"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Dampak dari Variabel Sales Promotion dan Variabel Channel of Distribution terhadap Attitude toward Brand dan Purchase Intention: Studi Kasus Dancow Calcium Plus. Variabel yang akan diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah sales promotion (Sampling dan premium) dan channel of distribution (supermarket dan hypermarket) terhadap Attitude toward Brand (sikap terhadap merek) dan Purchase Intention (minat membeli) Dancow Calcium Plus. Penelitian menggunakan metode field experiment dengan periode penelitian November & Desember 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sales promotion memberikan respon yang lebih positif melalui premium dan sampling terhadap sikap terhadap merek dan minat membeli di supermarket dan hypermarket.

This research was intended to analyze the effects of Sales Promotion variable (sampling and premium) and Channel of Distribution (hypermarket and supermarket) variable, to Attitude toward Brand and Purchase Intention. Variables to be tested in this study are sales promotion (Sampling and Premium) and channel of distributions (hypermarket and supermarket), and attitude toward brand and purchase intention. This research using field experiments method. The study periods is November 2013. The results indicates that sales promotion give more positive impact through sampling and premium, on attitude toward brand and purchase intention, either in hypermarket or supermarket.

"Secara teori, kebijakan moneter yang tercermin dari suku bunga kebijakan dapat berjalan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan kredit. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan suku bunga acuan antar bank (JIBOR) terbukti berkorelasi negatif terhadap pertumbuhan kredit. Demikian pula dengan peran tingkat kompetisi bank (HHI) terhadap transmisi kebijakan moneter melalui jalur kredit, yang berkorelasi negatif dan signifikan secara statistik. Dalam rangka melihat pengaruh kedua elemen tersebut, maka dilakukan kalibrasi secara masing-masing maupun interaksi kedua elemen tersebut. Terbukti bahwa pengaruh interaksi kedua elemen tersebut lebih kecil dalam mempengaruhi pertumbuhan kredit. Sesudah parameter masing-masing diperoleh, dilakukan simulasi untuk melihat pengaruh tingkat kompetisi bank terhadap efektivitas kebijakan moneter melalui jalur kredit. Terbukti bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat konsentrasi atau semakin rendah tingkat kompetisi bank justru melemahkan pertumbuhan kredit dalam transmisi kebijakan moneter, ceteris paribus. Selanjutnya, apabila ukuran bank dikelompokkan berdasarkan modal inti terbukti bahwa Bank BUKU 3&4 (modal inti diatas Rp 5 triliun) lebih berperan dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan kredit dibandingkan bank BUKU 1&2 (modal inti kurang dari Rp 5 triliun).

According to the monetary policy interest rate policy can affect the credit growth. The Jakarta Interbank Offered Rate (JIBOR) as a one of monetary policy indicator was proven to give a negatif correlation with credit growth. Meanwhile, the role of bank competition (HHI) for transmission of monetary policy through bank lending channel gave a significant with negatif correlation. In order to examine the effect of both variable (JIBOR & HHI), the calibration of each variable and the interaction of both variables have been exercised. However, the effect of interaction of both variables on the bank credit growth is small. Meanwhile, after all parameters have been computed the role of bank competition for the transmission of monetary policy through bank lending channel was calculated. The result from the Hirschman Herfindahl Index (HHI) prove that a decrease in the level of banking competition, weakened the monetary policy transmission through bank lending channel, ceteris paribus. Furthermore, when the bank is classified based on its bank core capital, those who has the higher core capital (BUKU 3&4) has a greater role to increase the bank credit growth compared to those who has lower core capital (BUKU 1&2). "

