"Seperti halnya BUMN perusahaan-perusahaan daerah seperti PDAM
sebagai salah satu wujud BUMD sering diidentikan sebagai unit usaha yang
tidak efisen. Ketidakefisienan tesebut pada PDAM antara lain ditunjukkan oleh
ketidakmampuan perusahaan menangani permintaan konsumen (cakupan
daerah pelayanan yang masih rendah) walaupun pengelolannya bersifat
monopoli, tingkat kebocoran yang masih tinggi, dan masih adanya kapasitas
yang tidak termanfaatkan (idle capacity).
Ketidakefisienan suatu perusahaan seringkali yang dijadikan tolok ukur
adalah kinerja keuangan. Mengukur kinerja dari aspek keuangan cenderung
mementingkan hasil jangka pendek dan hanya mengukur harta-harta yang
tampak (tangible), kurang memperhatikan harta-harta yang tidak tampak
(intangible). Demikian pula halnya pengukuran kinerja PDAM Kabupaten DT II
Karawang sebagai salah satu BUMD yang dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Daerah
menggunakan kinerja tersebut. Memandang kinerja perusahaan dari aspek
kinerja yang menyeluruh (meliputi harta yang tampak dan tidak) boleh
dikatakan hampir tidak ada sama sekali.
Dalam penelitian ini penulis menawarkan alternatif pengukuran kinerja
yang lebih bersifat menyeluruh yaitu berdasarkan pendekatan Balanced
Scorecard (BSC) untuk memecahkan pokok permasalahan pertama yaitu :
Bagaimana kinerja PDAM Kabupaten DT ll Karawang yang telah dicapai.
Pendekatan BSC mengukur kinerja orgnisasi berdasarkan empat perspektif :
Keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan pembelajaran serta
pertumbuhan organisasi. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel kinerja perusahaan di sini yaitu metode kuesioner,
wawancara, dan analisis data sekunder.
Sebagai bagian dari evaruasi kinerja penulis juga mencoba memecahkan
pokok permasalahan kedua yaitu meneliti faktor-faktor/strategi yang dapat
meningkatkan kinerja PDAM dalam rangka mengantisipasi era persaingan bebas
(AFTA 2003 dan APEC 2020). Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk
menganalis variabel faktor-faktor/strategi di sini yaitu studi Iiteratur, tehnik
wawancara, dan analisis jawaban kuesioner.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Deskriptif Analisis. Deskriptif
yaitu mencoba memaparkan hasil evalusasi kinerja berdasarkan pendekatan
pengukuran BSC. Analisis yaitu mencoba menganaIisa strategi-strategi apa yang
dapat meningkatkan masing-masing aspek kinerja perusahaan. Tehnik sampling
yang digunakan menggunakan Quota Sampling untuk anggota organisasi
PDAM dan menggunakan Strafified Random Sampiing (Metode Tidak
Berimbang) untuk meneIiti keiompok pelanggan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian keseluruhan aspek kinerja (keuangan,
pelanggan, proses internal, dan pembelajaran & pertumbuhan) diperoleh skor
total 85. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran kinerja PDAM
Kabupaten Daerah Tingkat II Karawang berada datam kriteria penilaian Hampir
Baik (nilai 3 dari 5 kelas interval).
Untuk meningkatkan kinerja secara keseluruhan tersebut pada dasarnya
adalah harus meningkatkan efisiensi dalam segala macam aspek (baik operasi
maupun strategi). Sesuai dengan teori-teori yang direkomendasikan dan hasil
analisis kinerja yang telah dilakukan, maka strategi-strategi yang coba penulis
tawarkan kepada PDAM adalah strategi yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan
efisiensi tersebut."

"ABSTRAK
Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 (DM Tipe 2) adalah kelainan metabolik yang ditandai dengan hiperglikemia yang diakibatkan kurangnya sekresi insulin, resistensi insulin, atau keduanya. Kondisi hiperglikemia yang kronis dapat menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi salah satunya adalah kaki diabetik yang menjadi penyebab utama dilakukannya amputasi pada klien dengan DM tipe 2. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengalaman klien DM tipe 2 pasca amputasi mayor ekstremitas bawah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif. Hasil analisa data menghasilkan enam tema, yaitu: perubahan dalam kehidupan setelah amputasi, respon atau perasaan terkait amputasi, mekanisme koping, dukungan sosial yang diterima, makna hidup, dan pelayanan kesehatan yang diterima. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan melalui peningkatan dukungan rehabilitasi secara fisik, psikososial, dan spiritual pada klien DM tipe 2 pasca amputasi mayor ekstremitas bawah.

