"[Tujuan skripsi ini membahas mengenai model kepemimpinan Antonius Chandra dalam menyiapkan pegawai yang memiliki jiwa self-leadership di PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Persero). Saat ini penanaman self-leadership terhadap pegawai di dalam organisasi dianggap penting untuk menjaga stabilitas kinerja organisasi di PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Persero). Model kepemimpinan dalam menyiapkan jiwa self-leadership pegawai PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia dalam penelitian ini di lihat dengan menggunakan model superleadership dari Charles C. Manz dan Henry P. Sims Jr. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan post positivist, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam sebagai data primer dan dengan menggunakan data sekunder terkait. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa
Antonius Chandra memiliki kecenderungan menonjol dalam Dimensi Leading Teams to Self-Leadership dan Dimensi Leading Organizational Cultures to Self- Leadership. Kemudian dalam indikator yang ada Antonius Chandra memiliki kecenderungan menonjol dalam indikator modeling, positive thought patterns, memimpin tim untuk self-managing teams, creating superleadership through organizational structures dan creating superleadership throught human resources strategy.

The aim of this thesis is to discuss the leadership model of Antonius Chandra in preparing its employees to develop a sense of self-leadership over PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Persero). Currently the process to enhance self-leadership into each employee in the organization is considered imperative to maintain stability of organization performance, as is the case with PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Persero) in which the importance of maintaining stability has become part of the working trend during Antonius Chandra?s tenure. In this study, the leadership model by Charles C. Manz and Henry P. Sims Jr. This study uses the post positivist approach along with qualitative methods for data collection. The techniques used in collecting data are in-depth interview as a primary data, and literaty study. In conclusion, from this study showed that Antonius Chandra relatively perform in the Leading Teams to Self-Leadership and Leading Organizational Cultures to Self-Leadership dimensions. Moreover, using the indicators applied to this study, Antonius Chandra has a tendency to domineer in the following indicators modeling, positive thought patterns, leading teams to selfmanaging teams, creating superleadership through organizational structures and

"ABSTRAK
Implementasi sebuah sistem HRIS dapat mempengaruhi job satisfaction dan turnover intention karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung serta besarannya antara perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude terhadap job satifaction dan turnover intention pada Direktorat Network dan Direktorat Information and Technology PT Telkomsel. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif dengan melibatkan 87 responden yang berada di kantor pusat dan beberapa kantor area Telkomsel di Indonesia. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS v.2.0 M3. Hasil analisis SEM-SmartPLS-v.2.0 M3 menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude. Attitude juga memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction. Begitu juga dengan job satisfaction yang juga memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sementara perceived ease of use tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness. Selain itu, attitude juga tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada PT Telkomsel, keputusan karyawan untuk berpindah dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain selain job satisfaction.

ABSTRACT
Implementation of an HRIS can affect job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of direct and indirect as well as the magnitude between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward job satifaction and turnover intention on the Network Directorate and the Directorate of Information and Technology of PT Telkomsel. This research is a descriptive study involving 87 respondents who were in the headquarter and several area offices Telkomsel in Indonesia. Processing of the data in this study using the Partial Least Square (PLS) with M3 v.2.0 SmartPLS program. Results of the analysis of SEM-SmartPLS-v.2.0 M3 indicates that the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness has a positive and significant relationship to the attitude. Attitude also has a positive and significant relationship to job satisfaction. As well as job satisfaction which also has a positive and significant relationship to the turnover intention. While the perceived ease of use had no effect on perceived usefulness. And, the attitude also had no effect on turnover intention as well. This study shows that in PT Telkomsel, the employee's decision to move was influenced by factors other than job satisfaction.

"Abstract. To get quality manpower, several phases of human resources management activity are needed. The initial phase of human resources management itself is started with recruiting to get eligible candidate. Currently the process of position fulfillment in government agency has been applying open position system, which is known as open bidding. Open position is a promise process that gives opportunity to employees outside the organization to hold position in the organization. The purpose of this system is to expand the scope of employee resources. Thus, the recruting process in open tender that determines the candidate’s success can be categorized into selection phase. If this phase runs well, good quality human resources will be attained as the result.
Abstrak. Dalam memperoleh tenaga yang berkualitas diperlukan berbagai tahapan kegiatan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Dalam tahap awal manajemen sumber daya manusia dimulai pada tahap perekrutan yang dapat menghasilkan tenaga kandidat yang memenuhi syarat. Saat ini proses pengisian jabatan di instansi pemerintah telah menerapkan sistem mengisi posisi terbuka yang disebut tender terbuka. Posisi terbuka adalah proses janji yang memberikan kesempatan bagi karyawan di luar oraganisasi untuk dapat memegang jabatan dalam organisasi. Tujuan dari sistem ini adalah untuk memperluas lingkup sumber daya karyawan. Oleh karena itu proses perekrutan dalam penawaran terbuka yang menentukan keberhasilan calon yang dapat dimasukkan dalam tahap seleksi. Karena jika hal itu dapat berjalan dengan baik maka hasilnya akan mendapatkan banyak pelamar yang sudah memiliki kualitas yang baik."

