"ABSTRAK
Universitas Indonesia saat ini berperan penting dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan secara nasional, yaitu sebagai penyumbang tenaga kesehatan terbesar yang berkualitas nasional serta internasional. Dalam rangka menyiapkan calon dokter, pendidik, peneliti, dan sumber daya di bidang kedokteran dan kesehatan di UI yang berkompeten dengan nilai budaya akademik dan etika profesi layanan prima, maka Universitas Indonesia mengembangkan suatu rumah sakit yang mampu mengakomodasi sistem pelayanan kesehatan terpadu. Akan tetapi, kebutuhan biaya yang besar pada proses operasional RSUI yang tidak diimbangi dengan ketentuan yang jelas mengenai sumber pendanaan bagi RS PTN, dikhawatirkan menyebabkan kebutuhan dana operasional yang dibutuhkan RSUI tidak dapat terpenuhi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengelolaan anggaran dengan memetakan struktur keuangan yang jelas dalam suatu model simulasi keuangan berupa neraca keuangan, laporan laba rugi, dan laporan arus kas. Model proyeksi keuangan ini dibutuhkan guna melihat berapa besar nilai kesenjangan antara sumber dana yang diperoleh dari Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi (Kemristekdikti) dan pendapatan jasa pelayanan kesehatan RSUI dengan kebutuhan dana operasional yang dibutuhkan. Hal ini dibutuhkan oleh Universitas Indonesia sebagai pemangku kepentingan RSUI yang selanjutnya dapat mendukung pembuatan model bisnis RSUI demi keberlanjutan RSUI di masa yang akan datang

ABSTRACT
University of Indonesia plays an important role in the national health care system, which is the largest contributor of qualified health professionals nationally and internationally. In order to prepare future professional doctors, educators, researchers, and other human resources in medicine and health fields in the University of Indonesia with cultural values of academic and professional ethics service excellence, University of Indonesia develops a hospital which can accommodate an integrated health care system. However, the high cost needed in Hospital of the University of Indonesia operational processes that is not followed by clear regulations regarding the sources of funding for University Hospital, feared causing financing needs for Hospital of the University of Indonesia operational processes can not be met. Therefore, budgeting management is impotantly needed by mapping a clear financial structure in financial model simulation; balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow. This financial model simulation is required to see the gap between revenue and expenses that Hospital of the University of Indonesia needs. It is needed by the University of Indonesia as stakeholder who can support the creation of Hospital of the University of Indonesia business model for its sustainability in the future."

Dewasa ini, model bisnis dengan menggunakan platform menjadi fondasi yang penting bagi perekonomian. Kesuksesan dari platform GO-FOOD dipandang sebagai kesuksesan dari bisnis model yang menggunakan platform. Akan tetapi, hanya ada beberapa platform yang bisa mengakumulasi banyak konsumen atau pemakai platform yang loyal terhadap platform tersebut. Ketika kesuksesan bergantung pada bagaimana pendekatan platform kepada konsumen, konsumen dalam jumlah besar dapat berdampak kepada kemajuan dari platform tersebut. Dalam riset ini, peneliti ingin mengetahui loyalitas terhadap platform GO-FOOD dari perspektif konsumen. Riset ini ingin menunjukan bagaimana nilai yang ditawarkan oleh platform mempengauhi persepsi nilai konsumen yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada loyalitas terhadap platform GO-FOOD.


 

 

Platform-based business models such as GO-FOOD have become such an important pillar of today’s economy. The success of GO-FOOD platform can be perceived as the success of the platform-based business model. However, only very few platforms are able to accumulate a large and loyal following of customers. When success relies upon customer engagement through the platform, a large user base can make or break this platform. In our research we approach this matter by examining the platform loyalty from a customer-centric perspective. We show the impact of different value perceptions for customer-to-customer-based platforms . By demonstrating how customer perception of emotional value and quality value and also price value drive the loyalty to the platform.

