"ABSTRAK
Pelaksanaan strategi keberlanjutan perusahaan terus tumbuh mantap dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Hal ini terutama berlaku untuk produsen otomotif. Industri otomotif menarik untuk dikaji di negara - negara berkembang dikarenakan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan negara, mendorong pertumbuhan dan perkembangan industri pendukungnya, serta dapat menyerap tenaga kerja dan modal yang besar dan merata. Penelitian ini membahas hubungan antara variabel - variabel yang berpengaruh dengan performa di produsen otomotif Indonesia dengan kapabilitas manufaktur dan strategi keberlanjutan. Data yang dikumpulkan dari produsen otomotif di sekitar area Jakarta, Bekasi Karawang. Data diproses menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling SEM . Analisis dari perusahaan - perusahaan yang dipilih disediakan dengan tujuan untuk membantu memahami bagaimana produsen otomotif mengetahui efek dari strategi keberlanjutan dalam performa perusahaan berdasarkan kapabilitas manufaktur yang dimiliki. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terlihat bahwa kapabilitas manufaktur mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap strategi keberlanjutan. Dan strategi keberlanjutan juga mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap performa manufaktur. Hasil ini penelitian ini dapat berimplikasi secara teoritik maupun secara praktik kepada dunia manufaktur.Kata kunci: strategi keberlanjutan, performa manufaktur, dan kapabilitas manufaktur.

ABSTRACT
The implementation of sustainability strategy in corporate has continued to grow steadily in recent years. This is particularly true for automotive manufacturer. This research discusses the correlations between influential variables with performance in Indonesia automotive manufacturer by manufacturing capability and sustainability strategy. Data was collected from automotive manufacturers around Jakarta, Bekasi Karawang area. Data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling SEM . The analysis of this paper in the selected companies is provided with the purpose to help understand how automotive manufacturers know the effect of sustainability strategy in manufacturing performance based on their manufacturing capability. The result of the research is manufacturing capability have positive influence towards sustainability strategy. Sustainability strategy also have positive influence against the performance of manufacturing. The research of result may have implications for in theoritic as well as in practice to the manufacturing.Keywords sustainability strategy, manufacturing performance, and manufacturing capability."

"This volume gives an overview on recent developments for various applications of modern engineering design. Different engineering disciplines such as mechanical, materials, computer and process engineering provide the foundation for the design and development of improved structures, materials and processes. The modern design cycle is characterized by an interaction of different disciplines and a strong shift to computer-based approaches where only a few experiments are performed for verification purposes. A major driver for this development is the increased demand for cost reduction, which is also connected to environmental demands. "This book examines the driving dynamics of harvesting machines with large harvesting heads. It looks at how to efficiently use these machines. The author explores a common problem that hinders machine performance when harvesting with very large headers. He deals with concepts for reducing the undesired effects of vehicle dynamics when using these machines.
With the steadily increasing capacity of harvesting machines, the working widths of the harvesting heads get wider and the headers get heavier. It has become essential with these giant headers to use header height sensors and header control systems to avoid the headers from being run into the ground when encountering elevation changes in the terrain. A fundamental limitation of the viable speed of header height adjustments arises from the combination of the wider and heavier headers with soft agricultural tires.
The current solution to find an appropriate speed of header height adjustments is to perform a header calibration whenever a new header is attached to the machine and to endow the machine operator with the capability to tweak the speed of adjustments manually. The result of an inappropriate speed of height adjustments is a reduction in overall productivity and an under-utilization of the harvesting machine. The author looks at ways to prevent this. He offers detailed modeling of the vertical dynamics including dynamic wheel loads. In addition, the book contains results from simulations and machine tests."

Dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data kualitatif peneliti dapat mendeskripsikan proses implementasi kebijakan. Selain itu peneliti juga menemukan kendala dalam implementasi kebijakan dari dalam pemerintahan sendiri yang membuat jalannya proses implementasi berjalan dengan tidak maksimal

This research is about the Implementation of Development of cars production policy which saving energy and affordable inside of Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian Article 33 Year 2013.The purposes of this research are to know and describe the implementation of this policy from socialization until monitoring. This policy made for increase activity and value added in automotive industry. That thing did by giving tax-free to import raw materials to KBH2 program. Beside of that purpose, this research is for knowing problem which happens during policy implementation. "Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi pemasaran skuter Vespa dan Lambretta di Jakarta dari tahun 1966 hingga 1977. Skuter Vespa dan Lambretta memiliki peranan penting dalam dunia otomotif roda dua Jakarta, khususnya pada periode 1960-an. Indonesia pada dekade 1960-an mengalami periode transisi pemerintahan yang mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan secara signifikan di bidang sosial dan ekonomi. Dunia otomotif roda dua Indonesia yang dinamis mengikuti pergeseran zaman dan permintaan konsumen juga dituntut mampu menarik animo masyarakat terhadap produk yang mereka tawarkan. Di tengah situasi inilah skuter Vespa dan Lambretta hadir dan menjadi opsi bagi masyarakat yang melihat kendaraan asal Eropa sebagai simbol status sosial mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sejarah dengan menggunakan sumber primer seperti surat kabar sezaman, dokumen pemerintah, arsip-arsip klub skuter Vespa maupun Lambretta, serta sumber sekunder berupa buku, artikel, dan penelitian terdahulu yang memiliki aspek kajian serupa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skuter Vespa dan Lambretta di Jakarta menggunakan berbagai strategi pemasaran melaui dealer, iklan, jenis model, serta pemasaran melalui acara pekan raya Jakarta untuk menargetkan suatu kelas masyarakat yang memilih skuter Vespa dan Lambretta asal Italia dibandingkan sepeda motor pabrikan negara lain. Sejak tahun 1966, ketika Indonesia mengalami transisi pemerintahan dan terjadi pergantian regulasi mengenai masuknya industri kendaraan asal luar negeri, sektor industri roda dua Jakarta didominasi oleh sepeda motor pabrikan Jepang seperti Honda, Yamaha, dan Suzuki. Namun suatu kelas masyarakat baru yang muncul dalam periode ini melihat skuter Italia sebagai simbol dari status sosial mereka diantara masyarakat lainnya. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini memberikan gambaran strategi pemasaran brand skuter Vespa dan Lambretta di Jakarta yang terjadi di rentang tahun 1966-1977.

This study examines the marketing strategy of Vespa and Lambretta scooters in Jakarta from 1966 to 1977. Vespa and Lambretta scooters have an important role in the Jakartan two-wheeled automotive world, especially in the 1960s. Indonesia in the 1960s experienced a period of government transition that resulted in significant changes in the social and economic fields. The dynamic Indonesia two-wheeled automotive world followed the shifting times and consumer demand and was also required to be able to attract public interest in the products they offered. In the midst of this situation, Vespa and Lambretta scooters appeared and became an option for people who saw European vehicles as a symbol of their social status. The method used in this study is the historical method using primary sources such as contemporary newspapers, government documents, archives of Vespa and Lambretta scooter clubs, as well as secondary sources in the form of books, articles, and previous research that have similar aspects of study. The results of the study show that Vespa and Lambretta scooters in Jakarta use various marketing strategies through dealers, advertisements, model types, and marketing through the Jakarta fair to target a class of people who choose Italian scooters over motorcycles made in other countries. Since 1966, when Indonesia experienced a transition of government and there was a change in regulations regarding the entry of foreign vehicle industries, the Jakartan two-wheeled industry sector has been dominated by Japanese motorcycle manufacturers such as Honda, Yamaha, and Suzuki. However, a new class of people who emerged during this period saw Italian scooters as a symbol of their social status among other people. The novelty in this study provides an overview of the marketing strategies of the Vespa and Lambretta scooter brands in Jakarta that occurred in the period 1966-1977."