ABSTRACT
Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (Type 2 DM) is a metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia as a result of insulin deficiency, insulin resistance, or both. Chronic hyperglycemia conditions can lead complications such as the diabetic foot as a major cause of amputation in clients with type 2 DM. The purpose of this study was to determine the experience of client with type 2 DM following major lower limb amputation. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive phenomenology approach. Result of the data analysis revealed six themes: live changes of amputees, amputation response or related feelings, coping mechanisms, social support received, the meaning of life, and health care received. The results of this research are expected to contribute positively in improving the quality of nursing care through physical, psychosocial, and spiritual rehabilitation support enhancement in client with type 2 DM following major lower limb amputation."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas tentang kinerja Operator Penatausahaan barang milik negara di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan wilayah DKI Jakarta dilihat dari perspektif kemampuan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja, melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu : (1) Alat ukur kemampuan, berdasarkan konsep kemampuan dari Hersey dan Blancard; (2) Alat ukur motivasi, berdasarkan teori dua faktor Herzberg; dan (3) alat ukur untuk lingkungan kerja adalah lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik dari Sedarmayanti. Informan penting dari penelitian ini adalah operator penatausahaan BMN di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan wilayah DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Operator Penatausahaan barang milik negara mempunyai kinerja yang baik dilihat dari perspektif kemampuan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja, meskipun masih terdapat kendala internal dan eksternal.

ABSTRACT
This research is about performance of state’s administration operators in Correctional Institutions DKI Jakarta area viewed from ability, motivation, and working environment perspective. This research uses descriptive qualitative approachment. The indicators which is used on the research : (1) ability indicator based on the ability by Hersey and Blancard ; (2) motivation indicators based on two factor theory by Herzberg; and (3) environment indicators besed on physical working environment and non physical working environment by Sedarmayanti. The main source correspondent as primer informant on the research is state’s asset administration in Correctional Institutions DKI Jakarta area. The result stated from the research is that the state’s asset administration operators shows a good performance from ability, motivation, and working environment perspective, evenmore there are still some internal and external obstacles."

Persaingan antara organisasi menciptakan sebuah kebutuhan untuk setiap
organisasi memaksimalkan kinerjanya. Sumber daya manusia sebagai penggerak
dalam organisasi menjadi kunci sukses yang penting untuk memperoleh

sumber daya manusia adalah asset utama untuk PT AXY. Untuk memperoleh

mempertahankan pegawai yang berbakat dalam organisasi. Kepuasan terhadap
pekerjaan dan intensi untuk keluar yang dimiliki oleh karyawan menjadi tolak
ukur yang penting untuk bidang industry tersebut. Kebijakan dan program dari
departemen sumber daya manusia seperti Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA)
dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan persepsi karyawan terhadap work-tofamily
enrichment yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kepuasan terhadap
pekerjaan dan mengurangi intensi untuk keluar dari organisasi. Tujuan dari thesis
ini adalah untuk menganalisa hubungan antara program FWA dengan kepuasan
terhadap pekerjaan dan intensi untuk keluar melalui persepsi work-to-family
enrichment. Hasil dari studi ini menemukan bawha keberadaan dari program
FWA di PT AXY memiliki hubungan positif dengan persepsi karyawan terhadap
work-to-family enrichment dan kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan. Akan tetapi,
program FWA tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan untuk mengurangi
intensi karyawan keluar dari organisasi. Hasil dari studi ini penting untuk PT
AXY dalam mengembangkan strategi dan kebijakan sumber daya manusia di
masa depan;

