"ABSTRACT
Services provided by civil servants of Jambi Provincial Government is still not as expected by the community. Performance of civil servants is still not yet directed to service oriented. For that reason, work culture must be created that leads to performance achievement supported by the organizational culture and the personality of civil servants themselves in providing services. This study aims to determine (1) Illustration of Organizational Culture, Big Five Personality as a moderation variable and work culture and performance as a moderated variable. (2) Effect of moderation of organizational culture on the interaction of work culture and civil servant performance in Jambi Provincial Government, (3) Big Five Personality Moderation effect on the interaction of work culture and civil servant performance in Jambi Province Government. The types of research are descriptive and verificative. Multistage random sampling technique is sampling in two stages first, identifying SKPD, Bureau, and Agency, and second, determining the number of respondents from each SKPD, Bureau, and Agency. Data analysis is descriptive and inferential analysis is using path analysis. The results describe the organizational culture descriptively, Big Five personality as moderate variables are in a good category, work culture and performance as moderated variables are in a good category. Even so, organizational culture as a moderating variable is weakening the influence of work culture on performance if compared to direct influence between organizational culture on work and work culture on performance. On the other hand, the moderating variables are able to strengthen the influence of work culture on the performance of civil servants in the Jambi Provincial Government, compared to the Big Five Personality direct contribution to performance and work culture on performance. Therefore, every Department, Agency, Bureau, and UPTD reassess whether the culture applied is in accordance with the character, personality, and demands of the external environment, so that organizational culture is able to strengthen the influence of work culture on performance."

"Perusahaan Crutchfield Chemical Engineering memiliki divisi penelitian dan pengembangan khusus yang dikenal sebagai Corporate Technological Development (CTD). Selama bertahun-tahun, banyak orang telah diberhentikan, mengakibatkan perubahan moral dan kinerja karyawan. Menurut Burke, direktur polimer di divisi CTD, penurunan motivasi dan kinerja terutama terlihat di tim Absorb tidak seperti tim Lumen. Dalam penelitian ini kita akan melihat bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan yang berbeda berdampak pada inovasi dan kinerja tim.

Crutchfield Chemical Engineering company has a special research and development division known as the Corporate Technological Development (CTD). Over the years, many people have been laid off, resulting in changes of employees’ morale and performance. According to Burke, the director of polymers in the CTD division, the decrease on motivation and performance is especially apparent in the Absorb team unlike the Lumen team. "Adanya bonus demografi penduduk di Indonesia seharusnya menjadi sebuah hal yang menguntungkan bagi negara maupun bagi pelaku industri dan organisasi. Namun demikian, angka produktivitas pekerja di Indonesia ditemukan menurun. Penelitian terdahulu telah menemukan bahwa stres kerja menjadi salah satu akibat menurunnya produktivitas kerja, namun hubungan atau dampak stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja masih tergolong lemah hingga moderat sehingga diperlukan adanya eksplorasi variabel lain yang mampu menjelaskan hubungan antara stres kerja dan produktivitas kerja. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, ditemukan variabel lain yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja dan produktivitas kerja, yaitu tingkah laku makan dan mindfulness. Karenanya, penelitian ini mengajukan variabel mindful eating dalam menjelaskan hubungan antara stres kerja dan produktivitas kerja pada pekerja dalam rentang usia dewasa awal. Total partisipan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 101 partisipan dalam rentang usia 18-29 tahun berkewarganergaraan Indonesia. Pengukuran mindfu eating menggunakan alat ukur Mindful Eating Questionnaire (MEQ), Stres Kerja menggunakan Health and Safety Executive – Work Related Stres Scale (HSE-WRSS), dan peroduktivitas kerja menggunakan Endicott Work Productivity Scale (EWPS). Ketiga alat ukur tersebut telah diadaptasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis mediasi sederhana. Hasil analisis mediasi menemukan bahwa mindful eating memediasi secara parsial hubungan stres kerja dan produktivitas kerja. Dengan kata lain, mindful eating memiliki peran dalam hubungan antara stres kerja dan produktivitas kerja.

Indonesia's demographic bonus should be a boon for the country as well as for industries and organizations. However, the productivity rate of workers in Indonesia has been found to be declining. Previous research has found that work stress is one of the consequences of declining work productivity, but the relationship or impact of work stress on work productivity is still classified as weak to moderate so it is necessary to explore other variables that can explain the relationship between work stress and work productivity. Based on previous research, other variables were found to be related to work stress and work productivity, namely eating behavior and mindfulness. Therefore, this study proposes mindful eating variables in explaining the relationship between work stress and work productivity in workers in the early adult age range. The total number of participants in this study was 101 participants in the age range of 18-29 years old with Indonesian nationality. Mindful eating was measured using the Mindful Eating Questionnaire (MEQ), Work Stress using the Health and Safety Executive - Work Related Stress Scale (HSE-WRSS), and work productivity using the Endicott Work Productivity Scale (EWPS). The three measuring instruments have been adapted in Indonesian. The analysis method uses simple mediation analysis. The results of the mediation analysis found that mindful eating partially mediates the relationship between work stress and work productivity. In other words, mindful eating has a role in the relationship between work stress and work productivity."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan pengaruh leader-member exchange dan fun at work terhadap work engagement dan deviant workplace behavior studi kasus pada PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap kantor pusat PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. di gedung Telkom Hub. Jumlah total responden adalah 130 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian menggunakan teknik SEM dengan aplikasi LISREL 8.80. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leader-member exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap fun at work dan work engagement serta berdampak negatif dan signifikan terhadap deviant workplace behavior. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa fun at work berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement namun tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap deviant workplace behavior. Penelitian ini juga membandingkan tentang adanya pengaruh langsung leader-member exchange terhadap work engagement dan deviant workplace behavior dan tidak langsung melalui fun at work.

