"Permasalahan utama pada pengembangan teknologi renewable energy di
Indonesia terletak pada nilai investasi awal yang cenderung tinggi dibandingkan
teknologi fosil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu business model
canvas penerapan teknologi renewable energy dengan skema blockchain equity
crowdfunding yang diharapkan mampu diterapkan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini
bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer berupa wawancara langsung
dengan responden, melakukan pengamatan langsung pada aktifitas bisnis yang
terjadi, dan mencari data sekunder dari berbagai sumber untuk memperkuat data
dari responden. Jumlah responden yang peneliti gunakan sebanyak 10 orang yang
dikumpulkan dari berbagai pihak ahli di setiap bidang pada ekosistem bisnis
blockchain dan renewable energy. Analisis yang digunakan adalah memasukkan
data dari berbagai sumber tersebut kedalam 9 blok Business Model Canvas (BMC)
yang selanjutnya pada setiap blok dilakukan analisis Strenght, Weakness,
Opportnity, dan Threat. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut harapannya menjadi masukan
yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan strategi bisnis bagi perusahaan yang
ingin menerapkan skema blockchain equity crowdfunding pada bisnis renewable
energy, serta menjadi bahan pertimbangan investor maupun user agar berani
mengambil keputusan dalam berinvestasi pada ekosistem bisnis renewable energy

The main problem in the development of renewable energy technology in
Indonesia lies in the initial investment value that tends to be high compared to fossiltechnology. This study aims to create a business model canvas for the application of renewable energy technology with the blockchain equity crowdfunding scheme that is expecting could be implemented in Indonesia. This research is qualitative in nature by using primary data in the form of direct interviews with respondents, making direct observations on business activities that occur, and looking for secondary data from various sources to strengthen data from respondents. The number of respondents that the researchers used was ten people collected from several experts in each field in the blockchain business ecosystem and renewableenergy. The analysis used is to enter data from various sources into nine blocks ofBusiness Model Canvas (BMC), which is performing on each block analysis of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat. From the results of this research, it is hoping that it will be an input that can be used for developing business strategies for companies that want to implement the blockchain equity crowdfunding scheme in the renewable energy business, as well as being taken into consideration by investors and users to have the courage to make decisions in investing in the renewable energy business ecosystem

"ABSTRACT
Business Model is a framework on how a company runs its business that can give value in every aspects of the business, from its suppliers, customers, partners, employees and even to the environment. This thesis firstly discuss on how the Zircon mining company struggle from the unorganized business process that could become the obstacle in order for the company to growth. Using The Business Model Canvas - Nine Building Blocks established by Osterwaider and Pigneur that can be applied to the Zircon mining industry in West Kaliinantan, the business model can assist the Zircon mining industry in West Kalimantan to enhance its business and keeping track in the Zircon market. This study is done using qualitative research. The research of this thesis shows that Business Model Canvas - Nine Building Blocks that evaluate the company business process from difference aspects such as customer segments, value propositions, customer relationships, channels, key resources, key activities, key partnership, revenue streams and cost structures can be tools to create a suitabie business model that help the company enhancing its business process."

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses about the creation of competitive advantage in a business coaching conducted by writer and Ogahnganggur.com. Problems addressed in this thesis are how to build competitive advantage for Ogahnganggur.com, how to make Ogahnganggur.com's business model fit with the building of competitive advantage, and how to increase the number of registered members in Ogahnganggur.com. The objectives of this thesis are identify Ogahnganggur.com's resources and capabilities to build competitive advantage, reformulate business model to fit with the building of competitive advantage, and attract employers and job seekers to register at Ogahnganggur.com. The coaching results are identification of the source of competitive advantage, a reformulated business model, and strategies to attract employers and job seekers to register at Ogahnganggur.com. Method used in this thesis is qualitative data analysis. The conclusion of this business coaching is Ogahnganggur.com has done some of the short-term plans followed with an increase in registered members and the number of jobs posted in Ogahnganggur.com."

"ABSTRAK
Restrukturisasi bertujuan untuk memfokuskan bisnis yang dijalani oleh perusahaan.
Pemfokusan bisnis dilakukan untuk mengefisiensikan dan meningkatkan performa
perusahaan di masa mendatang. Namun, yang terjadi pada PT Indosat Tbk., pertumbuhan
net income mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini ingin melihat bagaimana dampak
restrukturisasi perusahaan terhadap nilai dan kinerja perusahaan serta respon harga
saham atas strategi restrukturisasi yang dilakukan pada periode 2002-2004 terutama saat
perusahaan melakukan merger dan divestasi aset menara. Penelitian ini bersifat studi
kasus eksplanatoris dengan metodologi pengumpulan data triangulation. Hasil penelitian
ini menunjukkan proses restrukturisasi menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan pada model
bisnis perusahaan, menghasilkan nilai EVA yang positif. Pasar merespon positif merger
yang dilakukan sedangkan merespon negatif divestasi yang dilakukan perusahaan