"pemeriksaan kirierja makin berkembang peranannya di Indonesia Karena manfaatnya yang besar dapat dira sakan, yaitu dalam rangka penggunaan sumber daya seca ra ekonomis dan efisien serta pencapaian program seca ra efektif.
Implementasi pemeriksaan kinerja pada dasarnya memerlukan persyaratan tertentu yang dalam pelaksanaan nya dijumpai beberapa faktor yang menadi kendala mau pun menjadi penunjang akan keberhasilannya.
Dalam karya akhir ini dipilih studi kasus di Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Teknologi Minyak dan Gas Bumi Lemigas yang disingkat dengan sebutan Lemigas sebagai contoh dilaksanakannya pemeriksaan kinerja di Indonesia.
Dari studi kasus tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa implementasi pemeriksaan kinerja sudah dilaksanakan jauh sebelum dikembangkan dan dipopulerkan pemeriksa an kinerja di Indonesia sekitar tahun 1981. Tetapi dalam implementasinya masih ditemukan beberapa kelemahan yang antara lain mengenai sistematika pelaksanaannya maupun pelaporannya.
Dari studi kasus tersebut juga dapat diidentifikasi beberapa faktor yang menjadi kendala maupun bebera pa faktor yang menjadi penunjang. Beberapa faktor kenkendala yang dapat diidentifikasi dapat disebut sebagai berikut:
1. Kurangnya pengetahuan pihak pimpinan organisasi mengenai manfaat pemeriksaan kinerja bagi pimpinan organisasi/top management.
2. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan pihak yang diaudit, yang terdiri dari Kepala Bidang/ Bagian/Seksi/Urusan dan Proyek.
3. Kurangnya atau belum adanya standar/kriteria dalam melaksanakan evaluasi.
4. Kurangnya tenaga audit dengan kualitas dan pengalaman yang mencukupi.
5. Kurangnya tempat pelatihan/training dan kesempatan on the ob training bagi tenaga auditon/calon auditor.
6. Kurangnya dana /alokasi anggaran untuk melaksanakan pemeriksaan kinerja.
Faktor pendukung dalam implementasi dapat disebut :
1. Adanya faktor pendukung yang berasal dari instansi yang lebih tinggi.
2. Adanya dukungan dan pemeriksa luar (external auditor).
3. Adanya semangat kerja dan motivasi dan tenaga auditor untuk menjalankan tugasnya.
Akhirnya studi mengenai implementasi kinerja ini diharapkan dapat merangsang studi mengenai implementasi lebih lanjut, demi keberhasilan implementasi pemeriksaan kinerja di Indonesia dimasa mendatang."

"Tujuan penulis didalam membuat karya akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja enam perusahaan dari tiga industri dengan menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA). Keenam perusahaan tersebut yaitu; PT. Indofood dan PT. Mayora (Industri Makanan Olahan), PT. H.M Sampoerna dan PT. Gudang Garam (Industri Rokok), serta PT. Telkom dan PT. Indosat (industri Telekomunikasi). Selain itu, penulis juga ingin mengetahui hubungan antar variabel-variabel pembentuk EVA dengan EVA itu sendiri.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantatif. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian, hasil penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa, bagi perusahaan yang memiliki nilai EVA yang negatif, harus lebih memperhatikan variabel-variabel penting didalam pembentukan nilai EVA perusahaan seperti; struktur permodalan dan laba operasi. Dan bagi para investor, didalam melakukan sebuah investasi sebaiknya dilakukan riset terlebih dahulu terhadap laporan keuangan perusahaan selama beberapa periode. Hal ini dilakukan guna melihat apakah perusahaan tersebut memiliki prospek positif didalam memberikan keuntungan yang diharapkan.

The focus of this study is to notice the performance of the six company from three different industries with applying the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. Those six company are; ; PT. This study is also indentify the relationship between the variables which creates EVA and the EVA it selves.
This study is an descriptive quantitative study. Based on the result of this study, the result suggest that for the company who has an negative EVA must be more focus on the important variables which creates EVA, like capital structure and earnings. And for the investor, they must do some financial report analyze first before making an investment decision. Because, it is important to know the prospect and the expected return of the company."