"Sejalan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi, produksi sampah nasional diprediksi akan terus tumbuh seiring pertambahan jumlah penduduk dan pertumbuhan daya beli penduduk. Hal tersebut mendorong pertumbuhan sustainability themed fund untuk bertumbuh. Namun, Startup dengan tema keberlanjutan di Indonesia masih kurang bertumbuh. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi model bisnis Startup pengelolaan sampah dan pengaruhnya terhadap ketersediaan kas, valuasi, reputasi dan pengurangan emisi CO2 startup. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa startup pengelolaan sampah dapat menghasilkan arus kas yang positif, Namun, Startup ini memiliki waktu komersialisasi yang panjang, sehingga startup disarankan untuk mencari venture capital yang memiliki sustainability fund untuk melakukan pendanaan.

In line with economic growth, national waste production is predicted to continue to grow in line with population growth and population purchasing power. This encourages the growth of the sustainability theme fund to grow. However, startups with the theme of sustainability in Indonesia are still not growing. This study evaluates the waste management Startup business model and its effect on cash availability, valuation, reputation and reduction of Startup CO2 emissions. This research shows that waste management startups can generate positive cash flow. However, these startups have a long commercialization time, so startups are advised to look for venture capital that has a sustainability fund to fund."

pendapatan komprehensif lainnya, dan nilai wajar melalui laba rugi. Oleh karena itu, laporan magang ini pun mencakup evaluasi atas hasil dari proses implementasi Uji Model Bisnis dan Uji SPPI tersebut beserta contoh dan penjelasan dari masing-masing klasifikasi aset keuangan.

This internship report contains the implementation process of the basic tests in classifying financial assets based on PSAK 71, namely Business Model Test and SPPI (Solely Payments of Principal and Interest) Test that is held through a workshop with the other divisions related to the implementation of PSAK 71 in CHF Bank. The objective of this internship report is to illustrate the implementation process of Business Model Test and
SPPI Test during and after the workshop. This implementation process generates the new classifications of financial assets in accordance with PSAK 71, such as Amortized Cost, Fair Value Through Other Comprehensive Income (FVOCI), and Fair Value Through Profit or Loss (FVTPL). Therefore, this internship report also includes the evaluation upon the results of the implementation process of Business Model Test and SPPI Test along with the example and explanation in each classification of the financial assets.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah fenomena perubahan strategi dari relationship banking menjadi transaction banking terjadi pada perbankan di Indonesia dan mempengaruhi net interest margin. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan data Laporan Keuangan Publikasi Bank per Triwulan dari 109 bank umum konvensional di Indonesia periode tahun 2008 hingga 2013, dan diolah menggunakan metode regresi data panel, dihasilkan kesimpulan bahwa tidak ada kecenderungan perubahan strategi dari bank-bank di Indonesia. Bank di Indonesia juga masih menikmati net interest margin yang tinggi dari aktivitas tradisional. Penelitian ini juga menemukan ada indikasi terjadi market collution dalam perbankan di Indonesia.

This study aims to determine whether the phenomenon of strategy changes from relationship banking into transaction banking occur in the Indonesian banking and affect the net interest margin. The study was conducted using Quarterly Published Financial Statement data of 109 conventional banks in Indonesia from 2008 to 2013, and processed using panel data regression method, produced the conclusion that there is no trend of change in the strategy of banks in Indonesia. Bank in Indonesia is also still enjoys a high net interest margin from traditional activities. The study also found there is indication of collution in the banking market in Indonesia."

Cloud hospital information system is a planned new software product from PT Buana Varia Komputama that needs business model. This thesis analyzes the usable business model for the planned cloud hospital information system product and discusses the steps of the creation of the business model for that product.