"[ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Continous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) telah menjadi
alternatif selain hemodialisis untuk pengobatan penyakit ginjal tahap akhir. Fibrosis
peritoneum merupakan penyebab utama terjadinya kerusakan membran peritoneum.
Mekanisme fibrosis peritoneum belum diketahui secara pasti, namun ditengarai
transforming growth factor ? β (TGF ?β) berhubungan erat terhadap terjadinya fibrosis
peritoneum.
Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi ACE
inhibitor (ACEI) dan calcium channel Blocker (CCB) terhadap penurunan ekspresi TGF
? β dan fibrosis peritoneum tikus jantan yang telah dilakukan CAPD.
Metode Penelitian : Penelitian eksperimental, post test only control group design. Tiga
puluh tikus Dawley spraque dibagi menjadi lima kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol
(kelompok 1) dan kelompok perlakuan dengan pemberian masing-masing cairan CAPD
4,25% (kelompok2) lisinopril 1,44 mg oral dan CAPD (kelompok 3) diltiazem CD 6,48
mg oral dan CAPD (kelompok 4) lisinopril 1,44 mg dan diltiazem CD 6,48 mg oral dan
CAPD (kelompok 5). Setelah 4 minggu tikus dikorbankan dengan cara dislokasi cervical
kemudian diperiksa ekspresi TGF ? β dan terjadinya fibrosis pada peritoneum tikus,
selanjutnya dibuat sediaan histopatologi dan diwarnai dengan hematoksilin eosin serta
imunohistokimia menggunakan antihuman TGF-ß.
Hasil : Dua puluh peritoneum tikus berhasil diperiksa. Rerata skor TGF-β kelompok
kontrol 1,8, kelompok CAPD 2, kelompok lisinopril dan CAPD 1,8, kelompok diltiazem
CD dan CAPD 1,8, kelompok lisinopril dan diltiazem CD dan CAPD 1,7 (p=0,959).
Rerata skor fibrosis peritoneum kelompok kontrol 1,1, kelompok CAPD 2,6, kelompok
lisinopril dan CAPD 1,2, kelompok diltiazem CD dan CAPD 1,3, kelompok lisinopril dan
diltiazem CD dan CAPD1,5 (p=0,268)
Simpulan : Kombinasi lisinopril dan diltiazem mempunyai kecenderungan menurunkan
ekspresi TGF ? β lebih baik dibandingkan lisinopril maupun diltiazem yang diberikan
secara terpisah tetapi tidak bermakna secara statistik. Kombinasi lisinopril dan diltiazem
mempunyai kecenderungan mengurangi fibrosis peritoneum tetapi tidak bermakna secara
statistik dan tidak lebih baik dibandingkan lisinopril maupun diltiazem bila diberikan
secara terpisah.

6,48 mg oral and CAPD (group 5). After 4 weeks, rats sacrificed. Expression of
TGF ? β and peritoneal fibrosis are conducted by histopatology with hematoxillineosin
staining and immunology with anti human-TGF-β.
Result : Twenty peritoneal of rats can be examined. Mean score TGF-β control
group is 1,8, CAPD group is 2, lisinopril and CAPD group is 1,8,diltiazem CD

UMKM RELITE telah lama berdiri namun beberapa tahun yang lalu mengalami kebangkrutan. Pemilik dari UMKM RELITE walau memiliki trauma yang besar berharap dapat kembali beroperasi dengan konsep baru yang lebih sesuai. Pengembangan konsep dilakukan dengan penciptaan brand, penyusunan proses produksi. Penciptaan brand dilaksanakan dengan pembuatan logo dan identitas, dan pembangunan produk dengan mengikuti alur produksi sandang lewat teori fashion production cycle. Instagram juga telah dibuat untuk memulai proses meningkatkan brand awareness dari RELITE

ABSTRACT
This thesis is a written report of the process of increasing the productivity of a micro business named RELITE with the help of to total product conceptand marketing in social media specifically Instagram. RELITE has been standing as a business for years but has faced defeat several years ago. Shadowed by trauma, the owner of the business wishes for RELITE to run again with new concept that is more up-to-date. The concept building started by the making of its brand, and setting the production cycle. The process itself started from making logo and identity set then building the method of production via the fashion production cycle. Instagram also made for starting the brand awareness building.

