"ABSTRAK
Proses open tender merupakan proses yang paling cocok dalam hal pengadaan barang atau jasa pada ExxonMobil Indonesia, karena proses ini dapat menghemat biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Dalam proses open tender tersebut banyak terdapat kendala yang menyebabkan waktu aktual pengerjaan proses lebih lama dari waktu yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya oleh perusahaan, sehingga banyak terjadi keterlambatan proses open tender yang menyebabkan tertundanya pengadaan barang dan jasa. Pada penelitian kali ini, digunakan metode Business Process Reengineering yang dapat digunakan untuk merekayasa ulang bisnis proses pada open tender. Perekayasaan ulang proses dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis proses yang terjadi, yang kemudian dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam merancang suatu proses perekayasaan ulang yang baru untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses open tender. Hasil penelitian ini selanjutnya dapat dijadikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses open tender pada perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
Open tender process is the most suitable process in terms of procurement of goods or services at ExxonMobil Indonesia because the process can save the cost incurred by the company. In an open tender process, there are many obstacles cause the actual execution process longer than time planned by the company which bring on many delays of the next open tender processes and lead to delays in procurement of goods and services. In this research, Business Process Reengineering method is used to reengineer the business processes in an open tender. Process reengineering is done by analyzing the processes that occured, which can be used as a basis for designing a new process to improve the efficiency of an open tender process. The results of this research can be a reccomendation to improve the efficiency of an open tender process in the company."

"Kondisi ekonomi di awal tahun 2020 yang terdampak akibat pandemi penyebaran wabah COVID-19 mempengaruhi turun nya pendapatan bagi berbagai sektor bisnis, pemerintah dan berdampak pada kegiatan konstruksi infrastruktur. Ide maupun dorongan untuk melakukan mengurangi biaya pada proyek muncul akibat pertimbangan efisiensi biaya, sehingga peneliti dengan cermat melihat kondisi proyek dan mempertimbangkan semua alternatif yang memungkinkan di tahap desain untuk menciptakan optimalisasi biaya proyek ditengah kondisi pandemi. Pada studi kali ini bagaimana prinsip Value Engineering diterapkan pada proyek dilakukan dimana proyek pembangunan stadion internasional Jakarta menjadi contoh proyek yang akan diteliti. Tingkat keberhasilan implementasi Value Engineering dilakukan pada proses setelah detail engineering design. Hasil yang didadapatkan dalam Value Engineering proyek dapat melakukan efisiensi biaya dan mampu mengurangi biaya proyek.

In early 2020, the current economic condition is affected by the pandemic of the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak affected the decline in income for various business sectors and impacted on infrastructure construction activities. Ideas and encouragement to make cost efficiency on the project arise, so researchers carefully look at project conditions and consider all possible alternatives at the design stage to optimize project costs amid pandemic conditions. In this study how the principle of Value Engineering is applied to projects where the Jakarta international stadium construction project is an example of a project that will be examined. The success rate of the implementation of Value Engineering is carried out in the process after the detailed engineering design. The results obtained in the project Value Engineering can be cost efficient and able to reduce project."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pengaruh tipe penyalaan kontrol jarak sama dan kontrol sudut sama pada penyearah tiga phasa terkendali dengan melihat harmonisa yang ditimbulkan pada input tegangan. Kemudian menghitung efisiensi penyearah dan perbandingan faktor kerja dari kedua tipe kontrol tersebut. Rangkaian penyearah menggunakan filter pasif dengan beban tahanan sebesar 11 ohm dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan simulasi program PSPICE versi 7.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kontrol jarak sama menimbulkan harmonisa arus masukan pada orde ke-5 dan ke-7 sedangkan pada kontrol sudut sama menimbulkan harmonisa pada orde ke-3, 5 dan ke-7. Pada sisi keluaran tipe kontrol jarak sama menimbulkan riak tegangan pada orde 6, sedangkan pada tipe kontrol sudut sama menimbulkan riak tegangan pada orde ke-2 dan ke-6.
Hasil perhitungan riak tegangan yang terjadi sebesar 3,5% dengan efisiensi 99,8% pada kontrol jarak sama, sedangkan pada kontrol sudut sama diperoleh riak tegangan sebesar 4% dengan efisiensi 99.7%. Selanjutnya pada sudut penyalaan 300 diperoleh input THD sebesar 50,26% dengan faktor kerja sebesar 0,89 pada tipe kontrol jarak sama, sedangkan pada tipe kontrol sudut sama diperoleh input THD sebesar 53,831% dengan faktor kerja sebesar 0,87. Dari hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penyalaan thyristor dengan tipe kontrol jarak sama lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tipe sudut sama.