Dalam pengembangan bisnis seorang entrepreneur membutuhkan alat atau rencana agar usahanya kelak akan berhasil. Alat ini adalah perencanaan dan strategi dalam sebuah model dan rencana usaha. Model perencanaan dan strategi ini membutuhkan informasi, data, analisa, dan penelitian supaya dapat dipersiapkan dengan baik. Model perencanaan dan strategi pengembangan usaha yang akan dikembangkan adalah milik Klinik Bidan Jojor B. Sihombing. Klinik Bidan Jojor B. Sihombing adalah sebuah klinik bersalin yang sudah berdiri dari tahun 1991, berlokasi di Bulak Kapal Permai Blok DD No. 1 Tambun Selatan, Bekasi. Klinik berencana mengembangkan 2 klinik baru yaitu, di Lambangsari dan Margahayu. Terdapat beberapa masalah yang hendak dikaji, yaitu; apakah secara finansial investasi ini layak, apakah klinik mempunyai standar manajemen baku dalam pengembangan klinik baru, apakah competitive advantage klinik, dan bagaimanakah potensi dari lokasi ini? Akan dikaji secara mendalam mengenai lingkungan klinik secara menyeluruh baik internal maupun eksternal. Analisis pengembangan usaha akan dijelaskan melalui model usaha dan rencana usaha yang akan diuraikan ke dalam 4 macam rencana, yaitu; pemasaran, operasional, keuangan dan organisasi. Akan ada 3 proyeksi keuangan yang akan digunakan, yaitu; pesimis, realistis, dan optimis. Acuan analisa kelayakan finansial akan ditentukan oleh; Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Profitability Index, dan Payback Period, dan analisis laporan keuangan. Melalui perhitungan secara keuangan semua asumsi yang digunakan ternyata feasible. Dengan pelayanan prima dan fasilitas yang memadai terbentuklah competitive advantage klinik. Dapat disimpulkan Klinik Bidan Jojor B. Sihombing merupakan usaha yang layak untuk dijalankan. Dengan studi kelayakan ini maka klinik akan mempunyai acuan standar pengelolaan klinik dan pertimbangan rencana pengembangan usaha.

"ABSTRAK
Presentase pendapatan atas penyediaan layanan konektivitas oleh operator seluler masih memiliki kontribusi revenue yang kecil dari total revenue opportunity dalam Internet of Things (IoT) value chain. Sementara munculnya teknologi berbasis IoT pada umumnya menandai evolusi teknologi di sektor telekomunikasi yang memungkinkan gelombang baru layanan yang memberikan peningkatan value di berbagai sektor yang mendorong perekonomian. Untuk dapat mengambil peluang tersebut, operator perlu melakukan revitalisasi model bisnis sebagai upaya untuk bertahan dalam ekosistem IoT. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh kondisi eksisting model bisnis IoT oleh operator seluler dan mengetahui strategi inovasi model bisnis penyediaan IoT oleh operator seluler di Indonesia kedepan dengan mengadopsi metode berfikir soft system yang membandingkan kondisi eksisting dengan kondisi yang diharapkan kedepan untuk dapat mengambil langkah perbaikan menuju kondisi kedepan. Adapun model bisnis yang akan digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan model bisnis St. Gallen Magic Triangle sebagai tools untuk melakukan analis komponen model bisnis dalam pengembangan bisnis IoT. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber literatur beserta hasil wawancara dari beberapa operator seluler di Indonesia atas implementasi IoT. Secara umum model bisnis IoT yang diimplementasikan oleh operator seluler telah mengarah kepada penyedia platform sebagai langkah awal untuk mengembangkan ekosistem IoT secara bertahap. Dalam menuju ke kondisi ideal untuk dapat menjadi penyedia end-to-end dibutuhkan strategi dalam komponen bisnis model yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya penguatan terhadap pengembangan platform yang saat ini telah dibangun dengan memperkuat pengembangan strategi untuk revenue model yang diinginkan sebagai upaya untuk menerapkan berbegai strategi monetisasi bisnis IoT serta upaya peningkatan value proposition yang ditawarkan kepada pelanggan. Rekomendasi yang dapat disampaikan adalah operator seluler secara berkala melakukan analisis investasi dari sisi internal ataupun eksternal dalam rangka meningkatkan kapabilitas perusahaan dalam mengakselerasi peran khususnya dalam bisnis penyediaan IoT serta analisa melakukan technology roadmap dan pengembangan platform dalam menuju terbentuknya ekosistem dengan penyelenggara telekomunikasi sebagai digital hub enabler.