"Senyawa Zn-dialkilditiofosfat banyak digunakan sebagai aditif minyak lumas. Permasalahannya adalah tidak diketahui dengan jelas jenis gugus alkil yang terdapat dalam aditif yang digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini disintesis sejenis dialkilditiofosfat, yang diperkirakan merupakan salah satu aditif pada minyak lumas otomotif, yaitu dengan jenis gugus alkilnya adalah isobutil. Bahan dasar yang digunakan adalah fosfor pentasulfida, isobutanol dan Zn-asetat.
Cara yang dilakukan adalah melalui reaksi langsung, tanpa pembentukan garam amonium dan tanpa pemurnian asam terlebih dahulu. Sintesis dilakukan dengan dua tahap reaksi, yaitu reaksi pembentukan asam dan reaksi pembentukan Zn-diisobutilditiofosfat, dalam atmosfer nitrogen, yang dibuat dengan pengaliran gas nitrogen terus menerus, pada suhu sekitar ± 700
Pemurnian dilakukan dengan cara ekstraksi menggunakan kloroform sebagai pelarut dan rekristalisasi pada pelarut n-heksana. Senyawa yang terbentuk berupa kristal putih bening, dengan titik leleh 106-108° C dan mempunyai Mr 548.
Berdasarkan anailsis dengan menggunakan FT-1R, GC-MS, MS, UV-Vis,dan analisis unsur, dapat diperkirakan senyawa itu mempunyai struktur
Senyawa mempunyai kelarutan yang kecil pada minyak lumas dasar yaitu kurang dari 5 % berat minyak lumas dasar, jenis minyak lumas HVI 160'S, dengan pemanasan pada suhu f 500 C.
Pengujian kinerja dengan mesin Four Ball, menunjukkan bahwa penambahan Zn-ddf menyebabkan adanya peningkatan pada kinerja minyak lumas dalam hal Seizure Load, Weld Point dan Load Wear index dibandingkan dengan minyak lumas dasar tanpa Zn-ddf. Akan tetapi perbedaan jumlah penambahan Zn-ddf kurang menunjukkan peningkatan yang berarti pada kinerja minyak lumas tersebut.

Lot of Zn-diallcylditiophosphate compounds are used as lubricant additive. The problem is, the type of alkyl group found in the additive used is not clearly known. In this research a kind of diallcylditiophosphate, which is considered to be one of additive in automotive lubricant, is synthesized with its alkyl group type, that is isobutyl. The raw materials used are phospor pentasulfide, isobutanol, and Zn-acetate.
The metod used is through direct reaction, without ammonium salt formation and without prior acid purification. The syntheses are conducted in two phases of reactions, those are acid formation reaction and Zn-diisobutylditiophosphate formation reaction, under nitrogen atmosphere, which is made by continuously flowing nitrogen gas, at temperature of ± 70° C.
The purification is conducted by extraction method using chloroform as the solvent and recrystallization in n-hexane solvent. The formed compound is a clear white crystal, with melting point of 106 - 108° C and it has Mr 548.
Based on analysis using FT-IR, GC-MS, MS, UV-Vis, and element analysis, it can be estimated that the compound has a structure
The compound has a little solubility in base lubricant, that is less than 5% weight of base lubricant, the lubricant type is HVI 160'S, with the heating at temperature of± 50° C.
Performance test using Four Ball machine, indicates that the addition of Zn-ddf causes the increase of the performance with regard to Seizure Load, Weld Point, and Load Wear Index of the lubricant compared to base lubricant without Zn-ddf. However the difference in amount of Zn-ddf addition does not sufficiently indicate a significant increase in the performance of the lubricant.

Perkembangan industri otomotif Indonesia sangat menarik untuk diikuti. Industri ini,
sampai batas tertentu, dapat mencerminkan perkembangan industri umumnya di Indonesia.
Sebuah pabrik perakitan mobil akan memberikan nilai tambah sebanyak 30% sedangkan
sisanya 70% datang dari berbagai industri lainnya. terutama industri komponen. Dengan
demikian industri otomotif mempunyai keterkaitan yang mendalam dengan struktur industri
lainnya dalam suatu negara.
Indonesia adalah negeri yang kaya akan sumber daya alam dan mempunyai potensi
pasar yang besar, tetapi perkembangan industri otomotif pada khususnya dan perkembangan
industri pada umumnya belum mencapai tingkat optimal. Apalagi jika dilakukan perbandingan
dengan negara-negara tetangga seperti Taiwan, Korea, Singapura dan Malaysia, dimana
perkembangan industrinya begitu cepat. Perkembangan industri yang optimal membutuhkan
adanya komitmen yang kuat, dan tercermin dalam kebijakan permerintahnya yang terarah dan
terkordinasi.
Menghadapi era globalisasi pada umumnya dan perdagangan bebas pada khususnya.
memaksa para pelaku industri otomotif Indonesia termasuk pemerintah, untuk berhenti
sejenak, memikirkan kembali apa yang telah dilakukan dimasa lalu dan menyusun kembali
