"Instansi ALT merupakan salah satu satuan kerja (satker) yang berada dibawah naungan Kementerian Sekretariat Negara (Kemensetneg) yang mempunyai tugas memberikan pelayanan prima kepada VVIP secara profesional, transparan dan akuntabel. Dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan operasional, instansi ALT memanfaatkan peran teknologi informasi sebagai sarana pendukung pada lingkup internal maupun eksternal. Ketersediaan dan kehandalan layanan berbasiskan teknologi informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting, sehingga perlu adanya perencanaan guna menjamin kesinambungan kegiatan bisnis yang diakibatkan oleh gangguan maupun bencana. Hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan strategis organisasi yang diperkuat oleh Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 82 Tahun 2012 tentang Penyelenggaraan Sistem dan Transaksi Elektronik pasal 17 ayat 1. Dikarenakan pentingnya hal tersebut, maka perlu dirancang rencana kesinambungan bisnis yang baik untuk instansi ALT.
Proses perancangan Business Continuity Plan (BCP) yang dilakukan menggunakan kerangka acuan NIST SP 800-34 rev.1. Tahapan awal dalam perancangan BCP adalah melakukan identifikasi kebijakan, sistem informasi, perangkat keras maupun jaringan. Dilanjutkan dengan melakukan analisis dampak bisnis serta identifikasi dan penilaian risiko terhadap aset yang dimiliki oeleh instansi ALT. Kemudian menentukan strategis kesinambungan yang meliputi aspek pemulihan, evakuasi darurat maupun restorasi fungsi pada saat terjadi gangguan ataupun bencana. Pada akhirnya pembentukan manajemen krisis sebagai pelaksana proses kesinambungan bisnis. Hasil dari perancangan BCP ini diharapkan dapat membantu menjamin ketersediaan dan kehandalan layanan teknologi informasi yang ada pada instansi ALT ketika terjadi gangguan maupun bencana.

ALT agencies is one unit of work under auspices the Ministry of State Secretariat (Kemensetneg) which has the task of providing excellent services to VVIP in a professional, transparent, and accountable. In the implementation of operational activities, ALT agencies are utilize role of information technology as a means of supporting in the internal and external scope. The availability and reliability of information technology-based services is an important thing, so it is necessary for planning to ensure continuity of business activity caused by disruption or disaster. This thing is in line with the strategic objectives of the organization and reinforced by Government Regulation No.82 Year 2012 about a implementation of Electronic Transaction System section 17 verse (1). Considering its importance, it is necessary to have a good business continuity plan for ALT agencies.
The design process of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) were performed using the NIST SP 800-34 rev.1 framework as a reference. Early stages in the design BCP is to identify policy, information systems, hardware and networks. Followed by conducting a business impact analysis and risk assessment as well as the identification of the assets owned by ALT agency. Then determine are strategic aspects of sustainability which includes recovery, emergency evacuation and restoration of function in the event of a disaster or disruption.Finally, the establishment of crisis management as the process of implementing a business continuity. Results from the BCP design is expected to help ensuring the availability and reliability of existing information technology services when an interrupt and disasters to ALT agencies.

"Focus penelitian ini adalah untuk menganlisa empat portofolio bisnis yang dikelola PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) yaitu Bisnis Ferry Komersial, Bisnis Ferry Keperintisan, Bisnis Pelabuhan Ferry dan Bisnis Usaha Aneka. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan merekomendasikan strategi level korporasi yang sesuai yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan dengan tujuan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Strategi level korporasi merupakan hal yang mendasar karena menyangkut keseluruhan tujuan dan ruang lingkup organisasi, bagaimana nilai akan ditambahkan kepada bagian-bagian perusahaan yang berbeda dan akhirnya menciptakan nilai bagi pemegang saham.
Penelitan ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif-studi kasus dimana data diperoleh dari wawancara dengan manajemen korporasi dan manajer unit bisnis, laporan-laporan perusahaan, referensi buku, jurnal ilmiah dan materi publikasi lainnya. Konsep utama dalam analisis penelitian berdasarkan kerangka Corporate Parenting dari Goold, Campbell & Alexander (1994), Strategi Level Korporasi dari Coulter (2002) and Restrukturisasi dari Hill & Jones (2002). Analisis portofolio dengan kerangka Corporate Parenting mengidentifikasi tingkat kesesuaian antara kebutuhan unit bisnis dengan keahlian yang dimiliki perusahaan induk yang akan berdampak pada pembentukan nilai perusahaan atau penghancuran nilai perusahaan.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis, Bisnis Ferry Komersial dan Bisnis Pelabuhan berada di wilayah Heartland dan strategi level korporasi terbaik adalah melalui Strategi Pertumbuhan, sementara Bisnis Ferry Keperintisan dan Usaha Aneka Jasa masing-masing berada di wilayah Value Trap dan Edge of Heartland dimana strategi terbaik adalah dengan Strategi Restrukturisasi. Namun, penelitian ini tidak secara lebih jauh mendiskusikan tentang strategi level bisnis untuk setiap unit bisnis dan bagaimana pelaksanaan strateginya. Terakhir, pendekatan penelitian yang sama perlu dilakukan untuk subjek perusahaan yang berbeda khusunya pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara.