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai pengembangan pemasaran melalui peningkatan identitas produk, perbaikan promosi, dan penambahan channel pada UMKM Kelapa Indung. UMKM Kelapa Indung bergerak pada industri makanan dan minuman, yang menjual produk serundeng. Metode analisis yang digunakan, yaitu STP, bauran pemasaran, peluang pasar, SWOT, dan Gap.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari business coaching adalah peningkatan identitas produk dengan melakukan perubahan logo, pengembangan kemasan, perbaikan promosi dengan melakukan perbaikan media sosial dan penambahan website, dan penambahan channel secara online melalui media sosial dan secara offline melalui toko ritel, yaitu pasar swalayan dan pusat oleh-oleh.

This thesis discusses about marketing development through product enhancement, promotion improvement, and channel addition for SME Kelapa Indung. SME Kelapa Indung engages in food and beverage industry that sells roasted coconut product. Analysis methods used is STP, marketing mix, market opportunity, SWOT, and Gap.
The results of business coaching are product identity enhancement by changing the logo and developing the packaging, online promotion improvement by improving social media and adding website, and channel addition by online through social media and by offline through retail stores, that is supermarket and merchandise center.

"Penambahan Jalur Distribusi, Pengembangan Produk, dan Promosi Pada UMKM Moer's Snack Pembimbing : Ir. Hasnul Suhaimi, MBA Tesis ini membahas mengenai business coaching yang dilakukan penulis pada UMKM Moer's Snack. UMKM Moer's Snack merupakan usaha mikro yang memproduksi keripik bawang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM Moer's Snack adalah jalur distribusi yang belum optimal, variasi produk yang masih terbatas, dan juga promosi melalui media sosial yang belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Dengan demikian tujuan business coaching ini adalah menambah jalur distribusi, mengembangkan produk, dan mempromosikan produk UMKM Moer's Snack melalui media sosial. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis STP, bauran pemasaran, peluang pasar, SWOT, dan Gap.
Hasil dari business coaching adalah UMKM Moer's Snack telah dapat menambah jalur distribusi dengan penambahan reseller baru dan distribusi produk di beberapa tempat. UMKM Moer's Snack juga mengembangkan produk dengan percobaan membuat produk baru keripik cakar ayam, membuat keripik bawang ukuran kecil, dan pembaruan label. UMKM Moer's Snack juga meng-update akun media sosial untuk mempromosikan produknya.

Increasing Distribution Channel, Product Development, and Promotion of Moer's Snack SMECounsellor Hasnul Suhaimi This thesis discusses about business coaching conducted by the author on Moer 39 s Snack SME. Moer 39 s Snack SME is micro enterprise which produces onions crisp. The problem faced by Moer 39 s Snack SME is distribution channels which is not optimized, variety of products that are still limited, and promotion through social media which is not fully utilized. Therefore, the objective of business coaching is to increase distribution channels, develop Moer 39 s Snack SME products, and promote Moer's Snack products by using social media. The analytical method used is the analysis of STP, marketing mix, market opportunities, SWOT and Gap.
The results of this business coaching are Moer 39 s Snack SME has been able to increase its distribution channel through the addition of new resellers and distribute its products in some area. Moer's Snack SMEs develop its product with a new product creation called chicken feet crisp, making small size onion crips, and renew its label. Moer's Snack SME also updated its social media account to promote its products.

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan ndash; Tesis ini membahas pengembangan saluran dan kompetensi pemasaran melalui media sosial online, dan perbaikan logo sebagai identitas merek, dengan intervensi business coaching.Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan - Serangkaian wawancara terstruktur dilakukan dengan pemilik PT Mumtaz Multi Mandiri, di Bandung. Hasil dari wawancara terstruktur dianalisis dengan menggunakan STP, Marketing Mix, Business Model Canvas, SWOT, Porter 39;s 5 Forces, Gap Analysis dan Pareto Analysis untuk sampai pada masalah yang paling penting untuk dipecahkan.Temuan - Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga masalah utama yang dihadapi UMKM yang dapat diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM, yaitu: 1 kurangnya saluran pemasaran, khususnya melalui media sosial; 2 kurangnya kompetensi dalam melakukan marketing dengan menggunakan media sosial online; dan 3 logo yang kurang menarik sebagai identitas merek yang mempengaruhi brand awareness.Keterbatasan Penelitian/Implikasi ndash; Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan pada satu UMKM di Indonesia. Walaupun begitu, Business Coaching ini diharapkan dapat membantu PT Mumtaz Multi Mandiri dan UMKM lainnya di Indonesia dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya.Originalitas / Nilai ndash; Saluran pemasaran dan identitas merek merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Hubungan ini belum pernah diteliti di PT Mumtaz Multi Mandiri.

