"Laporan magang ini membahas mengenai evaluasi prosedur internal audit terhadap cabang XYZ yang dimiliki oleh Koperasi ABC. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan prosedur audit yang dilakukan oleh Koperasi ABC dan prosedur internal audit yang disyaratkan oleh International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF). Hasil dari evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa prosedur audit yang dilaksanakan oleh Koperasi ABC telah sesuai dengan prosedur audit yang disyaratkan oleh IPPF dan IIA serta menurut Sawyer. Laporan magang ini juga membahas refleksi diri yang merupakan hasil pembelajaran berkelanjutan atas pelaksanaan aktivitas magang di Koperasi ABC.

This internship report discusses the evaluation of internal audit procedures on XYZ branches owned by ABC Cooperatives. The evaluation is done by comparing the audit procedures performed by ABC Cooperatives and the internal audit procedures required by the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF). The results of the evaluation showed that the audit procedures carried out by the ABC Cooperative were in accordance with the audit procedures required by

IPPF and IIA and according to Sawyer. This apprenticeship report also discusses self-reflection which is the result of ongoing learning on the implementation of apprenticeship activities in ABC Cooperatives."

"Negara Indonesia memiliki pertanian rakyat, perkebunan rakyat, kerajinan rakyat, pertambakan rakyat, bahkan yang teramat penting bagi kehidupan sehari-hari adalah kita memiliki dan hidup dari pasar-pasar rakyat. Pembangunan ekonomi merupakan salah satu tanggung jawab Pemerintah terhadap asset didaerahnya, contohnya sektor komoditi perkebunan rakyat Kopi Kintamani yang telah didaftarkan menjadi indikasi geografis. Indikasi geografis merupakan salah satu rezim Hak Kekayaan Intelektual yang paling banyak dipengaruhi oleh nilai-nilai budaya setempat, baik dari konteks perekonomian nasional maupun masyarakat lokal. Produk dari indikasi geografis biasanya merupakan pencerminan langsung dari nilai budaya setempat yang dominan. Implementasi terhadap Pemakaian Indikasi Geografis dilakukan oleh Koperasi Bale Dana Mesari, yang dilakukan demi mencapai kesejahteraan Masyarakat bangli khususnya Anggota Koperasi. Oleh karena itu, skripsi ini akan mambahas mengenai bagaimana fungsi dan peranan Koperasi Bale Dana Mesari dalam pengolahan Kopi Kintamani serta landasan hukum Pemakaian Indikasi geografis. Skripsi ini juga membahas mengenai Peran Pemerintah dalam mendukung Gerakan Ekonomi Rakyat melalui Koperasi Bale Dana Mesari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normarif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pemakaian Indikasi Geografis Kopi Kintamani telah diperoleh Koperasi bale Dana Mesari yang sesuai dengan PP No. 51 Tahun 2007 tentang Indikasi Geografis serta fungsi Koperasi dilakukan melalui Unit Pengolahan Kopi Kintamani dengan menjalankan peran dalam penetapan sumber daya, fasilitator dan pemasaran Kopi Kintamani. Pemerintah Daerah dalam hal ini dilakukan oleh Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Bangli telah melakukan upaya-upaya yang telah mendukung Gerakan Ekonomi Rakyat melalui Koperasi bagi Masyarakat Bangli khususnya Koperasi Bale Dana Mesari.

Indonesia has people's agriculture, plantation, handycraft, embankment, and even the most important for daily lives is that we have and live off by the people's marketplaces. Economic development is one of the government's responsibility towards the asset in their area, for example is the commodity sector of Kintamani Coffee people's plantation that has been registered as a geographical indication. Geographical indication is one of the regime of Intellectual Property Rights that has been most affected by local cultural values, within the national economy's context and also the local people. Products from geographical indications usually are direct reflections of the dominant local cultural values.

The implementation of the usage of geographical indication is conducted by Bale Dana Mesari Cooperative that is done in order to attain welfare for the Bangli people and especially for the cooperative members. Because of that, this undergraduate thesis will elaborate on the function and role of Bale Dana Mesari Cooperative in managing Kintamani Coffee and also the legal foundation of the geographical indication usage. This thesis will also elaborate on government's role in supporting the People's Economy Movement through Bale Dana Mesari Cooperative. This research uses normative juridicial methods.

Research results show that Coffee Kintamani geographical usage has been acquired by Bale Dana Mesari Cooperation that is in line with Government Regulation No. 51 Year 2007 on Geographical Indication and the cooperation function is conducted by Kintamani Coffee Management Unit through taking a role in determining resource, facilitator and Kintamani Coffee marketing. Local government, in this matter is conducted by the Bangli Regency Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprise Services, has done efforts that supports People's Economy Movement through cooperative for the Bangli people, especially the Bale Dana Mesari Cooperative. "

"Kerugian yang terjadi pada kegiatan usaha koperasi, disebabkan oleh bebebrapa faktor diantaranya manajemen koperasi itu sendiri, tindakan intra vires maupun ultra vires, tindakan melawan hukum dan tindakan pidana. Setiap faktor-faktor tersebut menyebabkan potensi kerugian, apabila pengurus dan pihak terkait tidak menangani potensi kerugian tersebut secara maksimal maka akan menimbulkan kerugian. Pengurus sebagai manajemen kegiatan usaha koperasi berperan sangat penting dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha. Maju mundurnya kegiatan usaha koperasi merupakan tanggung jawab pengurus terutama dalam hal terjadinya kerugian. Kegiatan usaha koperasi dapat dinyatakan mengalami kerugian, apabila potensi kerugian yang ada secara akuntansi memenuhi kriteria untuk dinyatakan sebagai kerugian dan atau dinyatakan dalam Rapat Anggota. Penyelesaian pertanggung jawaban Pengurus atas kerugian koperasi perlu diatur secara tegas oleh ketentuan peraturan, sehingga tanggung jawab pengurus dan pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan kerugian koperasi dapat dimintakan pertanggung jawaban yang proporsional dengan segala konsekwensinya.

