"Di saat era globalisasi, persaingan bisnis semakin hari semakin ketat, para pelaku bisnis harus senantiasa dituntut terus untuk menemukan cara dan strategi agar bisa unggul menghadapi persaingan di bidangnya masing?masing. PT Bank XYZ yang merupakan perbankan yang sedang berkembang juga ikut dalam persaingan di dunia perbankan. Pelaku perbankan berlomba-lomba dalam meningkatkan teknologinya dalam mendukung bisnis perusahaan agar bisa bertahan dan memenangkan kompetisi. Akan tetapi PT XYZ memiliki masalah terkait aplikasi pemberi usulan strategis yaitu aplikasi Business Intelligence (BI). BI yang diharapkan dapat menampilkan usulan solusi dari analisis semua data, akan tetapi kurang optimal dikarenakan aplikasi BI terletak di masing-masing divisi yang berdiri secara terpisah sehingga analisis datanya pun dilakukan terpisah. Kondisi lainnya terletak pada penegrajaan proyek SI/TI yang tidak mencapai target pada dua tahun terakhir. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan suatu metode untuk menyelesaikan permsalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan hasil observasi dan wawancara sebagai data primernya. Setiap tahapan analisis di penelitian menggunakan metode Ward & Peppard, value chain, PESTEL, SWOT, CSF, tren teknologi, dan portofolio McFarlan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa Perencanaan Strategis SI/TI yang meliputi strategi SI, strategi TI, dan strategi manajemen SI/TI yang selaras dengan strategi bisnis dan menghasilkan BI yang terintegrasi serta penyusunan program kerja berdasarkan prioritas.

In the current era of globalization, the competition is getting increasingly tough, the actor of the business is required to find a way to forward the strategy and facing competition in their fields. PT Bank XYZ, as a growing banking that participated in competition of the banking world. The Bankers is struggling in improving its technology in support of the company's business in order to survive and win the competition. However, PT Bank XYZ has a problem regarding the application provider's proposed strategic applications of Business Intelligence (BI). BI expected to display the proposed solutions from the analysis of all data, but less than optimal due to the application of BI lies in each Division that stood separately so that the data analysis was done separately. The other condition is situated on SI/TI projects workmanship which did not reach the target in the last two years. Therefore it needs a method to resolve such issue. This study uses the results of observation and interviews as the primary data. Each stage of analysis in the research emphasis on using the method of Ward & Peppard, value chain, PESTEL, SWOT, CSF, technology trends, and McFarlan's portfolio. The results of this research represent planning strategy in the form of SI/TI that includes the SI strategy, IT strategy, and Management strategy of SI/TI that are aligned with business strategy and produce an integrated BI as well as the preparation of a work program based on the priority."

Metodelogi penelitian dalam hal ini menggunakan analisis SWOT dan analisis bauran pemasaran. Metode pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan riset secara langsung di perusahaan yang terkait guna memperoleh data yang diperlukan, yaitu dengan cara wawancara dan observasi.
Hasil penelitian adalah penambahan armada angkutan, meningkatkan cakupan pada lokasi baru terutama pada tingkat kotamadya, meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan tingkat keunggulan operasional, meningkatkan divisi limousin di beberapa kota dan meningkatkan prifitabilitas perusahaan. Keunggulan kompetitif pada PT Blue Bird adalah dalam tata kelola perusahaan, dalam pengelolaan lingkungan perusahaan, dalam pengelolaan faktor musiman, penerapan teknologi informasi, penerapan standar keselamatan dan manajemen.

The research methodology in this case using SWOT analysis and marketing mix analysis. Methods of data collection is done by conducting research directly related to the company in order to obtain the necessary data, which is by interview and observation.
The result of research is adding fleet, increasing coverage at the new location, especially at the level of municipalities, improve service quality and the level of operational excellence, increase limousine division in several cities and improving profitability company. PT Blue Bird competitive advantage was in corporate governance, natural environmental management company, in the management of seasonal factors, the application of information technology, the implementation of safety standards and management."

