"ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh determinasi aksesibilitas terhadap pengeluaran perkapita dan menganalisis determinan aksesibilitas keuangan rumah tangga. Adanya pengaruh dua arah antara aksesibilitas dan pengeluaran perkapita rumah tangga, menyebabkan penelitian harus diestimasi dengan pendekatan simultan. Dari hasil estimasi dapat diketahui bahwa keinginan rumah tangga untuk meningkatkan pengeluaran perkapitanya mendorong mereka untuk mengakses kredit baik itu secara umum, perbankan maupun program bantuan pemerintah, disisi yang lain adanya keterlibatan rumah tangga dalam mengakses kredit mendorong peningkatan pengeluaran perkapita.Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa antara pengeluaran perkapita dan aksesibilitas rumah tangga di pasar kredit memberikan pengaruh secara simultan. Determinan yang mempengaruhi keputusan rumah tangga berpartisipasi di pasar kredit, menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan masih menjadi kendala bagi rumah tangga untuk bisa berpartisipasi. Kendala ini juga yang menyebabkan rumah tangga pertanian enggan untuk mengakses kredit sekalipun itu adalah program bantuan dari pemerintah.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study to identify the effect of the determination of accessibility to expenditure per capita and analyze the determinants of household financial accessibility. The existence of two-way influence between accessibility and per capita household expenditure, causing research to be estimated with two-stage probit least squares approach. From the estimation results can be seen that the desire of households to increase expenditure per capita encourage them to access credit, either banking or government assistance programs. On the other hand the involvement of households in credit market, help them to increase their expenditure per capita.These results indicate that the per capita expenditure and accessibility of households in the credit markets provide simultaneous influence. While the analysis of the determinants showed that education is still an obstacle for households to access financial institutions. This constraint also causes agricultural households are reluctant to access credit even if it is a government assistance program."

"Standar minimum kompetensi akademik serta kurikulum yang digunakan dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia meningkatkan permintaan rumah tangga terhadap les privat anak. Sementara itu, rumah tangga dihadapkan pada kendala semakin meningkatnya biaya pendidikan dan keterbatasan pendapatan rumah tangga. Dengan menggunakan data Survey Sosial Ekonomi Nasional tahun 2012 dan metode analisis Tobit model, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keputusan rumah tangga dalam membayar les privat anak.Studi ini menemukan bahwa belanja rumah tangga untuk les privat anak meningkat sejalan dengan semakin tingginya tingkat pendapatan rumah tangga. Secara rata-rata untuk seluruh kelompok rumah tangga maupun untuk kelompok rumah tangga terkaya, les privat merupakan barang kebutuhan pokok, sementara itu bagi kelompok rumah tangga kurang mampu les privat masih merupakan barang mewah. Terdapat ketidak merataan dalam mengakses les privat anak antara rumah tangga kaya dengan rumah tangga miskin.Kata Kunci: Les privat, keputusan rumah tangga, pendapatan rumah tangga.

The minimum standards of academic competence as well as the curriculum used in the Indonesian education system increase household demand for private children 39 s lessons. Meanwhile, households are faced with constraints on the rising cost of education and limited household incomes. By using data of National Socioeconomic Survey Susenas 2012 and Tobit model analysis method, this study aims to analyze household decisions in children 39 s private tutoring expenditure.This study found that household spending on children 39 s private tutoring increases with increasing household income levels. On average for all household groups as well as for the richest household groups, private tutoring is necessity good, while for the poorer household group is still a luxury good. There is an inequality between richest households and poorer households in accessing private children 39 s private tutoring.Keywords Private tutoring, households rsquo decision, households rsquo income."

Minimalism is a style in designing a functional space with the implementation of form simplifying, use of simple geometric form, use of exposed materials and neutral colors. Minimalism uplift the beauty of architecture from simplicity. To create a simple and user oriented space, the process is strengthened with understanding the user's lived experience. Minimalism is the development of modern architecture which was maked with International Style. Minimalism in Indonesia is now developing in modern residential building and is interpreted differently, according to local characteristics that value Minimalism as an object of modern life.

This thesis tries to see how Minimalism is implemented in residential building in order to create a simple and meaningful living space that reflects the user's needs. AI House is a residential building designed by Andra Matin Architects that implements Minimalism principles as a reflection of the owner's character and architect's idealism, but still has the architect's character. Minimalism in Indonesia does not implements its principals as it is in western countries."