"Tesis ini membahas pengukuran kinerja perusahaan jasa penerbangan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode Performance Prism. Penelitian ini tidak hanya mengukur kinerja dari sisi strategi saja tetapi juga memperhatikan kepuasan dan kontribusi stakeholder, proses dan kapabilitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi stakeholder dari banyak pihak yang berkepentingan, seperti pelanggan, manajemen, pegawai dan pemasok. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan Model Analisis Kuantitatif TEV diantaranya pembobotan dengan Delphi Method dan penilaian kinerja dengan Expected Value.
Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa penilaian kinerja perusahaan dikategorikan baik berdasarkan skala 5 dengan nilai kinerja 3.9669. Dari 22 Indikator yang diukur, ada 10 indikator yang dikategorikan sangat baik, 6 indikator dikategorikan baik, 5 indikator dikategorikan cukup, dan 1 indikator dikategorikan sangat kurang.

This thesis describes the measurement of performance at aviation services company in Indonesia using the Performance Prism. This study not only measures performance in terms of strategy but also to attention to customer satisfaction and contribution of stakeholders, processes and company capabilities. This study also identifies stakeholders from many interested parties, such as customers, management, employees and suppliers. Data processing was performed with TEV Quantitative Analysis Model that is weighted with Delphi Method and the Expected Value of performance assessment.
Results from this study that the assessment of corporate performance are categorized on a scale of five with a good performance value 3.9669. Of the 22 indicators measured, there are 10 indicators that are categorized very well, six indicators of well categorized, five indicators of enough categorized, and an indicator is considered very low.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan, kinerja dan tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap atribut-atribut mobil Ford fiesta. Ada 23 atribut yang akan dianalisa tingkat kepentingan, kinerja dan tingkat kepuasan. Sedangkan yang menjadi responden adalah 30 orang konsumen mobil Ford Fiesta. Atribut-atribut tersebut adalah desain Body yang menarik, desain dari mobil yang stylish, Voice Control yang bagus, desain interior dari mobil Fiesta yang bagus, desain tata letak audio mudah dijangkau, kualitas audio bagus, desain interior yang up to date (stylish), kualitas alat safety yang baik, kekedapan suara dari luar mobil yang baik, posisi tempat duduk yang nyaman, mobil tidak bergetar saat dikendarai pada kecepatan tinggi, pengendalian kemudi yang mudah, mobil dapat bermanuver dengan baik pada saat menikung, kenyaman penumpang, mobil yang hemat bahan bakar, spare part mobil yang mudah didapat, harga spare part yang murah, layanan purna jual yang bagus dari dealer, biaya service mobil yang murah, harga mobil yang murah, fitur teknology, kinerja mobil bagus yang tahan lama, mobil Ford Fiesta yang dikenal sebagai produk dari Amerika Serikat . Sedangkan berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan 5 atribut yang paling penting adalah atribut layanan purna jual yang bagus dari dealer, atribut mobil hemat bahan bakar, atribut mobil mampu bermanuver dengan baik pada saat menikung, atribut mobil tidak bergetar pada kecepatan tinggi dan atribut kualitas alat safety sedangkan 5 atribut yang dianggap sudah mempunyai kinerja yang paling baik adalah atribut mobil mampu bermanuver dengan baik pada saat menikung, atribut desain body mobil yang menarik, atribut pengendalian kemudi, atribut desain body mobil yang up to date, kualitas audio yang bagus. Tingkat kepuasan dihitung berdasarkan Disconfirmation Theory dan 23 responden atau 76,67% merasa masih kurang puas terhadap atribut-atribut yang ada di mobil ford Fiesta, hanya 4 responden (13,33%) yang merasa sangat puas dan 3 responden (10%) menyatakan puas dengan atribut-atribut yang ada. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil regresi atribut-atribut yang paling berpengaruh pada kepuasan pelanggan adalah kualitas audio, kualitas alat safety, kekedapan suara yang berasal dari luar mobil, kenyamanan penumpang didalam mobil dan yang terakhir harga mobil yang murah.