ABSTRACT
Purpose This thesis discusses about social media marketing channel and competencies development, and logo improvement as brand identity, with business coaching intervention.Design Methodology Approach A series of structured interviews were conducted with the owner of PT Mumtaz Multi Mandiri, in Bandung. The results of structured interviews were analyzed using STP, Marketing Mix, Business Model Canvas, SWOT, Porter rsquo s 5 Forces, Gap Analysis and Pareto Analysis to arrive at the most urgent problems to be solved.Findings The findings showed that there were three main problems faced by the SME that could be diminished to improve SME performance, which were 1 lack of marketing channels, especially social media channel 2 lack of competencies in doing marketing by using social media and 3 unattractive logo as brand identity that affect brand awareness.Research Limitation implications This study was only conducted in one SME in Indonesia. Despite this limitation, this business coaching is expected to help PT Mumtaz Multi Mandiri to improve its performance.Originality value Marketing channel and brand identity are critical factors that affecting performance of a firm. This relationship has not been investigated so far in PT Mumtaz Multi Mandiri."

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengadopsian serta faktor-faktornya, tujuan, dan penerapan saluran komunikasi pemasaran digital pada UMKM bidang food and beverage service. Studi kasus ini menggunakan wawancara dengan pengambil keputusan pemasaran dan observasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa penerapan saluran komunikasi pemasaran digital pada level transaksi. Faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi pemanfaatan saluran komunikasi pemasaran digital adalah faktor firm specific dan owner manager seperti latar belakang, reputasim dan struktur, sumber daya manusia di mana pemilik memiliki beberapa peran secara bersamaan, dan dukungan lingkungan. Selain itu, diperoleh beberapa tujuan untuk menggunakan saluran komunikasi pemasaran digital. Faktor dan tujuan tersebut berperan dalam keputusan mengapa pemasaran media sosial lebih dominan daripada saluran lainnya. Penelitian ini secara akademis berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang bagaimana saluran komunikasi pemasaran digital diterapkan dalam konteks nyata. Secara praktis, penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pertimbangan bagi pemilik UMKM untuk memaksimalkan potensi pemasaran digital.


The purpose of this study is to explore the adoption and the factors, objectives, and application of digital marketing communication channels to food and beverage service MSMEs. This case study uses interviews with marketing decision makers and observations as data collection methods. From the results of this study it was found that the application of digital marketing communication channels at the transaction level. Factors that influence the adoption of utilization of digital marketing communication channels are firm specific factors and owner managers such as background, reputation and structure, human resources where the owner has several roles simultaneously, and environmental support. In addition, several objectives were obtained to use digital marketing communication channels. These factors and objectives play a role in the decision of why social media marketing is more dominant than other channels. This research academically contributes to an understanding of how digital marketing communication channels are applied in real contexts. Practically, this research can be used as a basis for consideration for MSME owners to maximize the potential of digital marketing.

"Pasar Unik 89 kerap kali sulit untuk bersaing dengan kompetitor, selain itu tingkat penjualan yang dilakukan belum mencapai titik maksimal. Untuk itu, Tujuan dari Business Coaching ini adalah menciptakan karakteristik produk agar dapat mencapai keunggulan kompetitif yang berkesinambungan dan meningkatkan serta mengembangkan saluran distribusi pemasaran melalui online dan offline. Strategi yang diajukan dalam Business Coaching ini adalah pembentukan maskot khusus dan penggunaan bahan khusus untuk dapat menciptakan karakteristik produk. Strategi berikutnya adalah memperbaiki saluran pemasaran online yang sudah ada dan menambahkan saluran pemasaran offline yang berupa rekomendasi tempat yang baik untuk memasarkan produknya. Setelah proses Business Coaching ini , model bisnis Pasar Unik 89 mengalami perubahan yang positif. Saat ini Pasar Unik 89 sudah memiliki langkah untuk menciptakan karakteristik produk dan mempunyai maskot yang menjadikan identitas dari brand itu sendiri. Akun sosial media sudah mengalami perbaikann sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai saluran pemasaran. Situs Pasar Unik 89 sedang dalam pengembangan, dan segera dapat digunakan untuk dapat memasarkan ke segmen yang lebih luas.