ABSTRACT
The purpose of restructuring to focus on the core business of the company. Focusing
business is done to increase the efficiency and performance of companies in the future.
But in the case of PT Indosat Tbk., the groeth of net income has decreased. This study
wanted to see the impact of corporate restructuring on the value and performance of the
company and the stock price response on restructuring strategies undertaken during the
period 2002-2004, especially when the companies merged and divested assets tower of
telecommunication. This is an explanatory case study with triangulation data collection
methodology. The results of this study indicate that the restructuring process made
changes in the business model of the company and generating positive EVA. The response
of the market is positive to the merger and negative on the divestiture of the company"

"This article provides the results of an exploratory study that investigated the effect of Capability
Lifecycle Path on attaining effective adaptation through innovation. Based on Miles and Snow
(1978), an empirical study was conducted to explore whether performing firms are those that indicate
consistency within the strategy, process, structure and Capability Lifecycle Path arrangement.
The basic premise of this study is adaptability for sustainability, where firms go through adaptation
cycles through Business Model Innovation would perform well when they are able to consistently
create value and effectively manage adopted business models, or denoted as Business Model
Effectiveness. Using data obtained from seven Indonesian firms in various industries, PLS Analysis
was conducted to investigate the relationships between Business Strategy, Firm Resource Configuration,
Capability Lifecycle Path and Business Model Effectiveness. Findings indicated that Capability
Lifecycle Path, or decisions made on the development of capabilities at the mature stage,
is an important part of the series of decisions made during adaptation to ensure performance."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini merupakan hasil penelitian dan analisa dari proses business coaching yang dilakukan pada PT XZY yang berlokasi di Kawasan Industri MM2100 Cibitung dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi secara langsung kepada pemilik UMKM. Permasalahan pertama yang ditemukan adalah belum adanya alur proses bisnis yang jelas atas seluruh kegiatan yang terdapat di PT XZY. Permasalahan berikutnya yaitu PT XZY masih belum memiliki sistem penganggaran. Selama ini perusahaan melakukan peninjauan secara keuangan hanya berdasarkan tahun sebelumnya, sehingga penetapan target pendapatan ataupun pengeluaran selama ini hanya didasarkan oleh harga pokok produksi dan beban lainnya. Tujuan dari business coaching ini adalah menerapkan sistem penganggaran perusahaan. Tujuan dari menerapkan sistem penganggaran adalah agar PT XZY dapat menetapkan dan meninjau target penjualan tahun depan dan menetapkan target pengeluaran. Dalam penelitian ini, penerapan sistem penganggaran dilakukan pada PT XZY dan dilakukan proyeksi pada PT XZY dalam berbagai kondisi optimis, moderat atau pesimis.

ABSTRACT
This thesis is the output of business coaching that is conduct at PT XZY which is located in MM2100 Industrial Area, Cibitung. The data collection method that is use in this paper are interviews and observation with SME rsquo s owner as an interviewees. The first problem is the unavailability of company business process flow. The main problem from finance division is PT XZY doesn rsquo t have budgeting system for the company. Currently, the company set their target or expenses based on last year benchmark. The objective of this business coaching is to analyze company rsquo s business process, formulate company rsquo s business model, and impelement budgeting system for the company. The objectives of budgeting system at PT XZY is to help PT XZY setting their target for revenue next year or setting their target for expenses or supervise any kind of expenses. In this thesis, the implementation of the budgeting system was given to PT XZY to make a projection in any kind of condition optimist, moderate or pessimist ."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penerapan layanan referensi menggunakan model bisnis penjualan langsung pada PT Konsultan Informasi Indonesia Instanid . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapanan layanan referensi menggunakan model bisnis penjualan langsung pada PT Konsultan Informasi Indonesia Instanid . Penerapan tersebut dipermudah dengan adopsi bisnis layanan referensi tersebut ke dalam Business Model Canvas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan dari layanan referensi konvensional saat ini adalah dengan munculnya layanan referensi virtual yang lebih memudahkan pengguna dalam mengakses informasi. Layanan referensi Instanid adalah layanan yang dapat mengisi konsultasi sebagai inti bisnis dari model bisnis yang dilakukan oleh Instanid. Konsultasi virtual pada Instanid dapat mempermudah dalam menyebarluaskan informasi sehingga memudahkan pengguna untuk transfer pengetahuan.. Model bisnis layanan referensi Instanid dapat dideskripsikan secara singkat melalui sembilan kotak dalam Business Model Canvas.

ABSTRACT
This study discusses the application of reference services using the direct sales business model in PT Konsultan Informasi Indonesia Instanid . This study aimed to describe the application of reference services using the direct sales business model in PT Konsultan Informasi Indonesia Instanid . The application is gotten easier with the adoption of the reference service businesses into the Business Model Canvas. This study is a qualitative research with case study method. The results showed that the challenges of conventional reference services today is the emergence of virtual reference service that is easier for users to access information. Instanid reference service is a service that can fill in the consultation as the core business of the business model that is performed by Instanid. Virtual Consultation on Instanid may be easier to disseminate information that allows users to transfer knowledge. Reference Instanid service business model can be described briefly through nine boxes in the Business Model Canvas."