The purpose of this study was to determine important level, performance and level of customer satisfaction attributes Ford fiesta. There are 23 attributes that will be analyzed level of importance, performance and satisfaction levels. While the respondents were 30 people Ford Fiesta car consumer. These attributes are attractive body design, the design of a stylish car, Voice Control is good, interior design from Fiesta cars are nice, the audio layout designs accessible, good audio quality, interior design up to date (stylish), good quality safety equipment, sound protection from outside the car is good , comfortable seating position, the car does not vibrate when driven at high speed, easy steering control, the car can be maneuvered well during cornering, passenger comfort, material-efficient cars fuel, spare car parts easily available, cheap spare part prices, good after sales service from dealers, cheap car service costs, cheap car prices, features technology, performance of a durable good car, the Ford Fiesta car which is known as products from the United States. While based on the five most important attributes are the attributes of a good after sales service from dealers, fuel-efficient car attributes, an attribute capable of maneuvering the car well when cornering, the car attributes not vibrate at high speed and quality attributes of safety equipment while the remaining 5 attributes are considered to have had the best performance is an attribute capable of maneuvering the car well when cornering, the car body design attributes of interest, the attributes of steering control, car body design attributes are up to date, good audio quality. Satisfaction level is calculated based on disconfirmation theory and 23 respondents or 76.67% are still not satisfied with the attributes that exist in the Ford Fiesta car, only 4 respondents (13.33%) who felt very satisfied and 3 respondents (10%) stated satisfied with the existing attributes. While based on the results of regression attributes that most influence on customer satisfaction is the audio quality, the quality of safety equipment,protection sound originating from outside the car, passenger comfort inside the car and the last price of a cheap car."

"Masalah mutu pendidikan di Indonesia yang dikaitkan dengan keberadaan dan kinerja pengawas termasuk dukungan dari sistim birokrasi pemerintah daerah sudah bukan isue regional tapi sudah menjadi isue nasional. Hal ini menarik untuk diteliti dan tetap hangat untuk diperdebatkan dan tentuna harus dicari solusi dan pemecahannya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui determinan-determinan apa yang mempengaruhi kinerja pengawas TK/SD/SMP/SMA/SMK. kota Sukabumi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang yang didasarkan pada paradigma positivisme. Dalam penelitian ini akan menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pengawas kota Sukabumi. Pengumpulan data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengawas seluruh jenjang pendidikan kota Sukabumi yang berjumlah 57 pengawas. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis faktor yang digunakan untuk mencari dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mampu menjelaskan berbagai indikator independen yang diobservasi. Sedangkan untuk menguji kontribusi setiap variabel dalam penelitian ini, teknik yang akan digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda (multiple regression). Analisis regresi ganda adalah suatu analisis peramalan nilai pengaruh dua variabel bebas atau lebih (variabel X) terhadap variabel terikat (Y) untuk membuktikan ada atau tidaknya hubungan kausal antara dua variabel bebas atau lebih. Dari hasil analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan Kepala Dinas memiliki pengaruh yang dominan dan sangat signifikan. F hitung pada variabel independen yaitu kepemimpinan kepala dinas adalah 5.140. dengan membandingkan F hitung dengan F tabel α = 0,05 dengan derajat bebas pembilang 1, dan derajat bebas penyebut 55 didapat F tabel = 4.02. F hitung > F tabel berarti signifikan berpengaruh, atau dengan melihat probabilitasnya (sig) yang lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi (0,027 < 0,05). Sedangkan pada variabel lain menunjukan bahwa probabilitas (sig) > α = 0,05, sehingga kelima variabel penelitian Pendidikan , evaluasi kepala dinas, disiplin pengawas, rekomendasi pengawas dan penghargaan kepala dinas adalah yang tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengawas TK, SD, SMP, SMA, SMK Kota Sukabumi Jawa Barat.