Pasar Unik 89 is often difficult to compete with competitors, the level of sales has not reached to maximum profit. Therefore, the purpose of this Business Coaching is to create the product characteristic in order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage and improving and developing the distribution channel of marketing through online and offline channel. The strategy proposed is the establishment of a special mascot and the use of special materials to create product characteristic. The next strategy is to improve online marketing channels that are already exist and to add offline marketing channels for a place to market their products in the form of recommendation. After Business Coaching process, Pasar Unik 89 business model experienced a positive change. Currently, Pasar Unik 89 already making steps to create product characteristic and mascot that makes the brand identity. Social media accounts have been set up so it can be used as marketing channel. Pasar Unik 89 website is under development and could soon be used to market Pasar Unik 89 to broaden their market segment."

"Tesis ini merupakan penelitian yang berformat studi kasus, dimana permasalahan yang terjadi merupakan problematika riil yang terjadi di PT. Mitra  Rajawali Banjaran, anak perusahaan dari holding company PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia yang bergerak di lini bisnis alat kesehatan, dengan produk utama berupa kondom. Sebagai satu-satunya produsen kondom lokal di Indonesia, ironisnya PT. MRB justru mengalami kerugian keuangan yang berkepanjangan, ditambah lagi dengan market share produknya yang hanya berada di kisaran 2%. Dengan potensi pasar industri kondom di Indonesia yang cukup atraktif, peta persaingan saat ini justru didominasi oleh produk-produk impor dengan persentase sekitar 98%. Menggunakan metode depth interview kepada beberapa aktor yang menjadi pengambil keputusan di perusahaan, diketahui bahwa hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya adalah inefisiensi distribution channel dan kapasitas produksi, serta isu rendahnya kualitas produk yang terakumulasi menjadi permasalahan yang cukup kompleks. Dengan melakukan analisa yang bersifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif, penelitian ini berupaya membangun beberapa opsi yang tujuan utamanya adalah untukmeningkatkan penjualan guna  melepaskan perusahaan dari defisit keuangan yang telah terjadi sekian lama. Opsi-opsi yang terbagi menjadi dua timeframe yaitu jangka pendek dan jangka panjang tersebut adalah dengan melakukan aliansi strategis dengan mekanisme B2B (maklon) dan mencari strategic investor untuk pendanaan hingga perusahaan dinilai mampu melakukan investasi, baik finansial dan non-finansial untuk membangun program pemasaran dan masuk ke pasar reguler, sedangkan opsi yang paling ekstrem adalah dengan melakukan likuidasi dari aset yang dimiliki oleh PT. MRB.

This thesis is a research with case study format, where there are real problem that occurs in the PT. Mitra Rajawali Banjaran, a subsidiary of the holding company PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia engaged in the medical devices business line, with condom as a primary product. As the only local condom manufacturer in Indonesia, ironically PT. MRB experienced a prolonged financial losses, coupled with low market share of its products, only in the range of 2%. With a quite attractive potential of condom industry market in Indonesia, competitive landscape today is dominated by imported products with percentages of approximately 98%. Using depth interview method to some actors who become decision makers in the company, it is known that it is influenced by several factors, including the inefficiency of distribution channels and production capacity, as well as the issue of low quality products that accumulate those problems becomes quite complex. By qualitative and quantitative analysis, this study sought to build several options whose main objective is toimprove sale in order to release the company from financial deficits that occurred for so long. The options are divided into two timeframes short term and long term, by doing a strategic alliance with B2B (tolling) mechanism and searching for strategic investor for financing until PT. MRB is able to invest both financially and non-financially to build marketing programs and penetrate into the regular market, while the most extreme option is to conduct liquidation of the assets owned by PT. MRB."
