ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Dalam penanganan kasus fraktur pelvis dan asetabulum, berbagai macam approach telah diperkenalkan. Pada penelitian ini, kami mengembangkan teknik minimal invasive dengan menggabungkan teknik jendela pertama pada approach Ilioinguinal dan Modified Stoppa untuk meminimalisir resiko cedera neurovaskular, penyembuhan luka, jumlah perdarahan dan durasi operasi.Metode: Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 pasien dengan cedera cincin pelvis anterior dan/atau fraktur kolum anterior asetabulum yang menjalani operasi antara Januari 2011 ndash; Maret 2016. Kelompok Minimally Invasive Plate Osteosynthesis MIPO terdiri dari 15 pasien dan 15 lainnya diterapi dengan teknik Ilioinguinal. Parameter intraoperatif seperti jumlah perdarahan, durasi operasi, kualitas reduksi Matta dan luaran fungsional pasca-operasi Majeed dan Hannover 12 bulan pasca operasi dicatat dan dianalisis dengan membandingkan kedua kelompok tersebut.Hasil dan Diskusi: Rerata jumlah perdarahan pada kelompok MIPO 325 ? 225 mL sedangkan kelompok Ilioinguinal 710.67 ? 384.51 mL p=0.002 . Rerata durasi operasi pada kelompok MIPO 2.49 ? 1.53 jam dan 3.83 ? 0.96 jam di kelompok Ilioinguinal p=0.006 . Tidak ada perbedaan bermakna antara kedua kelompok dilihat dari kualitas reduksi, luaran fungsional. Tidak ada komplikasi yang ditemukan dalam periode 12 bulan pasca operasi. Teknik MIPO Modified Stoppa dan lateral window dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif yang aman dan efektif dalam tatalaksana cedera cincin pelvis anterior dan/atau fraktur kolum anterior asetabulum.

ABSTRACT Introduction In performing surgery for fractures of the pelvis and acetabulum, various surgical approaches have been introduced. In this study, we developed a minimally invasive approach by combining the first window of ilioinguinal with Modified Stoppa to minimize the risk of neurovascular injury, wound healing problems, blood loss and duration of surgery.Methods This study involved 30 patients with anterior pelvic ring and or anterior column acetabulum fracture who underwent operation between January 2011 ndash March 2016. The minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis MIPO group consisted of 15 patients while the other 15 are ilioinguinal group. Intraoperative parameters such as blood loss, duration of surgery, quality of reduction Matta and postoperative functional outcome Majeed and Hannover score at twelve months period were recorded and evaluated.Result and Discussion The mean blood loss in the MIPO group were 325 225 mL versus 710.67 384.5 mL control p 0.002 . Duration of surgery were averaged at 2.49 1.53 hours in MIPO group versus 3.83 0.96 hours in ilioinguinal group p 0.006 . There were no significant differences noted between the two groups in the quality of reduction and postoperative functional outcome. No complications were found after a 12 months follow up period in the MIPO group. Modified Stoppa and lateral window technique can be used as a safe and effective alternative for anterior pelvic ring fracture and or anterior column acetabulum fracture.