This study was conducted to see the effect of leader-member exchange and fun at work on work engagement and deviant workplace behavior in Indonesian Telecommunication Company. Respondents are permanent employees of Telkom Indonesia Company located at the headquarters involving 130 respondents. The data were collected using a set of questionnaires and were analyzed using SEM technique with LISREL 8.80 application. The results showed that leader-member exchange has a positive significant effect on fun at work and work engagement and negative significant effect on deviant workplace behavior. In addition, this study also found that fun at work has a positive and significant effect on work engagement but does not have a significant effect on deviant workplace behavior. This study also compared the direct influence of leader-member exchange on work engagement and deviant workplace behavior with the indirect one through fun at work."

"Karyawan merupakan aset bagi suatu perusahaan, maka mereka harus sehat. Tidak hanya fisik namun juga mental dan sosial, sehingga dapat hidup produktif secara sosial dan ekonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengctahui hubungan antara stres kerja dengan gangguan mental emosional.
Metode :
Penelitian ini menggunakan disain kros-seksional terhadap 189 subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari karyawan administrasi dan karyawan lapangan. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data umum sosiodemografi, pengukuran stres kerja dengan menggunakan kuesioner Survai Diagnostik Stres, penilaian gangguan mental emosional dipergunakan kuesioner Symptom Check List 90 (SCL-90), dan penilaian stres yang ada pada kehidupan seseorang menggunakan kuesioner Skala Holmes Rahe.
Hasil :
Karyawan yang diduga mengalami gangguan mental emosional, ditemukan sebesar 49,2%. Prevalensi karyawan administrasi lebih rendah dari karyawan lapangan (47,4% : 51,1%). Gejala gangguan mental emosional yang paling banyak adalah psikotisme (48,38%) dan somatisasi (46,24%).
Karyawan administrasi mengalami stres kerja Iebih besar dibandingkan dengan karyawan lapangan. Karyawan dengan stres sedang mempunyai risiko 3,51 - 7,52 kali lebih besar, dan stres tinggi mempunyai risiko 5,69 - 97,50 kali lebih besar untuk mengalami gangguan mental emosional dibanding dengan stres rendah.
Semua stresor kerja mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan gangguan mental emosional namun yang paling dominan adalah stresor pengembangan karier. Untuk faktor karakteristik tidak mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan gangguan mental emosional namun faktor umur, pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan, mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan stres kerja, dan yang mempunyai hubungan bermakna paling dominan dengan stres, kerja adalah pendidikan.
Kesimpulan :
Stresor kerja berpengaruh terhadap timbulnya gangguan mental emosional. Beberapa faktor karakteristik (umur, pendidikan, jenis pekerjaan) berpengaruh terhadap timbulnya stres kerja namun tidak sampai menimbulkan gangguan mental emosional.

Analysis of the influence of work stressor to mental emotional disorders among the agency and terminal company PT "S" Jakarta, 2001.Background and objective :
As an asset to a company, employees must stay healthy. Not only physically but also mentally and socially, to be productive in term of social and economical aspects. The aim of this research is to study the relationship of work stress and mental emotional disorders.
This study was using cross sectional design with a sample of 189 subjects. The data collected were data of socio-demography, measurement of work stress using "Survai Diagnoslik Srres" questionnaire, measurement of mental emotional disorders using Symptom Check List 90 (SCL-90) questionnaire, measurement of stress to the life of a person using Holmes Rohe Scale questionnaire.
The employees who assumption had mental emotional disorders in this population was 49,2%. Administrative employees were less than field employees (47,4%: 51,1%). The dominant symptoms of mental emotional disorders were psycotism (48,38%) and soniatisation (46,24%).
The administration employees had more work stressed than fields employees. Employees with moderate stress have a risk 3,51 -- 7,52 times more and high stress have a risk 5,69 - 97,50 times more for mental emotional disorder than those having low stress.
All the work stressor had significant relationship to mental emotional disorders but the most was career development. Characteristic factor has no significant relationship with mental emotional disorders. On the other side age, education and type of work were significant with work stress and the most was education.
Conclusion :
Work stressor influenced the occurrence of mental emotional disorders. Some characteristic factors (age, education, type of work) would be able to influence the occurrence of work stress, but they did not create mental emotional disorders."