Analysis of three phase controlled rectifier with the same distance control as compared to the same angle control. This research aim to compare the firing of the same distance and the same angle control at three phase controlled rectifier with seen generated harmonic at input (AC side). Then calculate of rectifier efficiency and power factor comparison from both the control type. The rectifier use passive filter with resistance 11 ohm and is analysed with program simulation using PSPICE version 7.1.
Result of research indicate that use of the same distance control generates the 5th and 7th harmonics, while the same angle control generates the 3rd , 5th and 7th harmonics at the input (AC side). At the output (DC side), the same distance control type generates the 6th voltage ripples, while the same angle control generates the 2nd, and 6th voltage ripples.
The result of calculation of voltage ripples that happened equal to 3.5% with efficiency 99.8% at same distance control, while at the same angle control obtained voltage ripples equal to 4% with efficiency 99.7% . At the firing angle 300 obtained by THD input equal to 50.26% with power factor equal to 0.89 at same distance control type, while the same angle control obtained by THD input equal to 53,831% with power factor to 0,87. From this result indicate that the firing of thyristor with the same distance better then is the same angle control."

"Dual banking system in Indonesia provides an excellent opportunity for the growth of Islamic banking industry in Indonesia. Islamic banking industry in Indonesia has improved in number of banks and branches but the performance of Islamic banks has decreased in recent years. This paper measure the efficiency of Islamic banking in Indonesia using the intermediation approach and the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) on quarterly reports of 10 Islamic Banks (BUS) and 15 Islamic Business Units (UUS). The result showed that Islamic Banks (BUS) and Islamic Business Unit (UUS) in Indonesia has not been operating efficiently in its intermediation function. The estimation results of data panel regression model showed total financing and CAR have positive and significant impact, whereas the deposits have negative and significant impact to the efficiency of BUS and UUS in Indonesia."

"The current practice in architectural studies which is enhanced by various digital computations and machined customization provokes the issue of the use of form. This paper investigates this issue by investigating two built project of renowned success done by one of the most prominent architect of the twentieth century, Le Corbusier. The Ronchamp chapel and the monastery of La Toureite are selected to be studied the elements because of their apparent difference in its formal quality, while both have been subject of continuous discussion in architectural studies. The paper tries to dissect each format approach used in each building and discover their effect and relation to user and program. The project's ability to evoke multiple reading suggest the possibility to answer the question of formal efficiency, which is their ability to evoke multiple numerous compressive reading that has continually been rediscovered by critics, architects and their user, rendering the buildings been a timeless source of inspiration."

"Based an Structure-Conduct-Performance [SCP] paradigm, the fact that concentration ratio of Indonesian banking industry decreasing, in terms of deposit and credit. con be interpreted as the increasing of competitiveness. This proposition tested using econometric regression that relating between profit and concentration. ii there is positive relationship then one can conclude that high profit comes from collusive behavior Other competing paradigm, Chicago School, argues this proposition and said that high profit can come from efficiency, instead of collusive behavior. Using Polius and Samuel model this study tries to prove which hypotheses, §CP hypotheses or Efficiency hypotheses that can be used to explain the conditions in indonesian banking industry. The result shows that efficiency variables have statistically significant relation with bank's profit while all other structure variables are insignificant. This conclusion suggested that profit level of commercial banks in indonesia influenced by efficiency, rather than structure variables."

"Unbalanced voltage is the condition of three phase voltage that is unbalance either on magnitude or phase angle. One of the factor caused unbalanced voltage is the unbalanced current that is caused by single phase load Single-phase loads are widely used in residential dan lighting systems. Variation on single-phase loading causes currents flowing in phase conductors to be different from one another. Due to this unbalanced currents, there would be unbalanced voltage drop on each phase. In the end unbalanced voltage may supply three-phase loads such us induction motors. On induction motors, unbalanced supply voltage may cause many damage. This paper investigates the ejects of the unbalanced supply voltage on three-phase induction motor with various unbalance factor from 0,35 % until 9,7 %s. Under five different voltage magnitude unbalance conditions, the performance of the induction motor has been analyzed through testing on the laboratory. It is found that the increasing unbalance factor leads to decreasing of motor's rotating speed increasing of load current, and decreasing of motor's efficiency."