ABSTRACT
The percentage of revenue from the provision of connectivity services by cellular operators still has a small contribution to revenue from the total revenue opportunity in the Internet of Things (IoT) value chain. While the emergence of IoT-based technology in general marks the evolution of technology in the telecommunications sector which allows a new wave of services that provide increased value in various sectors that drive the economy. To be able to take this opportunity, operators need to revitalize the business model as an effort to survive in the IoT ecosystem. This paper aims to obtain the existing conditions of the IoT business model by cellular operators and find out the strategy of providing IoT business model innovation by cellular operators in Indonesia in the future by adopting a soft system thinking method that compares existing conditions with expected conditions in the future to be able to take corrective steps towards future conditions . The business model that will be used is using the St. business model. Gallen Magic Triangle as a tool for analyzing business model components in IoT business development. Data is obtained from various literary sources along with interviews with several cellular operators in Indonesia for IoT implementation. In general, the IoT business model implemented by cellular operators has led to platform providers as a first step to developing the IoT ecosystem in stages. In heading to the ideal condition to be an end-to-end provider, a strategy is needed in the business components of the model used. The results of the study show that there is a need to strengthen the development of the platform that has now been developed by strengthening the development of the strategy for the desired revenue model in an effort to implement various IoT business monetization strategies and efforts to increase the value proposition offered to customers. Recommendations that can be conveyed are cellular operators that regularly carry out internal or external investment analysis in order to improve the company's capability to accelerate its special role in the IoT supply business and analyze technology roadmaps and platform development towards the establishment of ecosystems with telecommunications operators as digital hub enablers."

"Banyak perusahaan menanggapi munculnya model bisnis baru dengan melakukan inovasi model bisnis. Namun tidak semua perusahaan memiliki kinerja yang bagus. Hal ini menimbulkan pertanyaan bagaimana hubungan orientasi kewirausahaan dengan inovasi model bisnis dan bagaimana hal ini berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan. Studi ini mengembangkan sudut pandang teoretis untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Berfokus pada hubungan antara atribut orientasi kewirausahaan, formalisasi; kapabilitas teknologi informasi, inovasi model bisnis, dan kinerja untuk memperjelas keterkaitan di antara konstruk-konstruk ini. Menggunakan data empiris dari industri aplikasi dan games, tesis ini menyatakan inovasi model bisnis mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja perusahaan. Dilakukannya inovasi dalam hal penciptaan nilai, inovasi pada proposisi nilai, dan inovasi pada penangkapan nilai dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Inovasi model bisnis juga memediasi hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan dengan kinerja, dapat di simpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja, orientasi kewirausahaan saja tidak cukup, di dalam perusahaan harus terdapat atribut orientasi kewirausahaan dalam kerangka inovasi model bisnis. Dan untuk membentuk orientasi kewirausahaan yang tepat, perusahaan memerlukan kapabilitas teknologi informasi yang mumpuni.

Many companies respond to the emergence of new business models by innovating business models. But not all companies have good performance. This raises the question of how entrepreneurial orientation relationships with business model innovations and how this has an impact on company performance. This study develops a theoretical perspective to answer that question. Focusing on the relationship between attributes of entrepreneurial orientation, formalization; information technology capabilities, business model innovations, and performance to clarify the interrelationships between these constructs. Using empirical data from the application and games industry, this thesis states that business model innovation has a significant relationship with company performance. Innovation in terms of value creation, innovation in value propositions, and innovation in value capture can influence company performance. Business model innovation also mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance, it can be concluded that to improve performance, entrepreneurial orientation is not enough, within the company there must be an entrepreneurial orientation attribute within the framework of business model innovation. And to form the right entrepreneurial orientation, companies need a capable information technology capability."
