Salah satu faktor penting yang memengaruhi subjective well-being in school adalah school belonging. School belonging diukur menggunakan Psychological Sense of School Membership Among Adolescents dan subjective well-being in school diukur menggunakan Brief Adolescents rsquo; Subjective Well-Being in School Scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara school belonging dan subjective well-being in school pada remaja awal di pesantren.

The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between school belonging and subjective well being in school among early adolescents in pesantren. The number of rules and demands in pesantren is not easy for early adolescents. They are very vulnerable to violations in school that are indicators of low level subjective well being in school. In fact, high level of subjective well being in school can improve their academic success and have good mental and physical health. One important factor that affecting subjective well being in school is school belonging. In pesantren, students are required to live together and interact more with friends and teachers than any other school. That situation should make their school belonging higher. School belonging is an important needs for early adolescents. Thus, early adolescents in pesantren should have high level school belonging that will relate to their subjective well being in school. The respondents consisted of 167 early adolescents from 4 pesantren in Depok and Bogor. School belonging was measured using Psychological Sense of School Membership Among Adolescents and subjective well being in school were measured using the Brief Adolescents 39 Subjective Well Being in School Scale. The results showed a significant positive correlation between school belonging and subjective well being in school among early adolescents in pesantren."

"Latar belakang.
Sebanyak 19% remaja talasemia mayor mengalami peningkatan gejala depresi berdasarkan penilaian CDI.

Background. The COVID-19 pandemic may increase the risk of psychosocial problems in adolescents from general population. Thallasemia is highly prevalent chronic disease in children and adolescents in Indonesia. Patients with chronic disease are vulnerable to have more psychosocial problems during the COVID-19 pandemic. An increase in psychosocial problems may lead to high morbidity and the risk of decreased quality of life. The pandemic can also have an impact on the transfusion practice of thalassemia patients. The psychosocial problems and its impact on transfusion practice in adolescents with thalassemia major during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia have not been established.
Objectives. To evaluate the magnitude of psychosocial problems in adolescents with thalassemia major during the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the transfusion practice at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta.
Methods. This is a cross-sectional study on 121 thalassemia mayor patients aged 10-<18 years old at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. Psychosocial aspect was evaluated using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) form. Depression was further assessed using the Children’s Depression Inventory (CDI) form. A comparative paired categorical analysis was performed to analyze the difference between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic concerning transfusion frequency and average pretransfusion haemoglobin.
Results. There are 11,6% thalassemia major adolescents with abnormal total SDQ scores including emotional problems (18,2%), conduct problems (9,9%), hiperactivity (5%), peer problems (8.3%), dan prosocial behavior problems (1,7%).  Nineteen percents thalassemia major adolescents experienced elevated number of depressive symptoms. There was no significant difference between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic concerning transfusion frequency, but there were significant difference between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic concerning blood transfusion pattern (p=0,017) and average pretransfusion haemoglobin (p=0,043). The blood volume obtained by thalassemia major patients was also lower during the COVID-19 pandemic than the required blood volume that is statiscally significant(p<0,001).
Conclusion. Psychosocial screening in adolescents with thalassemia major during the COVID-19 pandemic showed that the most common problems encountered were emotional problems and conduct problems, with a number of patients experiencing elevated symptoms of depression. The pandemic had an impact on the blood transfusion pattern for thalassemia major patients.

Persistent conflicts and arguments are the leading causes of divorce in Indonesia. These disputes often result from poor communication, which can be linked to adverse childhood experiences (ACE). One effective approach to mitigate these impacts and enhance relationship satisfaction is through dyadic coping. This study aims to examine the mediating role of dyadic coping in the relationship between ACE and relationship satisfaction. The participants were 260 married young adults which consist of 207 women and 57 men residing in Jabodetabek. The measurement tools used were the Adverse Childhood Experience-Questionnaire, Dyadic Coping Inventory, and Relationship Assessment Scale. The results found that dyadic coping can partially mediate the negative impact of ACE on relationship satisfaction among married couples. Dyadic coping dimensions such as supportive DC, negative DC, and common DC has been found significant and can also partially mediate the relationship between ACE and relationship satisfaction."

"This book investigates which aspects of these discourse experiences foster the growth of understanding of spirit, emotion, and mind in adolescence. Accordingly, from a co-relational approach to the development of understanding mind and education, this book builds on past and current research by investigating the social and emotional antecedents and consequences of psychological understanding in early adolescence. Specifically, this book explores the question : how do adolescents use their ability to understand other minds to navigate their relationships with themselves and their peers within the culture of ambiguity? To address this question, this book critically examines research on adolescents’ ability to understand mind, emotion, and spirit, and how they use this ability to help them navigate their relationships within the school setting.