The problem of education quality that connected with supervisor?s existance and performance include the supporting system of local govenment bereaucracy are not only as a regional but also as national issue. It is very interesting and debatable. One of the solution is study about supervisor?s problems and determinants that influences supervisor?s performance and teh solution of the problems. This study is aimed to find which determinans that influence on supervisor?s performance of TK/SD/SMP/SMA/SMK in the city of Sukabumi. This research belongs to a quantitative approach, based on positivism paradigm. This research will analize the factors that influence supervisor?s performance in the city of Sukabumi. The data gathering is by using questionare. The population of this research is all the supervisors of all levels of education, there are 57 supervisors in total and the researcher used the population as the sample (total sampling). The data analysis technique used is factor analysis to find and identify the factors that are able to explain any kinds of independent indicators observed. For analyzing contribution of each variable, regression analysis ( multiple regression) is used. Regression analisys is to predict influence value of two independent variables or more (X) toward dependent variable (Y). To prove the existance of causal relationship between two independent variables or more. The result of regression analisys shows that the leadership of the cheaf of educational affair has dominant and significant influence. F value of the independent variable is 5.140, by comparing F value with F crit α =0.05 with cfree degree 1, and sign free degree is 55 from F crit = 4.02. F value > Fcrit. It means it has significant influence or by proving its probability (sig) that smaller than significance level (0,027< 0,05). While another variables show that the probability (sig) > α = 0,05, so the five variables of educational research: the evaluation of the cheaf of education affair, supervisor?s discipline, supervisor?s recommendation, chief of educational affair reward has no significant influence to TK/SD/SMP/SMA/SMK supervisor?s performance in the city of Sukabumi West Java. "Bidang pendidikan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Namun harus diakui bahwa mutu pendidikan di Indonesia ternyata masih rendah. Rendahnya mutu pendidikan ini salah satu penyebabnya adalah kinerja guru yang rendah dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah terhadap kinerja guru rintisan sekolah menengah atas bertaraf internasional di provinsi lampung. Berdasarkan tujuannya penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksplanatif, karena ingin menjelaskan hubungan pola-pola yang berbeda tetapi ada keterkaitan serta menghasilkan pola hubungan sebab akibat.
Dalam penelitian ini kegiatan supervisi akademik dianggap sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan Kinerja Guru (Y) sebagai variabel terikatnya. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif (campuran). Hal ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih dalam mengenai data yang tidak bisa diperoleh hanya melalui kuisioner. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah dengan metode survey menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara mendalam. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, Metode ini digunakan karena dalam pemilihan sampel survey akan diberikan kriteria bahwa sampel yang dipilih adalah guru-guru yang sudah pernah mendapatkan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah. Pemberian kriteria ini bertujuan agar guru yang dipilih sebagai sampel benar-benar mengetahui atau memahami topik penelitian ini. Jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat signifikansi 7,25% diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang guru. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi liniear sederhana untuk mencari pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana disimpulkan bahwa supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Adapun secara simultan dimensi-dimensi dari variabel bebas supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap dimensi perencanaan dan persiapan, lingkungan kelas, pengajaran, dan tanggung jawab profesionalisme dari variabel terikat kinerja guru. Tetapi jika secara parsial dimensi-dimensi dari variabel supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah, hanya dimensi pendekatan kolaboratif yang berpengaruh terhadap dimensi pengajaran pada variabel kinerja guru.

Education is a very important thing for both state and nation. However, it must be recognized that the quality of education in Indonesia still very low, and one of the causes is the low performance of teachers in managing the learning process. This study is aimed at determining The effect of academic supervision by the supervisor to the teachers performance of the pilot senior high school of international standardn in lampung province. This study is based on the research objectives in explanative, because it wanted to explain the relationship of different patterns, but there is a relationship and to produce the pattern of causal relationships.
In this research, academic supervision activities are considered as the independent variable (X) and the teacher performance (Y) as the dependent variable. Research data collection techniques were conducted by using a combination of quantitative and qualitative techniques. This is done to obtain more information on data that can not be obtained only through a questionnaire. While the data collection method used in this study is a survey method using questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Sampling techniques in the study was the purposive sampling method used, because the survey sample selection criteria was based on samples of teachers who had never received academic supervision by school inspectors. The provision was intended as the criteria chosen as a sample of teachers who would understand the purpose of this research. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula with a significant level of 7.25% obtained form total sample of 100 teachers. Statistical analysis used a simple regression analysis liniear method to determine the influence of the academic supervision of teacher performance.
Based on the results of the linear regression analysis, it is concluded that the academic supervision by a school superintendent has a significant effect on teacher performance. The simultaneous dimensions of the independent variable of academic supervision by a school superintendent, therefore has significant influence on planning and preparation, classroom environment, teaching, professionalism and responsibility of the dependent variable of teacher performance. But if the partial dimensions of the variable of academic supervision by school inspectors, only the collaborative approach dimensions that affect to the variable dimensions of teaching performance of teachers.