"Sejak diberlakukannya asas cabotage pada tahun 2005, jumlah armada kapal di Indonesia meningkat. Dengan adanya peningkatan tersebut maka pada tahun ini terdapat banyak armada kapal yang berusia diatas 20 tahun yang didominasi kapal barang, kapal tongkang dan kapal tunda. Sedangkan berdasarkan Hong Kong Convention, umur operasi kapal dinilai ekonomis hanya sampai 25 tahun. Hal ini membuka peluang bisnis ship recycling di Indonesia. Salah satu model bisnisnya berbentuk model 3 In 1. Model dengan membeli, memproses dan menjual sendiri hasil produksi. Apabila ingin melakukan suatu bisnis maka perlu menyusun sebuah studi kelayakan bisnis agar mengetahui layak atau tidaknya bisnis ini dijalankan. Pada penelitian ini berfokus pada studi kelayakan bisnis pada aspek keuangan. Hasil studi kelayakan bisnis galangan ship recycling model 3 in 1 di aspek keuangan yaitu payback period selama 12 tahun 9 bulan 30 hari, average rate of return sebesar 17%, net present value sebesar Rp 34.778.749.935, profitability index sebesar 1,35, internal rate of return sebesar 8%. Dari hasil studi kelayakan tersebut bisnis galangan ship recycling dinyatakan layak karena telah memenuhi syarat kriteria investasinya.

Since the implementation of Cabotage Principal in 2005, the amount of the Indonesian flagged ship increases. With those increase, comes many ships that are over 20 years old that are dominated by cargo ships, barges, and tug. According to the Hong Kong Convention, the economical operational age of a ship is only 25 yeas old. This opens up an opportunity for a ship recycling business in Indonesia. One of the applicable business model is a 3-in-1 business model. This model works by purchasing, processing, and dealing with the processed results themselves. When bulding a business, a worthiness study must be conducted in order to see whether the business will be worthwhile or not. This study focuses on the financial aspect. The results of the 3 in 1 model for a ship recycling shipyard business yields a payback period of 12 years 9 month and 30 days, average rate of return of 17%, net present value of Rp 34,778,749,935, profitability index of 1.35, and an internal rate of return of 8%. From those results, it can be concluded that a ship recycling business is deemed worth as it has passed its investment criteria."

"Rumah Sakit Umum Amira sebagai rumah sakit swasta profit kelas C di Kabupaten Purwakarta menghadapi berbagai peluang dan tantangan untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi demi keberlangsungan organisasi. Rencana strategis RSU Amira perlu dikembangkan untuk memberikan arah strategi guna mencapai tujuan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis critical success factor dari lingkungan internal dan eksternal rumah sakit, menentukan di mana posisi strategis rumah sakit, merumuskan strategi alternatif, sasaran, dan indikator kinerja terukur untuk RSU Amira.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen, dan Conesus Decision Making Group (CDMG). Pada tahap input, analisis data menggunakan metode SWOT, matriks IFE dan EFE. Tahap pencocokan digunakan matriks IE dan matriks TOWS dan untuk memprioritaskan alternatif strategi dalam tahap pengambilan keputusan menggunakan matriks QSPM. Tahap implementasi rencana strategis tergambar dalam kanvas kerangka Business Model Canvas dan kerangka Balanced Scorecard. Penelitian dilakukan di RSU Amira pada Oktober hingga November 2022.
RSU Amira berada pada tingkat respon menengah atau rata-rata dengan faktor kekuatan dan peluang lebih menonjol daripada kelemahan dan ancaman. RSU Amira berada dalam sel V (Hold and maintain) dengan alternatif strategi yang berfokus pada penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Dirumuskan 5 prioritas, 9 sasaran strategis dan 23 indikator kinerja utama.

Amira General Hospital (RSU Amira) as a class C profit private hospital in Purwakarta Regency faces various opportunities and challenges to realize the vision and mission for the sustainability of the organization. RSU Amira strategic plan needs to be developed to provide strategic direction to achieve the hospital's goals. This study aims to analyze the critical success factors of the internal and external environment of the hospital, determine where the strategic position of the hospital is, formulate alternative strategies, goals, and measurable performance indicators for RSU Amira.
This research is qualitative research with data collection conducted through in-depth interviews, document review, and Conesus Decision Making Group (CDMG). At the input stage, data analysis uses the SWOT method, IFE and EFE matrices. The matching stage is used IE matrix and TOWS matrix and to prioritize alternative strategies in the decision-making stage using the QSPM matrix. The implementation stage of the strategic plan is depicted in the Business Model Canvas and the Balanced Scorecard framework. The research was conducted at RSU Amira from October to November 2022.
RSU Amira are at an intermediate or average response level with strengths and opportunities factor more stand out than weaknesses and threats. RSU Amira is in V cell (Hold and maintain) with an alternative strategy focused on market penetration and product development. In this research, 5 priorities, 9 strategic goals and 23 key performance indicators were formulated.
