"Sampai tahun 1999 di Indonesia hanya terdapat 5 stasiun televisi swasta (RCTI, SCTV, Indosiar, ANTV dan TPI) dan 1 stasiun televisi pemerintah (TVRI). Seiring dengan bergulimya era reformasi yang salah satunya ditandai dengan tuntutan akan kebebasan atas informasi, pemerintah saat itu memberikan izin siar kepada 5 stasiun televisi baru dengan skala nasional. Keinginan daerah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai situasi, kondisi serta hiburan yang lebih bernuansa kedaerahan memunculkan beberapa televisi dengan cakupun siaran lokal. Pesatnya perkembangan dan ketatnya persaingan industri televisi berakibat pada meningkatnya kebutuhan akan program (acara) yang berkualitas sehingga menarik minat pengiklan (agency) untuk beriklan. Situasi ini membuka peluang bagi rumah produksi (production house) untuk membuat program (acara) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan stasiun televisi.

When the reformation era comes which signed with freedom of mass media, government give national broadcast license to another five public television channel. Desire of domestic area to have information, condition and entertainment with local content make the local government and private investor create a new television channel with local coverage. The rapid development and strict industrial television competition make an increase demand of television programs which have quality and attract the advertising company. This situation make an opportunity for production house to make a programs."

This thesis discusses a business plan in developing a system integrator division in the information technology companies engaged in enterprise business solutions. The author expect from this research, author can conduct an objective assessment of achievements to date, get a lot of good information about business planning and theory surrounding competitiveness, make an assessment of the portfolio and human resources and its capabilities, and consider the appropriate strategy for this business some next year.

The conclusion of this business plan turned out that their journey is so far was on the right path, but management still needs improvement. Running a business strategy with more focus portfolios election and its supporting tools, improvement and development of human resources, and plan for a gradual growth in harmony with the ability to sell and market absorption, becomes key to continuously grow and have a competitive advantage to remain a leading player in this IT field."

As state-owned enterprise, Perum Bulog should take advantage of this cooperation to enhance commercial activity by utilizing market-based capabilities."

Development of transport had been able to connect parts of Indonesia in one thread and make communications networks as the lifeblood of a community, state and nation. To improve service and transparency to the public, the Ministry of Transport (Ministry of Transportation) has made efforts to deliver information electronically, either information about transportation and budget issues in the Ministry of Transportation. However, in addition to the success that has been achieved, there are still many challenges for future development as well as a variety of other disorders such as natural disasters that hit some parts of the unitary Republic of Indonesia which affected the form of the destruction of most of the transport infrastructure, while transport continues to be required to perform the function of supporting and drivers of transportation services to all corners of the country.

Given the scale of the potential disaster that occurred in Indonesia, it is necessary to build BCP / DRP, especially for government agencies, the authors used this research to create a DRP models to suit the needs of government agencies in this case the Ministry of Transportation to use the framework of the NIST 800-34 where there is a process Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and recovery strategies that can be used to overcome disruption in the event of a disaster."

This thesis firstly discuss on how the Zircon mining company struggle from the unorganized business process that could become the obstacle in order for the company to growth. Using The Business Model Canvas - Nine Building Blocks established by Osterwaider and Pigneur that can be applied to the Zircon mining industry in West Kaliinantan, the business model can assist the Zircon mining industry in West Kalimantan to enhance its business and keeping track in the Zircon market. This study is done using qualitative research. The research of this thesis shows that Business Model Canvas - Nine Building Blocks that evaluate the company business process from difference aspects such as customer segments, value propositions, customer relationships, channels, key resources, key activities, key partnership, revenue streams and cost structures can be tools to create a suitabie business model that help the company enhancing its business process."
