire and interview for data collection. Likert Scale is employed in the questionnaire. Data is analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. In addition differences on perception is tested using the t-test and one-way ANOVA for its significance.
The results indicate that the staff members perception toward performance appraisal is negative with the average of 2,00. Whereas the staff members perception toward the provision of compensation is also negative with the average of 2,50. Thus far, there is no significant differences of respondents' perception on performance appraisal based on the respondents' characteristics. There is also no significant differences of respondents' perception toward the provision of compensation, based on the respondent's characteristics.
This research concludes that (1) the perception of the library staff members toward the performance appraisal at the Library of the University of Indonesia is negative, (2) the perception of the library staff members toward the provision of compensation at the Library of the University of Indonesia is also negative, (3) there is no significant differences on perception, based on the respondents' characteristics, toward the implementation of performance appraisal system in the Library of the University of Indonesia, (4) there is no significant differences of perception, based on the respondents' characteristics, toward the provision of compensation in the Library of the University of Indonesia.