The focus of this research is to analyze four business portfolio managed by PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) which are Commercial Ferry, Pioneer Ferry, Port Business and Auxiliary Business. The main objective is to identify and recommend suitable corporate level strategy that might be implemented by corporation in order to enhance value. Corporate level strategy is very fundamental because it concerns with overall purpose and scope of an organization, how value will be added to different part of the organization and finally create shareholder value.
The research was performed with qualititave-case study research where data collected from interview with corporate management and business unit manager, company?s reports, reference books, journal and publication.The main concept in research analysis is base on Corporate Parenting Framework of Goold, Campbell & Alexander (1994), Corporate Level Strategy of Coulter (2002) and Restructuring from Hill & Jones (2002). Portfolio analysis using Corporate Parenting Framework is identifying the level of fitness between business unit needs and corporate parent skills that will affect corporate?s value creating or value destroying.
Based on analysis, Commercial Ferry and Port Business are in Heartland area which best corporate strategy is Growth, while Pioneer Ferry and Auxiliary Business is each in Value Trap and Edge of Heartland area which best strategy is Restructuring. However this research does not further discuss about business level strategy for each business and it implementation. Lastly, same approach of research is need to be conducted to another subject of corporate parenting strategy especially for stated-owned company.

"Penerapan Business Continuity Management pada perusahaan Jasa Konstruksi di Indonesia masih sangat minim, kendati demikian bisnis Jasa Konstruksi merupakan salah satu bisnis yang rentan terhadap krisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis krisis yang signifikan terhadap perusahaan Jasa Konstruksi serta bagaimana manajemen krisis yang telah diterapkan dibandingkan dengan standard Business Continuity Management (BCM) tahapan Analisa Risiko dan Kaji Ulang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa krisis yang signifikan pada PT. X adalah Krisis Finansial dan terdapat perbedaan pada beberapa indikator standard BCM : Risk Analysis and Review dengan manajemen krisis PT. X.

Application of Business Continuity Management on Construction Services company in Indonesia are very low, in spite of the Construction Services business is one business that is highly vurnerable to crisis. This study aims to determine the significant crisis at the Construction Services company and how crisis management which has been applied on the company compared to the standard of Business Continuity Management (BCM) Risk Analysis and Review phase. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The research results show that financial crisis is the most significant crisis in PT. X and there are gaps between few indicator of BCM Standard: risk analysis and Review and company?s Crisis Management."

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil dari
penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi Manajemen SDM dalam membangun
komitmen karyawannya yang dilakukan PT. MBF sudah dimulai dari tahap
penerimaan pegawai. Terlepas dari pelaksanaan strategi tersebut benar atau tidak,
pada akhirnya implementasi dari strategi tersebut telah membuat para karyawan
cukup berkomitmen dengan tanggung jawabnya.

Company advancement among others are determined by their human
resources. Human resources quantity and quality determine by human resources
management. In this case, company human resources determine by their own
human resources management, so by their strategic program, their try to build
their human resources quality so the employee contribution would be increase.
This thesis try to reveal the human resources management strategic of MBF. Inc
to build their employee commitment. This research is qualitative research by
descriptive design. By this research, shown that human resources management
strategic of MBF. Inc were done from employee acceptance. Regardless of the