Damage caused to the cooperative business activities, caused by several factors, including cooperative management itself, the action intra vires or ultra vires, unlawful and criminal actions. Each of these factors lead to the potential loss, if the treatment or the role of the board and related parties are not maximal, then cause harm. Board as co-operative management of business activities were instrumental in running the business. responsibilities of the board on the loss is very important, and cooperative losses can be expressed at a disadvantage, if the potential loss is stated in the Meeting of Members. Governing the Settlement of liability for damages need to be determined by the provisions of the regulations, so that the responsibility of the board layout can be accounted for as well as the parties that caused the loss of the cooperative."

"This stuy investigated the effect of cooperative learning techniques (Jigsaw II and STAD) on speaking competency viewed from students' self-confidence (high and low). ' Posttest only control group' design with 2x2 factorial arrangement using two-way ANOVA and Turkey Test was employed. The second semester students majoring in English education in Mahasaraswati University were sampled and involved in the experiment. The findings indicated that there was a significant effect of cooperative learning techniques (Jigsaw II and STAD) on students' speaking competency. The students with high self-confidence speak better after they were treated using Jigsaw II than using STAD. However, no difference was found when the low self-confidence were treated using the two techniques. This study provided an empirical evidence of the importance for taking self-confidence into consideration when a teacher decided to implement a new teaching technique in his/her class."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XII IPA-2 MAN Cihideung Kabupaten Pandeglang dalam membaca intensif melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Heads Together). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat dikemukakan beberapa kesimpulan. Pertama, aktivitas belajar siswa dalam membaca intensif pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dapat ditingkatkan melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT. Kedua, hasil belajar siswa setelah dilakukan metode pembelajaran dalam dua siklus melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT, nilai rata-rata kelasnya mencapai 71,67 pada akhir siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 78,61 pada akhir siklus II. Ketiga, penguasaan materi di atas KKM (75%) yang ditetapkan oleh Madrasah. Keempat, guru hendaknya dapat lebih memotivasi siswa untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran kooperatif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat siswa."

This paper focuses more on how power relation is seen in daily conversation and how it affects Grices Maxims rules. The corpus of this paper is Fifty Shades of Grey. This paper is made by analyzing dialogues between two main characters of the novel. Previous researches have debated whether Grices Maxims theory is functional in daily conversation or not. How- ever, the result of this paper shows that people who are more powerful have bigger tendencies to break Grices Maxims . By writing this paper, the writer expects that people have larger in- sights of how Grices Maxims can contribute in daily conversation since it can help people to choose the person who is more powerful than the other person."

Cooperative Capital is classified by two types, i.e. equity capital and debt capital. To maintain a solid structure of capital, Cooperative might have an equity participation. Equity participation may be given by anyone from national or international parties, whether government, members of cooperatives, community, legal entity and unincorporated business entities, and other legal entities, through a cooperative equity participation agreement between cooperative and investor. Therefore, investors would need to be given protection by the law, especially when the cooperative suffered an economic loss that could harm the investors. This condition happened to Cipaganti Karya Guna Persada Cooperative. To obtain the conclusion on legal protection which might be given by Cipaganti Karya Guna Persada Cooperatives, normative juridical approach with a descriptive typology research is used. In the end, there is no legal protection for investor provided by Cipaganti Karya Guna Persada Cooperative. Moreover, there is also no legal protection for investor provided by any regulation especially about equity participation in cooperative. Cipaganti Karya Guna Persada Cooperative only settle its obligations to investors after a peace agreement between the investors and Cipaganti Karya Guna Persada Cooperative, which requires Cipaganti Guna Karya Persada Cooperative to settle its obligations to investors. Adapun dampak yang dirasakan oleh 17 anggota setelah menerima pembiayaan adalah 94,11 merasakan terjadi peningkatan pada pendapatannya, 58,82 merasakan terjadi peningkatan pada asset yang dimilikinya, dan sebanyak 64,70 merasakan telah terjadi peningkatan pada skala usahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak linkage program bagi peningkatan keterjangkauan dan keberlanjutan koperasi syariah serta mengetahui dampak yang dirasakan anggota setelah menerima pembiayaan dari koperasi syariah. ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the impact of linkage program for increasing outreach and sustainability of sharia cooperatives and to know the impact felt by members after receiving financing from sharia cooperative. The method used in this research is qualitative method with case study approach on five sharia cooperatives. The results showed that the linkage program had a positive impact on increasing the nominal average financing as an indicator of outreach and maintain the stability of the value of ROA sharia cooperative as an indicator of sustainability. As for the impact felt by 17 members after receiving the financing is 94.11 feel the increase in income, 58.82 feel the increase in the assets, and as much as 64.70 feel there has been an increase on their business scale."