"Sistem informasi digunakan perusahaan untuk mencapai efisiensi dalam menjalankan proses bisnis. Pengendalian umum dan pengendalian aplikasi yang dilakukan perusahaan merupakan salah satu bentuk perlindungan keamanan atas aset sistem informasi PT AFI. Laporan ini membahas mengenai implementasi pengendalian yang dijalankan PT AFI. Pemeriksaan dan pengujian atas pengendalian keamanan sistem informasi perlu dilakukan untuk meminimalisasi resiko dan memastikan sistem dapat menghasilkan data yang akurat.
Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan proses audit meliputi pengumpulan bukti atas prosedur terkait sistem informasi, wawancara, observasi langsung dan pengujian data konsumen secara manual. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, masih terdapat beberapa area terkait sistem PT AFI yang tidak memiliki standar operasional prosedur. Prosedur pemeriksaan yang dilakukan tim audit berdasarkan RSM Metodology telah sesuai dengan kerangka kerja ISO 27001 yang merupakan salah satu standar internasional untuk sistem manajemen keamanan informasi.

This thesis writes about the implementation of those controls in PT AFI. Audit and test of information system security control should be made to minimize risk and ensure the system can produce data accurately.
The methods in audit process are collect evidence from information system procedure, interview, direct observation and test the data manually. Based on the analysis that has been done, there are some areas from system in PT AFI that have no operational procedure standards. Procedure that is used by audit team RSM Indonesia, is based on ISO 27001 which is one of international standards about information security management system."

"Pada tahun fiskal 2019, Panasonic Automotive and Industrial System mengalami penurunan pada operating profit sebesar 1,4% yakni mengalami kerugian sebesar 37 milyar yen atau sekitar 4,8 triliun rupiah yang dikarenakan pengembangan bisnis otomotif terkait. Sehingga permintaan kapasitor meningkat dan target Business Plan meningkat. Namun, variasi yang terjadi pada proses produksi di PICID menyebabkan sulitnya
tercapai Business Plan selama 4 tahun terakhir. Selaras dengan perumusan strategi Lifestyle Updates oleh Panasonic pusat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini yakni melalui rancangan program Smart Factory. Analisis kesenjangan tertera pada dokumen project meeting di PICID yang terdiri dari tiga kategori permasalahan, yaitu masalah Integrated Supply Planning (ISP), masalah yield drop atau variasi, dan masalah proyek-proyek yang tidak tercapai benefit nya. Dari data tersebut memperlihatkan masalah dominan terletak pada proyek-proyek yang tidak tercapai benefit nya. Banyak proyek-proyek pada program Smart Factory secara dadakan dan tidak masuk didalam portofolio yang dirancang selama satu tahun, hal ini terjadi karena tidak adanya manajemen program. Permasalahan tersebut diselesaikan dengan perancangan model manajemen program yang berdasarkan best practice internasional utama dari Axelos dan PMI. Dalam menganalisis manajemen program, desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui pelaksanaan wawancara, studi dokumen, dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap tujuh pakar. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis konten untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi. Hasil analisis kemudian didiskusikan dengan perusahaan untuk mencapai bagaimana manajemen program yang sesuai best practice dan acuan standar Managing Successful Programme (MSP) dari Axelos (2020) dan Standard for Program Management (SPgM) dari PMI (2017c). Sehingga program yang berjalan dapat selaras dengan strategi perusahaan dan
mencapai target BP. Hasil dari peneltian ini berupa rancangan model manajemen program untuk proyek-proyek Smart Factory untuk keselarasan strategi Lifestyle Updates. Keluaran model juga berupa rekomendasi serta hubungan-hubungannya yang meliputi keselarasan strategi, manajemen benefit, tata kelola, keterlibatan stakehoilder, program lifecycle, struktur organisasi dan peran PMO, serta hubungan kapabilitas dengan pola dasar sistem. Adapun domain lensa dikaji pula melalui model 3 lensa, yaitu: prinsip-prinsip, tema-tema, dan proses dari program lifecycle. Dengan diimplementasikannya model manajemen program yang sesuai dengan rekomendasi penelitian ini, maka harapannya PT PICID dapat mencapai target business plan sesuai yang telah ditentukan.
......In fiscal year 2019, operating profit at Panasonic Automotive and Industrial System was decreased by 1.4%, which was a loss of 37 billion yen or around 4.8 trillion rupiah due to the development of automotive business. So that the demand for capacitors increases and the Business Plan target increases. However, variations in the production process at PICID have made it difficult to achieve the Business Plan for the last 4 years. In line with the Lifestyle Updates strategy formulation by the central Panasonic to solve this problem, namely through the design of the Smart Factory program. The gap analysis is listed in the project meeting document at PICID which consists of three problem categories, there are Integrated Supply Planning (ISP) problems, problems with yield drop or variation, and problems with projects for which benefits are not achieved. From these data, it shows that the dominant problem lies in the projects that have not achieved the benefits. Many projects in the Smart Factory program are impromptu and are not included in the portfolio designed for one year, this happens because there is no program management. These problems are resolved by designing a program management model based on the main international best practices from Axelos and PMI. In analyzing program management, the research design used a qualitative approach, data was collected through conducting interviews, document study, and observation. Interviews were conducted with seven experts. The data obtained were then analyzed using content analysis to obtain recommendations. The results of the analysis are then discussed with the company to achieve how program management is in accordance with best practices and the standard reference for the Managing Successful Program (MSP) from Axelos (2020) and the Standard for Program Management (SPgM) from PMI (2017c). So that the running program can be in line with the company's strategy and achieve BP's targets. The results of this research are program management model design for Smart Factory projects to align the Lifestyle Updates strategy. The model output also takes the form of recommendations and relationships which include strategic alignment, benefit management, governance, stakeholder involvement, lifecycle programs, organizational structure and the role of PMO, as well as the relationship between capabilities and the system's archetype. The lens domain is also studied through a 3-lens model, namely: the principles, themes, and processes of the program lifecycle. With the implementation of a program management model in accordance with the recommendations of this study, it is hoped that PT PICID can achieve the business plan targets as determined."

Dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja dan menciptakan efisiensi pada perusahaan di industri konstruksi dan infrastruktur khususnya BUMN, pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk dilakukannya implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi hasil implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning terhadap peningkatan kinerja proses bisnis pada salah satu BUMN konstruksi dan Infrastruktur. Analisis Peta Proses Bisnis sebelum dan setelah Implementasi ERP, dan Survey dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dari proses bisnis pengelolaan biaya usaha di perusahaan hasil implementasi ERP. Kriteria Evaluasi dikembangkan berdasarkan empat dimensi kinerja proses bisnis yaitu waktu, biaya, kualitas dan fleksibilitas. Hasil analisis proses bisnis dan survei mengindikasikan bahwa implementasi ERP telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja proses bisnis, namun ditemukan adanya kelemahan yang dirasakan user dalam implementasinya. ......In this development era, many construction & infrastructure projects are being held all over the world, that requires company in the industry to improve their performances. Furthermore, in an effort to increase performances and finally create efficiency, The Indonesian Government issues policy that directs the construction & infrastructure companies especially State-Owned Enterprise’s (SOE’s) to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The purpose of this research is to evaluate the results of ERP implementation towards the business process performances improvement in one of the constructions & infrastructure SOE which has a crucial role in the establishment of the Trans Sumatera Toll Road Megaproject in Indonesia. Analysis of business process before and after implementation is carried out as well as the survey to evaluate the performances of expenditure management business process in the company after the ERP implementation. The evaluation criteria are developed based on the four dimensions of Business Process Performance, which is time, cost, quality and flexibility. The results from the study indicate that ERP Implementation has given positive effect toward business process performance improvement, while there are still some weak points in the implementation. Due to this research, opportunities for improvement are identified to support company in making decision for better ERP implementation."

Dengan menggunakan brand Il Colosseo, usaha ini memiliki sasaran objektif untuk pemenuhan pemuasan kebutuhan komunitas olahraga dan para hobbyist. Sebagai perusahaan baru, pembahasan pada tesis ini yang merupakan hasil penelitian kualitatif difokuskan untuk menciptakan konsep-konsep baru tentang inovasi yang bertujuan untuk pengembangan produk sebagai diferensiasi. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori-teori yang terkait pada bidang pembahasan analisis, yakni bauran pemasaran, kepuasan pelanggan segmentasi, targeting dan positioning.