"Pegawai yang bekerja tanpa mengalami perpindahan pekerjaan ataupun unit kerja selama lima hingga enam belas tahun keatas. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan karir dan kompetensi pegawai stagnan. Konsep mutasi Whether Davis 1996 menjelaskan bahwa perpindahan tanggung jawab, kinerja, jabatan, status pekerjaan, dengan segala hak dan kewajibannya yang sama, merupakan bentuk pembinaan karir pegawai. Oleh sebab itu, penting untuk menganalisis proses mutasi dan kendala pelaksanaan mutasi pejabat pelaksana pengelola kearsipan di Badan Kepegawaian Negara.
Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah post-positivis yang diawali menguji konsep mutasi, metode pengumpulan data kualitatif dan triangulasi digunakan untuk validasi data yang terkumpul. Proses mutasi yang dilakukan selama ini telah mengacu pada analisis jabatan dan analisis beban kerja, namun menjadi kurang valid dikarenakan belum adanya kajian ulang mengenai informasi dari analisis jabatan dan analisis beban kerja pejabat pelaksana pengelola kearsipan saat ini. Pelaksanaan mutasi yang belum berkaitan dengan pola karir serta belum didukung oleh standar operasional prosedur yang mengatur proses pelaksanaan mutasi.
Hasil penelitian perlu pengkajian ulang mengenai analisis jabatan dan analisis beban kerja pejabat pelaksana pengelola kearsipan sesuai kondisi saat ini, segera menerapkan pelaksanaan mutasi secara periodik yang selaras dengan pola karir dan didukung oleh standar operasional prosedur dalam pelaksanaan mutasi tersebut.

Employees who work without having to move for five to sixteen years and above. The condition causes stagnant of career and competence of employee. Whether and Davis 1996 explains that the transfer of responbility, performance, occupation, employment status, with all rights and obligations are the same, is a form of employee career development. Therefore, it is important to analyze the transfer process and the constraints of implementing the transfer of archival manager in The National Civil Service Agency.
This research approach is post positivist beginning to test the concept of transfer, methods of qualitative data collection and use triangulation to validate data collected. The process of transfer that has been done so far has been referring to job analysis and workload analysis, but it becomes less valid because there is no review of information from job analysis and workload analysis of archival managers today. Implementation of transfer that have not related to career pattern and not yet supported by operational standard procedure.
The results of the study need to review the position analysis and workload analysis of the archival manager according to the current condition, immediately apply the implementation of transfer periodically in harmony with career pattern and supported by operational standard procedure.

"Penelitian ini membahas Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia di Perpustakaan X. Sumber daya manusia menjadi faktor keberhasilan perpustakaan dalam menjalankan fungsinya. Untuk mewujudkan SDM yang berkualitas maka diperlukan penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif model studi kasus dengan melakukan pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perpustakaan X telah melaksanakan seluruh kegiatan manajemen untuk mengelola SDM. Penerapan fungsi perencanaan telah terlaksana secara terstruktur dan sudah efektif, akan tetapi untuk pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengawasan tidak terlaksana secara efektif oleh karena itu untuk memperbaiki fungsi pengorganisasian diperlukan ketentuan SOP yang spesifik khususnya layanan sirkulasi dan referensi agar para SDM dapat menjalankan sesuai dengan rumusan tugasnya. Dalam fungsi penggerakan perlu melakukan pengembangan pelatihan pendidikan soft skill dan hard skill. Selanjutnya dalam fungsi penggerakan belum menerapkan pemberian reward untuk memotivasi kerja dengan maksimal. Terakhir fungsi pengawasan pimpinan tidak melakukan penerapan sanksi bagi pegawai yang tidak menjalankan tugasnya.

This study discusses Human Resource Management in Library X. Human resources are a factor in the success of libraries in carrying out their functions. To create quality human resources, it is necessary to implement management functions to achieve the set goals. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive case study model by collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Library X has carried out all management activities to manage human resources. The implementation of the planning function has been carried out in a structured and effective manner, however the organizing, actuating and monitoring has not been carried out effectively. Therefore, to improve the organizing function, specific SOP provisions areneeded, especially circulation and reference services so that HR can carry out according to the formulation of their duties.  In the mobilization function, it is necessary to develop soft skill and hard skill education training. Furthermore, the mobilization function has not implemented rewards to motivate work optimally. Finally, the leadership supervisory function does not apply sanctions to employees who do not carry out their duties. "
